GREAT place. Came in to get an estimate on a repair for driver side window the price was reasonable the customer service was awesome!!! Great waiting area and the atmosphere is homey. Will be definitely coming back on my repair needs especially for my window!!!!

Wes and his team do great work here! They re honest and upfront about any repairs needed. I ve bought my wife s vehicle here for multiple repairs and they re usually completed within 24 hours! I highly recommend this shop.

A huge rave for Cityline Automotive in Wylie. After reading so many great reviews here (though I used them before for an alignment). I went there for repairs after rats chewed my wires. I pulled up at 4pm and told them my problem (thankful the car was still drivable). He asked if I could leave it and I said no. He said give me the keys. They repaired it within 1 hour!

Brought my Audi here and was a little worried bc it s an Audi and I had never used Cityline before, but they were recommended multiple times in my neighborhood fb page. The Audi dealership I originally took it to kept my car for 2 weeks, had me pay a diagnostic fee, and could not find out what was wrong. Cityline fixed my car (drastically cheaper than the dealership), was finished in 3 days, and I went to pay and my card was declining which I knew was not right. I called the bank and apparently their whole system is down. I called Cityline back and apologized and said they could keep my car and I would call back on Monday (it s Friday at closing time)when the bank had their system back up and make payment and get my car. He literally said, no worries, I trust you. Come get your car and call me on Monday to make payment. I am shocked. That is the definition of amazing customer service. I will be using them for all future car issues and could not suggest a business more.

City line Automotive was one of the best experiences I have had with a mechanic. Wes was able to get me in quickly and had my car serviced within an hour. He was efficient and friendly. They had a few waiting rooms available that were cool and comfortable. They even had free wifi. Also, they took the extra step to explain what they fixed and why it was broken before just handing me my keys and saying "see you later". City line will be my mechanic of choice for my vehicles going forward, and it should be yours to if you are in the area.

Wes and Chris are very knowledgeable and will give you a much better price than most other car repair shops. City line came as a recommendation and they did not disappoint.

I recently took my Honda Accord to CityLine due to a noise coming from the dashboard and trunk. Wes quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue to perfection. CityLine is now my go-to mechanic for anything car-related. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality car service!

I ve been coming here for years. I ve sent a lot of people here & I ve had all kinds of work done on foreign and domestic vehicles. I ve never had a problem or overcharge - This is the best Mechanic shop hands down I ve ever found in my 46 years of being alive. 5 Stars is not enough! The guys at City Line Automotive know their business well and keep the customer the top priority. My engine blew in my 2008 Avalanche and Wes walked me through all the available options. He went into detail on the pros and cons of each option and suggested the best option to fit within my budget. There was clear communication on the expected timeline for the engine replacement and constant contact for updates while I was waiting. I just picked my truck up this week and I couldn't be happier. They did exactly what they said they would do, in the timeframe they proposed and at the cost presented before work started. Can't ask for more than that...

These guys are great and honest. I had been going to my mechanic for years. He told me I needed a brand new AC kit and new condenser which was going to cost north of $1000. Wes and the team took a look and found that all I needed was 2 o-rings to the compressor. And the price was definitely FAIR. These guys got my AC up and running after months of not having cool air. Will definitely be coming back.

I've had the pleasure of having Wes and his team work on several of my vehicles. They've done simple oil changes on my wife's Volvo, brakes, Lexus timing belts, exhaust, etc. Their pricing is fair, they do great work, and they meet their commitments. They may be backlogged, but when they tell me it will be ready by a day/time, it is. I had a great experience getting my brake pads and rotors replaced. I had called around and found that CityLine Automotive was close by and could perform the work the next day at a great price. Wes was very responsive and would answer my calls quickly and professionally. Thank y all for helping me with my brakes!

I meant to review these guys sooner. Service with a smile, very friendly, and their price for a fully synthetic oil change on a German car is very competitive. Why go to the dealer?

