They did an amazing job on my jeep after I hit a deer and tore up my front end. They worked well with my insurance, and when I picked it up, they answered all my questions and explained what to do if I had any mechanical issues. My jeep looks brand new. These guys are great.

In June I was hit from the back in my baby. It ultimately turned into a multiple vehicle accident. I was hit at a red light, which made me hit the car in front of me and made the car in front of me hit the car in front of her. I was devastated to say the least. I took my car to these gentlemen who assured me all would be fine. They kept me updated throughout the process where insurance dropped the ball and when they called me to tell me that my car was finished I was thrilled. I brought them a crumpled piece of metal and they returned my baby as I remembered her. I would recommend them. I have of course included pictures of my car before they fixed her and after they fixed her.

This shop and all who work there are awesome folks. They are very honest and helpful made this a seamless and pain free experience. They worked with the insurance companies and I didnt have to worry about anything and that is a rare thing these days. I highly recommend Hansen s for all your auto repair needs.

I had my front bumper replaced by them a little while back through my insurance. While it did take a while due to supply chain issues, the owner contacted me and kept me updated with any changes, delays, and expectations. I do understand that these kinds of things can cause the process to take longer than expected and the time in which they completed this was completely acceptable.The work once it was complete was immaculate. I could have looked it over with a magnifying glass and never imagined work was done on the vehicle. I even had an issue with the windshield wiper fluid motor but it started working weeks after getting the vehicle back. The owner was even willing and ready to replace the part if there was an issue.If you have any problems, need any repairs, or just want an estimate, give these guys a try. These guys might know how to do the job but here's one of my stories they cracked my dash luckily I had a picture of it before or they wasn't gonna ONLY pay for another not install,the ordered after market fender when paperwork shows OME it was cracked they replaced it (two or more weeks having to wait for that) my door don't seal nor shut as good after they beat on it with the weight of door hanging while beating out the dent also they didn't paint hardly anything its cheesy and honestly i hope they do the wrong person the ways i or 5 others gotten done TRASH

Although the waiting time prior to getting car in shop was extraordinarily long, I was told that up front. The car was ready in less time than promised after they finally were able to start on it. I was VERY pleased with the car when I picked up. They were professional and there were no issues at check in or pickup. Good honest people with integrity.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was involved in an accident back on June. I had my vehicle taken to Hansen's. I've used them in the past and they've always done a good job. It took a little longer than expected to get my vehicle back because they were having trouble getting the needed parts. I finally got my vehicle back last week. Zak was pretty good about keeping me informed of what was going on. Sometimes I had to call him to see how they were coming along with the repairs.I would recommend Hansen's if you're ever in need of a repair shop. They do good work.

Driving through Winnsboro the other day and a black Hansen's Truck passed me in a no passing zone. Going at least 10 over the speed limit. My family was in my car. Don't drive like an idiot in a company truck. If this is how you treat strangers, I will never be a customer.

I didn't visit there but have been told by word of mouth they do great work. People say if I ever need body work done on my car they are the place to go.

If there was a negative rating, I would have left it. It was a ghost town when we went to check on our car... such a runaround... we had it towed to dealership and our car was missing parts and there were car parts in the back that did not belong to our car. Just awful.
