We had a great experience with these guys. They purchased our small bumper pull with no issues. We purchased a 43 toy hauler. They even worked their butts off so we could use it that weekend for a family get together. I had issues with one of the slides and 2 of the technicians came over to my dad s house and fixed. These guys have exceed my expectations. I was supposed to take it back over to them so they could go through the unit and make sure everything is up to there standards. I am sending everyone I know to them they are excellent. If you need help ask for Cameron Hix he did a great job for us!! Also they offered to go pick up the unit because I was not able to take it back the next week.

THEY EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS IN EVERY WAY!!We recently purchased a Renegade Verona le 40lts in December of 2023.Ease of purchase, walk through and familiarization, facility, preparation and cleanliness of the coach were impeccable. They allowed us to stay overnight at their facility. They were very accommodating, professional and answered all our questions the next day.The best part of the experience was meeting the people Darin (the owner) has put together.We are very thankful to have crossed paths with this team and their company!Marlyn and Lu Moen

I give Performance 5 stars. They provided Great Customer service didn't pressure me into buying. They listened to things I was looking for in a trailer, and if one didn't work out they would suggest another. Kameron was especially helpful and down to Earth. I appreciate the customer service they provided as I don't see that very often at other places. Customer service goes a long way in my book.

I've been to over 100 RV locations, and this one is by far the cleanest and with the most knowledgeable staff I've met in my 8+ years of this RV lifestyle. #tourguideUpdate: Talk about service and excellence. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a smile. They are able to answer your questions and help.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience when attempting to sell my RV here. This is not a review on buying an RV here which it seems like they are much more happy to do. I just recommend you do not attempt to sell your RV here. Initially, they offered me a promising quote for my RV, making them seem like the perfect choice. However, the whole process took an unexpected turn. After bringing my RV in and having some minor warranty work that they requested be done, they estimated would take a maximum of 2 weeks, I found myself waiting for any communication for weeks on end.Attempts to reach out were met with silence, and calls were always met with claims of being busy. Even after physically visiting the place multiple times, all I received were vague promises to "check on things." It took nearly 2 months before I finally managed to get through to someone, only to be told that they had changed their minds about purchasing my RV and hadn't even completed the warranty work.Upon picking up my RV, I was shocked to discover that the only work done was some minor trim repair, something that could have been completed in a single day. And the patio door had been so poorly closed that a substantial gap was left at the top, posing a potential water leak issue. What made matters worse was the complete lack of accountability from the staff. Not a single apology for the lengthy delay, the lack of communication, or the shoddy workmanship.All in all, my experience here was nothing short of dreadful. The initial promising quote and the subsequent disappointment, unprofessional communication, and subpar workmanship have left me thoroughly frustrated and disheartened. It's unfortunate that a company that seemed so promising turned out to provide such a lackluster and disrespectful experience.I am sure buying an RV from here is a much more enjoyable experience, but if you are looking to sell your RV you should keep in mind that they will waste your time and they do not care about your RV at all.

As far as being friendly and helpful they are top of their class! I feel they go above and beyond to help you get done what you need done! The only complaint i have is that they don t offer near enough for a trade in!But i would do business with them day after day! So many other places just don t care about you or your RV! If you need assistance i would say ask for Joe or Brett!I would rank them #1 in Lubbock and surrounding areas.

This is my 5th Motorhome purchase and hands down the best experience to date. 5th time is a charm, my wife and I purchased a 45 Renegade super C and couldn t be more happy. I just took it in for a few warranties and when I say few I mean 4. My last 45 was a class A that had a 80+ item punch list of warranty items that didn t completely get resolved in the 2 year period that I owned and it spent over a year total in the shop. Performance had my new coach for 2 weeks mainly waiting on shipping from a manufacturer. As a bonus I had them install Starlink so we always have internet no matter what. The owner Darin Benton and his whole team are are second to none. You will not be disappointed.

Salesman & Finance did a professional job on the sale of the used 5th wheel I purchased. I was told that the generator on board my fifth wheel was going to be service but when I thoroughly inspected it when I got home, the oil wasn t even changed. Also, I was told that the inside of the fifth wheel would be detailed, but to my surprise, it was not, and I had to clean it from front to back on the inside. They also did a good job at replacing the fan or fixing it in the kitchen area and they did a good job at cleaning the outside of the fifth wheel. They did a good job at fixing the roof caulking. My advice is, if anybody wants to buy a used recreational vehicle from this establishment, ensure that you pick it up the next morning so that way there is plenty of time for this establishment to fix any issues that you have. Don t be like me and except the vehicle After 5 PM when they are getting ready to close.

