I am an Autozone guy and I mainly buy Autozone. I have no issues with other autopart companies, I've just enjoyed the service at all the Autozones I've been to.Their setup is the same at all establishments I've been to and it makes it easy for me to go in-and-out of their stores. I know exactly where to find items and then when I don't know, I ask and they help me quickly. It helps that almost every employees I encounter seem to love what they do and enjoy being there and are actually helpful. This one was no exception. The gentleman that helped me even imparted some great knowledge with excellent tips on how to replace my Fuel Pressure Sensor

The countless times, I ve had issues where I couldn t even figure it out as a mechanic. As soon as I come here the solution is immediately found, and Patrick out of all people is a great asset to the company I got him all the time. These guys never fail me, and I promise you they will never fail you. Satisfied customers 1,000,000%.

I received the best service I could ask for. Dylan was so nice. He installed my light bulb and cleaned my electrical connections to the battery. I did not even ask. He volunteered to do it for me. What a nice gentleman.

Super stressed about car problems today, I stopped by Autozone. Robert was the one helping me. He totally made my day! He knew exactly what was needed, He had everything under control. I felt relieved and the stress was gone. I left the location with everything fixed. Everyone in that store is really nice and helpful. I definitely recommend that store! Thank you Robert and team! You guys are amazing!

I went in to have my car battery assessed. The technician tested my battery. It was found to be inadequate. He installed a new battery for me. Total time from when I arrived and departed was less tanb20 minutes. Spectacular!

Very helpful staffs. Great range of products and staffs help you to find the product you are looking for. Same time offer helpful suggestions. Not pushing for sale. Stay open late which helps a lot. I liked it. It's the Murphy location on FM 544.

I purchased a set of windshield wiper blades for my daughter s car and when I got home the insert did not fit. So, within 20 minutes I returned to the Murphy autozone to pick up some Duralast icons because I knew they fit.The store would not exchange the wiper blades for the new ones becuase I did not have the receipt with me - even though I used my phone number account and had credit card that I purchased the parts under.I purchased the one blade I absolutely needed and left the useless $60 worth of wiper blades sitting on the counter. counter guy just gave me a shrug.What this dude and his smug look and eating grin doesn't know is that the city of Murphy as a municipality will no longer be doing business at this store.

I never leave reviews but Michael Jameson deserves one. That man absolutely made my day. Incredible customer service, and very knowledgeable. He took way more time out of his day than I would expect someone to, to help me with a problem that he could have very easily sent me on my way to do myself. I work in customer service and it s very rarely that I m impressed by somebody s service but Michael Jameson did that today!

My experience was nothing but exceptional! My car battery gave out and it was 109 degrees outside. My car actually broke down in the parking lot next to AutoZone. (Ryan) went above and beyond to help me. He went over to the parking lot where my car was stalled checked my battery, and it said bad. He was able to replace it within five minutes and got me back on the road. Ryan and his manager were exceptional with taking care of me!! I am very thankful and appreciative!!

Big shoutout to the guys at this store. I was driving home the other night, blew the bottom radiator hose on my 96 Mustang. Called, they had one in stock. Tried to get Uber ride... finally Uber arrived to pick me up at 9:57 pm and I was 5 minutes from the store. Called the store back and asked if any chance they could stay for a couple of minutes... they did! I was able to have my car repaired by 10:30 pm thanks to these guys!

Had same day delivery and the wrong part was delivered. The store offered no refund or assistance since they said a different company dropped it off. Won't trust this store again.

The staff was nice but they didn't accept my MAVIS Credit card. Its on the list of accepted locations. I would have gone somewhere else if I had known prior to making the trip and waiting in line. It shows as a valid location on the website. Thank you.

I was just here earlier today and I felt the service and expertise was exceptional! I first went the the other Wylie AutoZone and they didn t have the size battery I needed so they kindly referred me to this one. I didn t even realize there was a second shop in Wylie! Anyways, the manager (I m sorry I can t remember his name, I want to say Michael but I could be making that up) was able to help me get my battery installed and helped me get a few other things for oil changes I have to do. Top notch service at good prices too! Thanks!

