They didn t talk my ear off. Cheapest tires in Wylie I ll tell you that.They were nice enough and quick. Which to me is all that s important.In and out in 30 minutes. Paid 40$ for used tire and labor. I felt like I was stealing so I left a 15$ tip. Will be back to future tire needs

We had use these guys several times on different vehicles we had & they got it fixed & running. We never had any problems here. I recommend to bring your vehicles here!!!!

Came here because the sign out front advertised an alignment at $45.... Turns out "the sign is old" and it's actually $65... But that's still the cheapest price around that I could find (other places were $75-$110).They fit me in right away and were done in about 30 minutes (most places quote 2 hrs).It's not a perfect job, but my car is driving much better and it was great for the price and timing. Will come again.

Good people. I ve always taken my vehicles here.I m reading the reviews and it seems like they expect everyone to think these guys are supposed to speak and act proper American, their way is not our way so don t think they re being disrespectful and unprofessional

I was a long time customer had several things done with them...I will never trust and or use their services any longer ....word to the wise ...never let them touch your car or anything else you own...they will not take responsibility for their mistakes ....so so scuzzball classy.

I got tires from this place. Soon after the tires replacement, I got the TPMS light on, indicating that one of the TPMS sensor is not working. I told them that you messed up the TPMS sensor. It was working before the tire replacement. But they didn't accept any responsibility and told me that they don't have the tool for checking the TPMS sensor. I should go to DISCOUNT Tires. My suggestion, please don't waste your time and money at least for the tires in this place.

*BEWARE * Let s just start from the beginning, I ve done business with these people numerous times. All my family members have only done their cars at this location and we ve never had a problem, until today I went to get an inspection for my car and everything went smooth until I went home and checked my paper and it said fail . I was confused as to why I failed since the mechanic didn t even inform me about it. He never even said what was wrong with the car! So I went back and told him why he didn t mention anything about failing and he just laughed it off . Totally rude and unprofessional. BE careful ! he just wanted to rip me off.

Come here frequently, these guys get it done quick as they can at a fair price.Used to be 5 stars, the next time I came I was told it would be a couple minutes to fix my tire. After 45 mins of waiting and him helping 3 cars that came before me i left. Another used tire place down the street helped me out in 10 minutes. This place seems to prefer Spanish speaking customers, if you don't expect to wait a while

Bad customer service and expertise!I was supposed to get a simple wheel alignment. I was led to believe it was fixable but as soon as I drove off my car kept pulling to the right. Went back right after to work something out and they put the responsibility back on me saying I agreed to get the service, that I should fix the other parts first then get another alignment. (Why would they try to fix something if they know it won t work?)They expect you to do the thinking for them because they can t think on their own even though they are the mechanic experts . They don t have the customers best interest in mind.Both the alignment guy and register guy couldn t see their mistake which was to let me believe my car was fixable with their alignment. They were very unprofessional. This was not about the money but the customer service experience one would expect from a good business.I was nice to them so as to try to resolve the situation in the best way possible but they did not care. Not recommended.

An employee from A Discount Tire & Auto Care pointed a gun at me. The incident occurred on January 20, 2020. To add insult to injury, I went to Wylie High School with him. And he didn't mature at all. All I wanted was a routine oil change. I haven't returned to this auto shop ever since. Please hire employees who are mentally stable. This country doesn't need more negative stereotypes!

I installed two front struts and two CV axles on my wife s car, then marked all of the settings with a yellow paint pen, took it to A-discount tire and auto repair for an alignment charge my wife $67 and never did an alignment. Do not take your vehicle there. They have an experienced mechanics and the management and owners argue with you when you tell them they did not do their job.

Bring your whey, cause these are the best Kurds . Best bang for the buck around. Only reason didnt get 5 , bathroom needs cleaning. It is a mechanic shop though. Good family business.

I always try to go to family owned businesses. I have been coming here for many years. The owner and employees are honest and thorough with their service.Their rates are very reasonable.I am completely satisfied with their work. I highly recommend them!

