Me and my wife are in Dallas for the week for work and my car started over heating on Tuesday. I had no idea what it could be and was worried that it was something that would not be able to be fixed before we had to check out of the hotel on Friday and head back to Houston. I called Dave Wednesday morning and he told me to bring the car in by 1 o'clock. When I got to the shop his wife was so courteous to me and told me that they would give me a call when they found out the problem. Around 5 that afternoon they called me with great news the car was fixed and only needed more coolant luckily it wasn't anything serious. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone, they took care of my car asap and didn't just put me on the back burner, they were straight forward and honest with me at every interaction, and the best part is they actually got the job done and it didn't cost me a bunch of money. If you are questioning somewhere to get your car worked on just come to Dave they'll fix it!

My car broke down in the Tom Thumb Shopping Center next 2 Dave's Auto and Son. He came to the shopping center to look at my car and had it moved to his shop. It needed a alternator. The part came in and he was done fixing it in a matter of hours. And he even fixed something totally unrelated to my alternator free of cost. I would recommend anyone to this car shop if your looking for a great mechanic.

They got me in right away, they were super kind, made sure everything else with my car was fine, and ontop of that great prices. I love giving back to smaller businesses and this made me happy to spend my money with them as I m a college student and pay for all my own stuff the value of a dollar is still a lot to me and I m careful where I spend my money. Couldn t be happier with my results! PLEASE give them a try even if you already have a place these guys are great.

Need some basic repairs done on your car? Go to Dave's. They will treat you right give you good prices and make sure work is done correctly. Don't miss an opportunity for this shade tree mechanic shop to work on your car when you need it. A little out of the way and a little off the beaten path, but definitely worth the drive.

Went to Dave and sons today for the first time with my 2010 Mazda 6 had it checked over and installed a cherrybomb glasspack real honest guys and honest work would definitely recommend to anyone looking for good quality mechanic work at a great price thanks Dave and guys you made my day!