I shouldn't have trusted dude with his shoes tied so tight. He sold me a $140 lighbulb, the incorrect one by far. The correct bulb was $10 which is for the halo style lights. Also sold me some regular, screw in bulbs that didn't match my lights at all.

After a terrifying experience of all the interior & dashboard lights, GPS and then headlights shutting off, it became quite clear that the battery in my car was toast! I reached out to AutoZone where I'd purchased the battery a couple years ago. I knew that I'd gotten some kind of warranty but couldn't recall the specific details. Imagine my extreme surprise and PLEASURE to learn that the battery was 100% covered under warranty. Not a % discount against the purchase of a new battery. 100% FREE. SCORE!Not only did they give me this great news, Robin H even removed my old battery and installed the new one... free of charge! I am absolutely thrilled at the level of customer service shown at the AutoZone. Thank you for getting me back in business and keeping my wallet closed!

Never enough people behind the counter, the ones walking around going in the back with people standing in 3 isles 3 deep and they won't make eye contact.Answer the phone straight to hold. Don't like it.

I love AutoZone. Most auto parts stores are pretty similar, but honestly, if I have the choice then I go to AutoZone. They always have what I need and their staff is always the friendliest. I don't get this kind of customer service when I go to an O'Reilly's or Pep Boys. I just don't. So AutoZone will keep my business for as long as they are here!

We stopped in on a Friday with a bit of an emergency since we needed to be on the road the next day. Lo took care of us. She tested and found out our battery needed to be replaced. This is something the Dealership missed. She got us back on the road and was so friendly and helpful in the process.The staff here is great!

Over-and-above service! Lo and Dami�n were amazing! They were swamped but they were so friendly and helpful and always had a smile on their faces. They took the time to make sure everyone was helped. They really are great individuals that love what they do. Thank you both!

This Autozone has the finest customer service led by example Earl the Store Manager. Earl always greets me when I walk in, answers whatever questions I have about my car and makes sure I am well taken care of. My wife and I were also amazed by Lo. My wife needed a battery for her car, Lo assisted her in selecting the correct battery and after her purchase, Lo installed the battery for her! In addition, Lo helped her install the rear tail light bulbs and wiper blades as well! To say we were amazed by the service Lo provided would be an understatement! All done with a smile :-) Thank you so very much Lo and Earl!!!

i do what i can as far as working on my own car. the warranty is awesome on parts and the prices are fair. untill the wheels fall off or the engine falls out, Autozone

I was amazed by the terrible customer service I received tonight. I arrived at 8:10pm and needed a diagnostic code check on my check engine light and I also needed a new battery (just got a jump from a friend to make it the store). I asked the associate to help me do the check. He said he couldn t do that since he had to go into the customers car (that was news to me). I said ok I ll figure it out. He then proceeded to print a paper out and told me they didn t know they code and I would have to go the dealership. I said fine ok but I was still concerned about my battery. I asked him to test the battery. He was reluctant but finally said ok. He then said it was bad and I said ok well I ll take a new battery. I asked the associate if he would install the battery for me right as we were checking out. He then said no he couldn t do it because it was too late and that it was too cold outside and that he honestly had a bad day and that this was a difficult battery install. So I guess they don t work in the cold up north?? I got there almost an hour before the store closed. I immediately called O reilys and they told me no problem they ll replace it for me. I ve never had a bad experience at this auto zone, but this event has now made me an O reilys customer. I should mention the other associate was also no help and hiding in the corner the whole time and could care less to help too.

Stopped in to get a rear wiper blade. Lo was fantastic! Checked and double checked to make sure I had the correct product and even installed! What took her a few minutes would have taken me all afternoon. Lo, you are the best! Thank you so very much.

Upon installation, we find that the item sold to us was a mismatch despite the fact we gave the right specification, meaning we had to return the item for the right one. I guess it's good to go with a sample of what you need to buy for reference purposes. Good store though.

I called about a car battery and if was in stock and could be installed. Store rep said absolutely. I went in, they got me taken care of (including install) in less than 20 mins. Very friendly and professional. Kudos!!
