If you are looking to get your car fixed. Please come here. I highly recommend this place. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If you are in the area or not in the area just go check them out. Great pricing as well

I went there to get a quote to fix my vehicle and Fly walked by as he was helping another customer but still greeted me and told me he'll be "right with me". I waited a few minutes and then he asked me to follow him and we went inside the office. I discovered he was the one I spoke with on the phone.We then went to look a the vehicle and he gave me the full download of what the process is as well as my options. He was very thorough and even answered my questions.One of my queries was whether I can keep the vehicle even if it was totalled and he explained the scenarios that would be involved in this decision. He was straight forward with me and my questions were direct.I made an appointment to bring my vehicle back so I'll write an update for that experience but as for the initial contact, great customer service and friendly as well.

I went to 4 different places before I came across J and B. I had some custom work done on my interior pieces for my car and I am more than satisfied. They came out beautifully and was exactly what I envisioned. I would definitely recommend this place for any paint work and I will be coming back! Thank you so much and check out my pics!

This place is awesome. Car was dropped off, estimate sent to insurance and repaired in a week. Friendly, upfront and honest about everything. Lifetime warranty as long as I own the vehicle....unheard of. HIGHLY recommend for car needs. Need to get the rest of my van to match the amazing job.

Used them a couple times for State Farm claims, and they ve always done a stellar job. Although this review is intended to speak to the integrity of the owner/manager. A side rail came in a few weeks after my truck was done. When I stopped by to have it installed, I asked how much he would charge me to replace a headlight bulb I got from the dealership.. he didn t even think about it, grabbed it and headed to the truck, then we figured out the bulb I got was not the right fit. He advised me to get it from autozone (which was less than 100 from the shop) while he disassembled the parts needed to get to the bulb. It was a tough bulb to replace, and he refused to accept payment for it. This is great family run shop that does great work. Many of these aren t around anymore.

Quick and quality work! Good ppl here didn t shame me for buying an aftermarket bumper and instead gave me pointers on the install before I left. Sly was great and friendly and it was definitely worth the 40min drive!

Tried to come and get an assessment done to get my car fixed but there s no parking, area super sketchy, door locked even though site says open, didn t answer phone first 3 times I called then super unprofessional when they answered on the 4th try.

Amazing experience; great people to work with! I never knew they would also clean and shine the car after the work was done and I did not even get a lot of work done. The owner is a honest and fair guy to work with. This was my 1st visit to them but they will be my go-to people for any such work here on. Job Well Done! I brought my car here for a collision repair after a small accident plus it was the closest shop to my house. My experience with j & b was easy and simple which I appreciated and I am very pleased with the results done on my 2013 Honda accord. I took my car in for some minor body work. I couldn't be more pleased with the work that was done! I can honestly say this was the best experience I have ever had with someone in this business. I have always shared my car with my kids so needless to say this isn't the first time I needed a little body work done to my vehicle. J&B were great communicators, very respectful, did what they said they would do in the time frame they said they would do the job and for the price they told me they would do the work.If you find yourself needing some repair work done I would highly recommend this business!!

They did a great job fixing my car after a small collision. But the best part... They detailed my car to perfection while it was in their shop. I picked it up cleaner than it's been in years. I also give J&B Body shop a five star rating. I took my car in for some body work on rear quarter panel. I couldn't be more pleased with what was done, the work they did was great! I can honestly say this was the best experience I have ever had with someone in this business. They did what they said they were going to do...What more can you ask for in today s customer service world.

This review is a little late, but wanted to give Fly and his crew a worthy review. I took my car in for some body work due to a large dent in the hood. The crew had it done in 3 days, despite being very busy. They were professional, did an outstanding job, and the dent repair business right next door even repaired a door ding, that was not part of the original appointment. I would recommend J and B to anyone.

My 2017 Nissan Rogue Sport needed a new rear hatch after an accident. I chose J&B because they had a higher average rating than the big name competitors and they are a family-owned business that has been in the community for 35 years. Their high rating is deserved: they did an excellent job on my Rogue, and it was returned to me looking better than it did before the accident; they even washed and vacuumed it. They don't have the fancy shop that you would find at, say, Caliber Collision; but your car will be in the hands of true professionals, and the owner, Fly, will try to save you a few bucks when he can. Fly is honest and will not try to wring every dollar he can from you. I would not hesitate to use J&B again.