If you want to waste your money, this is the place to go... I requested the shop to do an alignment, and supposedly the alignment was done but they recommended new shocks on the vehicle as part of their inspection. Went to another place to get a second opinion on the shocks, and was told the alignment was not done properly, and that my vehicle did not needed shocks... be aware of these guys....

Friendly, pretty quick. I had a slow air leaking tire . They took it off and found a couple of small nails. Busy when I have been there.

Absolutely terrible. It was all great until the bottom fell out. I have never been more disappointed in a business. It took over 2 months to get our car back - and we had to pick it up from another shop that it had been taken to in Dallas, without our permission. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic - the absolute worst.

These guys are excellent! They're also very honest and professional. They won't overcharge you and will tell you the truth about what is wrong with your vehicle and how much it will cost to fix it. Go here for your repairs, you won't regret it.

I've been going to these guys for about 3 years now and they have always been great to me. They've done my oil changes, inspections, tune ups, alignment, etc. Always feel like they're being completely honest with me and only fix what actually needs to be fixed. They are reasonable with prices and they work really fast! They explain exactly what's wrong with your car and why it needs to be replaced and prove they fixed it. I'm very picky about customer service and I recommend these guys!

If you want to waste your time and money, then this is the place for you!THIS PLACE IS FREAKING SHADY....REDFLAG #1 was looking for 4 new tires, and the owner actually gave a good price 500 for 4tires (IF i PAYS WITH CASH).REDFLAG#2. They owner kept focring my me to buy some tires we have NEVER HEARD OF! He kept saying they were new and good tires.Which they looks basic and used.REDLFAG#3 The owner couldnt tell me ANY INFORMATION about tires, if its was all Szn tires or just summer...is there a warranty? He couldnt even tell me the brand of tire. He also says he doesnt do alignments, BUT my husband went there a couple of days before with our truck and he was told they do Alignments... so is it just for Men and not for Women??WASTE OF TIME, WASTE OF MONEY, WE WENT TO DISCOUNT TIRE PAID $200 MORE BUT FOR GOOD quality tires.

My car has a starting problems every morning or a couples of hour later is won t started, is been like that for while, my daughter took it to an auto shop in Sache to checkout they told her to changed the belt and the battery which is around $400.00 I told her bring it back home I Checked at the belt still in a good condition, I took the car to auto parts 2 different places 4 times to check out on the battery and the alternator , they said is good, but , when I took it to A Discount Tire & Auto care, they diagnose my car & he said the battery is bad, I said I brought it to them couple times to checked they said is good, he asked me where I bought this battery and he called them for me and they replaced it, because still under warranty, they never try to trick me into paying them for work I can have done under that warranty, not like other shops they making you, me pay for something we don t have to . These are hardworking, friendly honest mechanics. Recommended.

Decent group of guys working on your car. Don't mistake their straightforward way. Their not unprofessional. They just are straight to the point. Have always gotten my issues fixed and me out the door in a day or less. Even took me back home and picked me up free of charge. Beats Ubering. They won't overcharge you for stuff you don't need. Even did a few side item things on my list without additional hassle.

I went here to get an oil change and they didn t bother doing the oil change and left the old oil filter on my car. Whatever they did to my car instead the oil change, my car started messing up the next day.

This little shop is quick, efficient, honest, and charges fair rates. When they diagnose my car with something under warranty, they never try to trick me into paying them for work I can have done under that warranty. These are hardworking, honest mechanics who care.

No problem with the inspection I just had done. But the guy was very dry when I asked him a question. Not very friendly or customer service oriented at all otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

If I could give negative stars I would. I go to get new tires on my truck and they put the wrong size which causes them to scrape then the back one has a blowout for no apparent reason and they do not want to Fulfill their warranty. The owner wants to sit there and yell at me which is not going to happen if I was you I would stay far away from this place. Not only will they give you the wrong size of tires that will cause damage to your vehicle stay clear