I went by Performance Mondaywanting some info on RV s. I had been thinking about getting one so just needing information. Ty Robertson, sales representative, showed me some units and helped me with what might work better for me! Extremely helpful and so very nice!! If you are looking for an RV, call Ty!!

Ty was great to work with for our first RV purchase. He answered our questions well and was patient with newbies. Tanner was thorough with the delivery and hitch install. I feel like they will be responsive with our many future inquiries. Joe in parts also was very helpful in sharing his experience.

Hot dogs and hallelujah! We have a very high quality RV dealer/repair shop serving West Texas!Performance Motorcoaches was referred to us for RV repairs. We had 3 issues to address, some of which included electrical/lighting problems we were having. When I met the service manager, she was extremely knowledgeable, and I immediately felt assured I came to the right place. I received a call within hours that all problems had been repaired, and what the cost for the repairs would be. I was shocked by how reasonable their rates are.For the past year I ve been questioning whether or not to continue owning an RV, but now that we have discovered Performance Motorcoaches, I m totally re-energized. Thank you so much Performance Motorcoaches and particularly to your service manager and service staff.

My wife and I purchased a Heartland North Trail Travel Trailer from Performance Motorcoaches RV and Marine and couldn t be happier with the team. We worked with Ty the salesman, he was very responsive to answering all our questions and made the purchasing experience enjoyable. Jayme, thank you for assisting us with purchasing our accessories! Doug the GM, was straight forward with our purchase and clarified all charges. Brent and Jeremy went above and beyond when doing our inspection and orientation. They did not hesitate to address our concerns and left us feeling confident everything worked as expected. Finally, Darin, the owner, thank you for overseeing our purchase and making us feel welcomed and not just another sale. They say it's when times get tough you will find out who your REAL friends are! Well............It was used but it was our dream Motorhome. My first contact was with Ty at Performance. Our offer was accepted, we flew in from out of state and Ty picked us up. It was after closer inspection that times got tough. The coach had a few issues that Performance wasn't aware of initially. Ty and the team jumped into action, renegotiating with the owner of this consignment and facilitating the necessary repairs to MAKE IT RIGHT!! From day one we never felt like "just another customer" but rather "taken in" and TAKEN CARE OF like a family member. It took some time and a little patience to get parts but we were always kept informed and Ty along with Darin had our best interests in mind.When we finally got on the road and on our way I couldn't help but think what a first class operation Performance Motorcoaches is. Darin can be "most proud" of his people skills! He has assembled an all star "DREAM TEAM!!".And Ty.................I left feeling I met my brother from another mother!!!!Thanks so much Ty! You most definitely smoothed the bumps out of what "could have" been a tough time.Very well done!

This is the absolute best experience my wife and I have ever had at any RV dealership! We showed up late, close to closing on a Saturday and Ty didn't rush us and made us feel right at home. Ty, David, and Brett went way beyond to make our experience a great one! I cannot say enough good things about this establishment from top to bottom! We will most certainly be doing business with Performance Motorcoaches in the future!

My Wife and i puchased a new Hike Camper and picked it up yesterday. This is our 3rd camper but the first that we have purchased from Performance so i speak from experience with RV Dealers........Tye Robertson is by far the best salesperson that I have ever had . He gave me a great price on my trade-in ad an even better price for the new unit and always diplayed great integrity and honesty. Tanner in the Service Dept. was very informative,POLITE, and helpful on our walk thru. I strongly suggest that if you are looking for an RV/ Boat etc. and you want an overall great buying experience , get with Tye at Performance Motorcoaches!!!!!!!!

Purchased a brand new unit from them a few months ago. Great delivery process. They took the time to walk me completely through coach and answer all my newbie questions. I have order accessories from their parts department to have them show up extremely fast. Also had a great experience recently in their service department. First Class Operation. Thanks to the entire crew at Performance Motorcoaches!

We are so happy with the service department at Performance Motorcoaches. They got our RV all fixed up and were very friendly. Jayme was so nice and went out of her way to make sure we were happy. I won't take our RV anywhere else. They absolutely know what they are doing.

I called for an estimate and did not get a return call. As full timers we were so excited to see such a great place for repairs. Maybe they will call response/edit...I did not want a mobile repair. This was slide covers replacement. I need three and the $$ estimate. Never got that far. We were right across the road at Mesa Verde. No one said we wanted you to come to us.
