Sulphur Springs Sold me the wrong part 2 different times never answer the phone and 3 different people couldn't answer a question and a side mirror this has been going on for years. I'm swinging to Winnsboro they are extremely helpful know what they are doing and answer there phone

I'm going to give this store a 5-star review because of Keith, he was awesome, he wanted to help, great attitude! However, when I initially walked in asking for freon, the man that greeted me made it clear he was not going to help me put it in my car, I said well I wasn't asking. I started browsing the store and picked up a few more items. The unfriendly one passed me off to Keith, which I'm so grateful for. Keith informed me that I didn't need that type of freon because it was a leak sealer and I didn't need that, he explained he was a former mechanic and showed me what I needed, which was much cheaper, Keith offered to let me borrow their pressure gauge so I could load the refrigerant. He was extremely knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to help. Thanks Keith

Awesome service. I couldn't figure out how to replace a headlight bulb. The gentleman behind the counter pulled out his tool kit and went out and figured it out and replaced the bulb for me. (I hadn't even bought the bulb from them).Very kind and dedicated to serving their customers. I highly recommend this auto parts store!!!

Called and taked to Ashton about a new car battery and help with replacement, he said he can help, the other store I called said they had 2 people but could not assure me they can assist with replacement.Ashton, was the only person there, when I got in the store and when the other 2 staff got on the counters, he replaced my battery and answered my questions about the battery cleaner and protectant I needed from the store.Good service Ashton. Thank you.

Came in excited about new car wanted to ask sbout a product for it . When i told him what i bought ,managers first words "bailing wire" . I was so stunned I just stood there. My friend was with me stepped back expecting me to tell him off. I won't be what I dislike in others . Based on other reviews I am not the first to deal with his arrogant attitude. I will be sure to tell others to stay away....or go to the competitor that cares about customer service. I gave one star because I had to.

Wasnt impressed. Manager helped me. Acted less than enthused. Bought a brake light and he didnt even bother to ask if I wanted him to install it. Never once been to an auto parts store and they NOT offer, then do it for me when it comes to bulbs and wipers. I actually googled it and it says on their website that they install them. Very surprised, especially since he was the Manager.

Seems to be a bit more helpful then the other big chain places in town. Just moved to the area and have yet to find the best store for quick parts when needed.

Went to 4 other businesses in this little town just trying to use the restroom. I am in a regular size wheelchair and can not bear weight to my left leg. The 4 other businesses were NOT handicap accessible. Orileys was not only handicap accessible, their entire store was accessible. The staff was very helpful and very polite. I am so grateful for this business and their attention and respect for people with disabilities. Thank you!!!

Bought a $230 platinum battery from them.Took battery home,put it on car and it would not start Assumed the starter or something else was wrong.Had car towed to shop and found out they sold me a dead battery.Explained all this to manager at O'Reilly's in Winnsboro Tx.He tried to come up with any excuse he could to make it my fault, instead of trying to make it right.They just lost my business for life.

I was happy to find they had a selection for stereo components. It would have been an extra day if I had to drive another 35 minutes to Walmart for a cables.

Prices have gotten ridiculously stupid,not just here but everywhere!!!!!!!!! Try to buy motorcycle battery and it up to 132.09 + tax!!!

My battery wouldn't start one morning. I took it to O'Reilly and they tested it for free. It was bad. I bought another one and they installed it for free
