* TOTALLY DISHONEST *I took my Military Humvee here and it stay for over 5 months while Todd gave me detailed lies about progress being made..No work was ever done.Todd is a pathological liar that NO control over the lying. He went into extraordinary detail about work that was never done.DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE FOR ANYTHINGProbably most of these positive reviews are fake and lies as well. That is how they operate

This company is great! They handled all of the paperwork from my accident I was in plus I rented a car from them. If you want the best work done on your vehicle you need to go to Absolute Auto Group.

The workshop I visited while passing through Texas. But the people served me very quickly and fixed the problems quite quickly and inexpensively. very friendly people, hospitable and doing their work efficiently, this is a rarity in the modern world.

I've known Mike for several years now, ever since he was working out of the East Plano location. He treats everyone with respect, kindness, and TACT. Finding a trustworthy and highly skilled mechanic is like finding the perfect significant other, dentist, etc. He has high-level character, accountability, and business ethics. He has a college degree that he displays proudly in his new office, and it really shows he paid attention in school. This means he's going to quote you the accurate price and get the job done right, and if you're not happy he'll go out of his way to make it right. He's a Saint who really cares about his customers. I can't wait to upload pictures of the DTM RS4 spec rear bumper kit currently being installed by his elite team of Master Certified techs. Thank you again Mike, in a competitive market filled with over priced dealers and greedy Euro shops (not going to mention any names); I hit the lottery with you and will continue to bring my vehicle in for service and refer as many friends/co-workers as possible. Todd and Michael are A+++ absolute gurus when it comes to fixing things, you can tell Todd is like a kid in a candy store, just has a passion and knack for fixing things. I take all my vehicles to them to maintain and repair and refer him as much business as possible. Very happy with the quality of work there!! I was in a wreck and my wife's car had hail damage within 3 months of each other. Michael is simply the best taking care of her car and it looks brand new and my 4Runner that was in the accident, looks better than when I bought it. We've used Michael several times and cannot recommend him enough. You simply can't find as good a mechanic as he is!Services: Auto body & trim repair, Auto maintenance

I been this shop to fix my car gasket and he fixed after few months again oil leaking started I went to him for complaints but he totally refuse to fix my car he is big time lying man I never recommend this shop anybody

Took my car in for first time based on community recommendations. Very quick and accurate diagnosis was done on my issue, returned few days later to have repair done (parts very needed to be ordered)Very satisfied with work done and great price!Definitely will return for further repairs

We bought our 05 dodge magnum from Leo at absolute after we were in a car accident and our previous magnum was deemed a total loss. We drove from mid Missouri to Wylie to pick up after talking with him over phone. He made our buying experience very easy and personable. The car was exactly described and pictured. Leo has it clean and even a full tank of gas. We would most definitely do business in the future with him. We love our magnum it s such a beautiful car with only 110k miles and 1 owner. We got such a great deal thanks to Absolute Auto!

Nope! Two months of deceit and wasted time, while I patiently waited to purchase a car(for my daughter) that I was promised. My best guess is that the car was sold to someone else? Several individuals being dishonest over there. It was messed up.

Very good job. I went here after Firestone didn't find the problem with electric on my car for one hour. I paid for diagnosing 56$ in firestone and they still didn't find out problem. And here Mikhail figure it out in 10 min, and it was fixed in one hour. Also Firestone fooled me on license plate bulb, which they charged me but didn't change.I don't know about other places but Firestone overcharge you with things you don't need.I Better always come here than other place

We use this repair shop for several years. I live in the north Fort Worth, but for any major service or repair I take all our cars there. Never regretted doing so.Most of the time less expensive then majority of big repair shop.They do not push on customer unneeded repairs/services and not overprice actual work.

Michael is the most honest mechanic we've ever met in DFW. We've been to all the chain places, and even ones our friend recommend that turn out not to be that great, and Michael tops them all. He has saved us so much money by fixing only what is actually broken, and not replacing entire assemblies/pumps like other places want to do. He is a straight-shooter, and a man of integrity. He has my business for our cars as long as we live in DFW.

The most honest car service I have ever seen!Unlike others, who required diagnostic fees and started telling me about various possible issues, this guy just told me the issue is a defective battery which is still under warranty, charged me for half an hour work and sent me to replace the battery where I bought it.I recommend with all my heart Service: Electrical repair

Mikhail is the most honest car mechanic you will ever meet. Promptly diagnosed my problem and gave me a fair parts and labor quote. I was told by other mechanics that I had to replace my AC compressor and condenser. Absolute Automotive found no problems with those parts and recommend a less expensive fix. I drive over half an hour to go see the guys at Absolute Automotive, and it is worth it everytime. Thanx.
