My car sensor lights came on my dash. I didn't have a clue what it meant. I pulled into the Winnsboro tire shop to see if they could possibly help me since I wasn't from that sweet town. I was very pleased with these fellas they greeted me as soon as I pulled in they are very helpful. Showed me the buttons on my stirring wheel to check the system. It was nice to know that. No, I didn't pull out the car manual. It was thicker than what Congress would have put out. They gave me a lesson on my car sensor lights on my dash. Now I know how to check my car problems, by the push of that button. I'm smarter than the average bear. Come to find out, the light that came on my dash was a low tire pressure light. Yes, I felt goofy. They were courteous and respectful and didn't make a big deal, at least while I was there. Maybe after I drove off, they road on the ground laughing but. They had a wonderful attitude while I was there. Yes, differently. I would highly recommend Winnsboro Tire Company to anyone. Thank you !!

Have used Goodsons many times. They don't assume you will want a repair only to stick you with an extra $300 but call or meet with you if in waiting area to go over approximate pricing. They've been willing to test my battery and alternator for no charge when vehicle was acting off.Very polite and respectful of time and of their speech with others.

I came in to get my trucks transfer case checked and everything greased and fluids topped off, and I was really happy with the gentleman that was looking at my truck. He showed me everything he was doing suggested things I needed. This is like the second or third time I ve been there for different things, and I will be back. For oil change next week

We ve been there a few times to fix some things on our vehicles. They are honest folks with reasonable prices and do great work. We are pleased with the services they have provided to keep our vehicles on the road! We ll definitely continue going to them for all of our automobile needs.

I'm brand new to the area. Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. They were timely, and the price was reasonable. I probably will not return though. The cashier has a permanent scowl, she doesn't greet you, nor does she make eye contact. I was clearly annoying her when I tapped on the window to pay my ticket. She has a very similar attitude and presence as the tech, Kenny. People have become too comfortable being rude. I hate giving my hard earned money to a business where I'm treated in that manner. I will be taking my business elsewhere.Service: Tire rotations

I was in and out in 5 minutes. Those guys are all nice and all worked well together, one checked tires and windows as the other checked filters, while the oil was changed, so it was super fast. everyone hates waiting while getting oil changes- this was the best because it was no waiting

I had my car towed here. Jerry, the mechanic called me to let me know that the problem was inside the engine and he could not repair it. He went out of his way to research the problem with Hyundai and found out they had a service bulletin, not a recall, on my problem and suggested I contact the dealer. Will not go into full detail why I was there as it would take to long,I will say this,they went beyond what most places would have done. Always helpful and take time to try and solve the problem. Have used this place for several years now and will continue to use them. Friendly staff and always willing to help and carry on a conversation.

I have trusted Goodson w/my vehicles for years. The work is always done w/a smiling professional manner. Also, they help me keep the cost as low as possible , i.e. finding rebuilt parts instead of something new.