First off, let s acknowledge that the automotive repair industry is one that people are in need of when they aren t having their best day. Who wants to pay to fix something on their car?Wes and his team at Cityline get that and go above and beyond to take care of people when they aren t having their best day! I ve used them on multiple occasions for my car, my wife s car, even my parents used them while passing through from Florida!I have found that the work is done well. The prices are reasonable. They don t go finding extra problems to fix while they have my car and pressure me to fix them then. They have been timely with fixing things for me as well!Service: Brakes

Wes and Chris are awesome, they're honest work/integrity puts them way above the rest. I first went to see them 2019 and they've maintained three automobiles and have been EXCELENT! Highly recommend this shop! Wes takes great care of my daughters car, my car and all of our company cars. If you want a honest hard working mechanic Cityline is the place to go. I will NOT be taking our cars anywhere else ever again!!

Everyone at CityLine is amazing! They have serviced our cars, and made repairs when needed, efficiently and perfectly. The AC in my daughter's truck went out recently. They ordered the parts, made an apt for repair, and now it blows colder than it probably ever has. Thanks again!

I really like supporting small local businesses, and this shop is the epitome of what they should be - a focus on quality and customer service. Car shops in general tend to constantly upsell what is actually necessary and overcharge for labor, but you can be confident that you will get exactly what you need here for a reasonable price; the guys that run this shop are honest and professional. I have taken my car here twice so far, and both times Wes was able to accurately diagnose and repair the problem I had. It can be really hard to find a reliable car repair shop, so I'm glad I've found one that is so close to my home!

I've been using another auto repair shop for the last several years and was very dissatisfied with them recently. I found CityLine Automotive on Google Maps and did a little additional research. I'm glad I did! They did a fast, professional, and reasonably priced brake job for me today.I already knew that I needed some work on my front struts, but didn't mention it at drop off--planning on asking them to put a quote together when I picked up my car. They proactively identified the issue and let me know about it when they called me with the estimate on the brake job. The price was very reasonable and I plan on getting that scheduled shortly. I'll update my review after that work is done, but so far, I'm really a really satisfied customer.Service: Brakes

Inside it's very casual, in the shop it's business! I called the day before to ensure I could get in for an alignment the following day and was told it would be no problem. In and out in less than an hour. My truck was aligned right back to factory specs on a really nice and clean alignment rack. The waiting room is kid friendly (toys and Netflix) and I was offered a coffee. It's nice to support local businesses who employee local people and in return get above average service and value.Service: Wheel alignment

Integrity honesty and respectable. Thought my starter went out on my car about two weeks after I replaced the battery turns out I bought a bad battery they replaced the battery for free didn't even charge diagnostic fee but I paid it anyway. I'll be returning

This place does top notch work. The owners have a ton of experience between them. I've taken all of my cars to them for years and have never had any issues with the work they have done. Pricing is very reasonable and they do quick work. From oil changes to an alternator, or anything you need done they can do. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good mechanic.

My Ford F150 was having some transmission issues and was going in to limp mode. I had another auto mechanic check the truck out but he couldn't figure out the issue and basically recommended a lot of work and expense we didn't need. After I brought it to Wes at Cityline he knew what the problem was within about 20 minutes. He had be back on the road the next day and it was quite a bit less than the other mechanics quote. They are honest, dependable and knowledgeable and I would recommend them.

My car wouldn't start because the alternator was bad, causing the battery to drain. They came to my house and helped me jump start my car so they could check it out. They ordered the part and had it in within just a couple of hours. My car has since been starting up very smoothly and even sounds better when it runs. Not to mention their prices are virtually unbeatable. I highly recommend CityLine Automotive!! I will be coming back to them for sure! Excellent customer service!!

Customer service was excellent. Wes was extremely helpful on the phone and gave a no BS quote. They resolved my initial issue and discovered another issue that if gone un resolved I would have blown a motor. The pricing was very fair. Chris was the mechanic and he walked me through everything he was going to do. My truck is running great now and I still have beer money. Thanks guys keep it up.

Fair prices, get-the-job-done attitude, I have found the #1 shop! He is the only person I will let work on my truck and my daughters car. Wes and his crew are amazing! They redid so many things on my son's 1997 Camaro. I recommend them highly! Excellent job and very fair prices. So very impressed! They even redid the headliner. Looks brand-new. My son had passed away. This work on his car meant the world to us. We couldn't believe we found somebody so close to my other son. This shop is a gem! Great work and kind people!! Wylie is blessed to have them.

I called this past Saturday and they were able to see me the same day . Wes is great. Look at my car and talked to me about the issues. Charges reasonably and did a great job replacing parts . My car runs great . God bless Wes.thank you so much. definitely recommend. 10/10
