Dumb luck put me here twice this week. First visit was for 2 new tires. Second visit for a flat repair on my OTHER tire. Both times, I was treated professionally and friendly. In going above and beyond, i got a wire stuck in my finger,, suddenly Darren appeared with a pair of tweezers. I know a Discount Tire lives customer service, but this week was phenomenal.

Aidan and his team are extremely helpful and offer you solutions. That's the best you can ask for when you're in a pickle and have an unexpected tire problem. Their professionalism and courtesy is unmatched. That's why I bring my wife's Jeep, and my mom brings all her cars here as well. You're doing yourself a disservice if you don't come here for all your tire needs.

This place is quite the operation. I came in on a very busy Friday, fully expecting to have to leave my car over night. I went out to eat some lunch and was very surprised to have my car in working order in less than an hour. It was so fast, I had to double check with them they got it all done they did.

I have been to this location twice and both times were great. The first time I had a nail in my tire and they were able to fix it. And today, I needed new tires and they were able to change them all in about 20 minutes. The workers were also very friendly. I would highly recommend this location!

Five stars all the way around! I have been unemployed for 3 months, with only $200 in my checking account and the salesman, Adrian, really helped me out by making it affordable to replace my tire. He didn t judge my situation and was really cool about it.Also I didn t have an appointment, and they were busy with six people ahead of me, but Brandon came in from outside to help check me in, and they still got my car in for a look in 45 minutes. My other 3 tires are also very thin tread and need to be replaced, Brandon was great!He showed me how low the tread was and explained what I should expect from their future performance, but didn t pressure me into replacing them right now.Unfortunately, the inside of the tire was damaged from driving on it too long so they couldn t do the free repair.Also the coffee was good

For me, this is the best ran Discount Tire around. I arrived without appt for a rotation and Aiden met me at my car to begin the process. They just do it better here. I've had punctures repaired as well and the overall service is what you would hope it to be.

Can t say enough about the customer service here. My wife and I had a terrible experience on our trip from Houston. Had 2 different tires go out because the belts separated. Bill, here at Discount, was able to get us 2 new tires under warranty. He also reimbursed us for the tire we had to buy from a small shop to get us to our final destination. This is the perfect example why I won t go anywhere else. Thanks again, Bill. My wife and I greatly appreciate it.

Service was impeccable!! I really appreciate ALEXANDER for going above and beyond to take care of me after busting out 2 tires. He was patient, knowledgeable and didn't try to rip me off. Definitely recommend!

I have been to several Discount Tire locations across 4 states and this has been one of the busiest location I've visited. Although I had offered to drop off and pick up later, Darren went above and beyond to take care of me immediately and rebalanced my tire.

Brought my new suburban here to have my wheels and tires fitted onto it! They did amazing and no damage to the custom wheels or lugs, they hand tighten and torqued them upon request. Will definitely be back.

The person who was checking my air pressure was very nice, I'm just so sorry they have to push for new tires and won't give an honest assessment of the current tires, I know of really on need 2 tires, they're pushing for 4 new, I don't need 4, I only need 2.This is why I won't be back. Again the person who was checking the air pressure was nice, I could tell he was repeating the verbage from the script they're given.

The staff here are great and have always treated me and my vehicles well. It helps having an awesome Corvette guy like Brandon on staff who knows how to lift the car properly. I've been bringing our cars here for a few years and have never had anything other than a positive experience.

Went to the store in Wyle on 544. Great service reasonable prices. Had to get two tires. They had them in stock. They do a great job. Balance and hand torque the lugs, set air pressure on all tires.

Put my wife s tire on with inner wall out. Had a slow leak and waited a few weeks for replacement. They changed the wrong tire and slow leak continued 4 days waiting on new tire, because they replaced the wrong tire. We were pressured into warranty to fix their incompetence.

The manager Bill helped me with my questions and concerns about a future trip and my current tires. He didn t try to pressure me into buying at all. I ended up deciding to get the tires I needed from his advice. It s like a breath of fresh air not to be hassled or pressured into purchasing something. They really care about their customers up here. Even when having to reschedule they were polite and courteous. Will be coming back again for a new set of tires when needed.

If I could leave a zero I would . Every time I have work done here or at any locations in the area they cross thread my wheel nuts . Then you have to go back and make an appointment at Cristian bros which takes up time you didn t want to spend there . You are not re imbursed for you time or trouble . They truly do not care about your inconvenience just keep buying tires from them . I am done with these guys after 25 years .

The worst around. Inexperienced, lazy or just incompetent? All of the above. These guys are terrible. Wylie location is one of the worst. Drama always around every turn at every visit, no how early you get there or who you deal with. Brought vehicle in to have the tpms sensors changed. Basic, basic job. First they couldn't figure out how to jack up the vehicle, attempting to jack on a thin metal brace, then deciding to jack directly under the control arm. Most new cars must be jacked from the side pinch welds. Service advisor said they would normally jack from the side welds but the tech already had it up on the control arms so nothing could be done. Great way to bend the control arms! My vehicle has 3 dedicated jack points on the front. These jokers missed every one of them. Awful. Nearly an hour later guy says it's ready, charged me $20 and sent me on my way. Later that day I had the window down, and heard a gravelly sound coming from the front left wheel. I figured one of the new sensors had fallen apart in the rim. Decided to break the tire down myself at home and found the new sensor totally in tact. Still something in there, did they drop a rock, a socket? Low and behold look what I found. They broke the old sensor off, presumably when breaking the bead at the shop that morning. It fell into the tire and the lazy tech just left it in! Totally unacceptable. I fished it out myself with a needle nose and a pry bar. Stay away from this place.

Best family owned Tire place in Wylie! Everyone here is so kind, extremely knowledgeable and we always find the best deals here. We always buy our tires from Wylie Tire Shop. Highly recommend!

My tires were so low on tread and I made an appointment same day and got all my tires replaced.It only took 30 minutes to have all four tire mounted and balanced.I appreciate the team here in Wiley.I live in frisco and I would go out of my way to come here again,one of the best experiences! Bill the store manager is running a tight ship and making sure the experience is top notch. Thanks again guys!

Bought the tires I wanted and made the appointment all online. Was in and out in 30 minutes. The o ly way to get tires done if you don't want to spend all day in a waiting room.

The service at this place is CONSISTENTLY TOP NOTCH! JT and Richard were excellent today. They accommodated me just before closing time and I appreciate that.All their employees look happy to be at work and look and act like they enjoy what they do. They always have a smile on their face when helping out and they also do a good job with my tires. This is my preferred location for sure.

Richard is the best! He's been with Discount Tires for almost 25 years, and he was super helpful. Other mechanic shops have brushed me off, but Richard took the time to listen to my concerns and provided top level customer service!!!!Definitely coming back to buy my next set of tires with Richard :)
