So call couple days ago to make appointment to get tuneup on my car, i was told bring it in as soon as they open , had my car there around 830am or so, got call about 11am about quote they said be 4 hrs here it is 4pm i called them they said had defective sparkplug smh had my car all day no calls to kerp me updated or nothing now this and they close soon and i needed my car..there was another charge on there they never told me about until i went to pick up my car, yea dont go tire pro

Though I haven t actually bought too many tires here, I do pop in for tire repairs as needed and the efficient crew here always get me in and out without delay. That s important when you just GOTTA drive - and you find an unwelcome nail in your tire before that big trip!I will check them out when it time for a new set of tires on my GMC Canyon!

If I could give Tire Pro and Alignment 10 's I would. Landis and his team are honest and went above and beyond. I told them what I'd like to have done to my truck and they made it happen. Great customer service.

I had an appointment for Thursday early am for front end noise and they didn't look at it until late Friday afternoon. I called Friday at 330 after not hearing anything . Since they just got it in, had nothing to report. Recieved a call Monday Am that it just needs two front tires. So I said ok. Finally, got the car back Wed noon. (After two phone calls inquiring the status)Original Problem not fixed but worse. But hey, I'm an optimist. In six days, I got 2 new tires with greasy hand prints left all over the wheels, tires and fenders and the original front end problem is worse than ever. Won't be back.

Husband and I blew a tire and a spare. Called literally 5 minutes til closing time on a Friday evening. They sent someone (David) out immediately, got the tire fixed and kept the shop open an hour later than usual business hours until we got there in order to replace our other tire. I would highly recommend this company if you are in need of any tire services.

I recently had new tires put on my truck and FJ cruiseri ncluding a lift kit. The staff was very nice and helpful and I would highly recommend them

I own a number of vehicles an Landis and his crew of vehicle care specialists are the only ones I allow to touch my vehicles. I walked in to their lobby at a hectic time (@ 10:30 am) and was greeted and promptly helped by no one other than Landis (the owner) himself. In less than 10 minutes I got an estimate for some extensive work I needed on one of my SUV's. He always sticks to his estimates (even if he under estimates the cost of the work done). He is a very honest and professional service provider, (or I would not have done business with him for the last 10 years). I recommend his service establishment hole heartedly.

Last Thursday my wife had 2 flat tires while traveling, these guys fixed her up, replaced a tire with a matching one. She's was in and out in an hour at a reasonable rate. No price grouging, courtesy service.Highly recommended!THANK YOU!!

My car had died and the company sent out two gentlemen to get my car started. Once we were at the place of business, the time required to fix another problem was quite quick. Thank you for a speedy and well done job.

It's Saturday morning and I'm in desperate need of an alignment to head out to Dallas later tonight. Looked all over wood county and everywhere was already booked. Happened to call these guys and they said they could take care of me. They did a good job and it only took about 40 min.

Micheal replaced , the wrong tire sensor. It went off again , addressed the issue to him and he said he would change it out to the correct tire. After this point It was 11:30 on sat. It went off yet again, frustrated I accepted the light coming on frequently due to wasting half my day off. Went back a third time several months later while trying to get new tires , as to not waste more of my time and told him what he had did and it is still not fixed, he looked at it and told me the sensor that he had replaced, he did not. So therefore he lied to me about changing it out from the back to the front that saturday, I hope this issue is fixed cause he charged me for another sensor. Do not recommend, will be taking my vehicles elsewhere.

Great service from the moment I called, to tech showing up taking my flat tire off for repair, to the fix, to putting my tire back on my vehicle and up til I paid. Great folks and very kind. Thank you!
