On the road from Arizona to Florida and the van had a slow crank start. Royce tested it and helped me change it. This is a good place with good people. Thank you.

I needed a new battery and they had what I needed. Hunter was especially helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get back on my way. Very thankful for him and this store.

Just the best! I was traveling with my grandchildren to the beach and my vehicle died on the Boliver Ferry.I was able to get a jump and was told O'REILLYs was in Winnie.I have already forgotten the young man's name who check and changed out my battery but he was so great. He helped me feel at ease and got us back in the road in less than 30 min. Thank you so much for helping me and my grandbabies.

I had my car towed by a nice fellow Tom to the parking lot after my alternator gave out during my cross country trip. The issue was quickly diagnosed by the guys right before closing. In the morning we charged the battery fully and did a final check before I purchased the spare and got the car over to Joe's. Safely making my way to Florida. Thanks Winnie for the safe harbor. Go Bucs!!!!

I purchased a starter from this location in September, in January, I had to get it replaced. The starters are remanufactured, so they have a high fail raterate, that's why they offer limited lifetime warranties. I removed my starter on Sunday, it was engaging but not turning the flywheel. I was able to turn the starter "teeth" with my finger, you're not suppose to be able to do that. I was told by the older looking lady and the assistant manager that even though I have a limited lifetime warranty, you can only replace it one time... that's not even in the policy. The older looking lady then tells me that I have a warranty with the manufactory of the starter . I then asked for the contact information for the starter, she tells me that the company is in the United Kingdom, the assistant manager walks up, with a whole attitude, telling me to call the number on the building. I quickly and aggressively let him know to calm down and that's not what I needed. The older looking lady then writes down the name of the starter maker and the item number... That was on the starterstarter . Instead of acting out,I just left and called a different O'Reilly in Baytown. They tested the starter, found it to be bad and replaced it... Thank You Mr. Scott

Never part right every time . Not just this store every one I e even in wmWisconsin Florida and Texas.Bring your old part with you and match yours to the oart and save a repeat visit

Very helpful bunch of guys. Needed alt checked and battery replaced. They had battery replaced in under 30 minutes. They done it while I shopped a bit.

My car battery died out of the blue. I went to O'Reilly and bought a battery. Eric even installed the battery for me right in the parking lot. I was out in a matter of minutes. Thanks Eric!!