I've gone in a few times for minor body fixes on my 10 year old car. Their pricing is competitive, their workmanship is great. They will sit down and explain their opinion on what type of parts are best and are willing to use what is best for the costumer. It's a family owned business that treats people well and I strongly recommend them for your repairs

Just got my car back from it's second repair from the second child to drive it, an older model (2005) designated for our newer drivers. The estimate was raised as expected when they started work because of unknown damage, but they provided options and fair pricing. The car was restored to better than original status cosmetically. Plan to get put on their calendar because they are busy, but it's definitely worth the wait. Their only failure is the failure to disappoint.

I am very pleased with the repairs on my car, the timeliness of completion, and the final price. The owner was very upfront and truthful about work that needed to be done. My car looks amazing, and has a lifetime warranty!! I definitely recommend J and B!!

I brought in a black 2018 KIA Stinger GT2 for exterior body paint work, and the outcome was amazing! Upon first examination, the estimate was said to be $650. Although the final price was going to be about $710, he told me that 650 was just fine, without question! The car was finished in less than a week, and he even said he'll touch up some areas for me, which I hadn't even asked to be worked on! Great people, great shop.

J & B Paint & Body Shop get a 5 star rating from me! Fly & crew fixed my Solstice making it look brand new! It's refreshing to see how detail-oriented this group is! The work involved to repair my car is absolutely professional. They washed my car when the work was complete & made it look better than my usual carwash place!Great service, friendly & genuine @ this family owned local business!I HIGHLY recommend J & B!

This shop deserves a 5-star review. The owner knew what was the best thing to do with our car. Gave us 2 options. We chose the option that we really didn't have to spend a lot and keep it simple,and, still did a great job ! Was very happy about the outcome.

My car door was dented by a fly away door from another car, and it dented and scraped it to the metal. I took it to J and B Paint and Body Shop for an estimate. Within 10 minutes, Fly looked at the damage, took down the information and wrote an estimate. I told him about our planned driving vacation and the need to have the car fixed and ready! Even with the Monday holiday, he was able to finish the job in a little over 2 days. It looks great, and we highly recommend "J and B Paint and Body Shop" in Wylie right behind the Dairy Queen.Service: Body & Trim

Jack and his team do a fantastic job. Unfortunately, I've had to visit his body shop several times, once my car got broken into, a few just stupid encounters that needed fixing. He always does a fantastic job, can't tell it ever happened. I even take my cars to him to have the lightbulb changed, they charge a lot less than the dealership; like half as much! I wouldn't take any of our vehicles anywhere else.

Having recently losing my husband I was at a loss as to what to do about bringing my Chrysler Town & Country van to J&B after it was rear ended. But I was taken care of right away. I want to let you know FLY is an excellent employee. He helped my daughter and I get everything back in my van. I am disabled and use an electric scooter to get around. Fly picked it up and put it right in my van for us and returned the rental to the rental ace. thanks for the wonderful service.

Fly is the man! We had body work after an unfortunate incident in a parking lot where someone hit our parked car. I literally couldn t tell there was previous damage after Fly was done... even knowing where the damage previously was. I would highly recommend this body shop (and specifically Fly) for all your collision and paint needs!Service: Body & Trim

I can't stress highly enough how much these guys rock at what they do. They are great at communicating, great at their repair and paint work, and I have absolutely no complaints with regard to the work that they did WHATSOEVER. It was spot on, the car looks brand new. If you are in the Wylie area, do NOT hesitate to use these guys. They are PROs!

Jack, Kayla, the boys, and the rest of the Scheel clan are best in the business. One of those families you envy, as they epitomize hard work, trust, family, and humility. This body shop is the embodiment of all those qualities and many, MANY more. Don't bother with select service shops or cookie cutter shops that are on every block; they'll rip ya off and smile while they do it. J&B will do you NO wrong.
