I used to love going here. But now they have little kids who have no clue what they re doing. Long story short they forgot to put my oil cap back on. And the customer before me, they had no clue what oil filter his car needed. He asked them can you Google it? The reply was . nope . Avoid this place unless you need an inspection.

Recently started to take my vehicles there after a recommendation from Hill Country Tire and automotive for my oil changes and basic filters. It s a very busy shop but it s run very efficiently. Owner operator knows what he s doing.

Great service. Walked in for a vehicle inspection, they were quick to help us. There was a discrepancy with the paperwork but Isaiah was quick to fix it and even double checked just to make sure we wouldn't have any issues getting our new title. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Place used to suck. Rude workers always closing early. Went today for one last chance and it s under new management. Soooo much better. They even vacuum the car which they never did previously.

They close at 5:00. I was there at 4:15 signed in and sat and waited my turn. Then they came and told me no more oil changes today. I was already signed in. If you want to leave at 5:00 then change your hours to close at 4:30.

I don t usually write reviews but I went here today on Saturday to get my oil changed at 12:30 and he looked at his phone then gave me a look and said ok then 5 minutes later someone showed up and he turned them away because he said they close at 1pm, while it says they close at 2pm. He told me my vehicle was a 2020 and it s a 2019 and had to get the full synthetic most expensive oil change. He didn t give me any option. I won t bring my business here anymore and don t appreciate the rudeness especially in a small town like Wimberley.

Went for inspection sticker. They stay busy. 30-45 minute wait. They said I needed a tire & windshield wiper blade. Tired of waiting I went elsewhere, got my sticker, no extras required and was on the road again in 15 minutes for all.

I had a disappointing experience at the Valvoline oil change here in Wimberley. About a month after getting my oil changed there, I noticed my car hemorrhaging oil like crazy. I had no idea it was related to the oil change so took it to a local mechanic to get it looked at. They notified me that whoever changed the oil last put the gasket in wrong causing it to break. They gave me the gasket and wrote up a description on the receipt of the problem. Upon showing this to the people at Valvoline, he pointed to the fine print at the bottom of their receipts and basically because I took it to a mechanic first, it voided their warranty. I thought I had a major problem with my car, I wasn't going to take it to an oil change shop! So not only did they do the oil change wrong (which could've caused major engine damage if I hadn't caught it), they refused to accept responsibility for it. I find this to be an unacceptable way to do business. I won't be returning!

I went today to get an inspection done after attempting to call ahead. The call rang for several minutes and then there was a beep for an answering machine but no message indicating I had called the right place. Assuming they were away from the phone, I went to the store to get an inspection done and found that the hours\days for that service were limited. I checked the website and maps listing again to see if there was any warning that would have saved my time and gas, but it looks like it is not updated with this kind of information.

Went for state inspection, done quick, people there are nice. I drive a Tesla, but they change the oil in my wife's MDX. I like them a lot

Isaiah & Jos� got me in & out with an oil change, quickly & promptly right when they opened on Saturday at 8am. They were helpful, knowledgeable, professional, & had myself & a handful of other cars moving through in a timely manner. Pricing is extremely fair, & appreciated being able to stay local. I would absolutely recommend them, & will be back for my next oil change.Service: Oil change

Express care always takes great care of our family of cars. Today I came in at the end of the day, Isaiah took care of my car and communicated well with all that needed to be done he didn t rush me out of the door even though I was a last minute customer. My wife and I moved to Wimberley 3 months ago and her Mini Cooper needed an oil change. A friend recommended an auto service company here, I took her car there for the oil change but they couldn't do it because they didn't have the tools needed (?). Excellent service, they took care of my car like it was their own. They gave me full service and it was for a great price. I was helped by a younger gentleman. I believe his name is Bret. I would without a doubt ask for him. He was incredibly polite and it was clear he knew what he was doing! I'll never go anywhere else!

Went to have my car inspected and was told it would be 20 to 30 minutes. Four cars came after me for oil changes and they were serviced right away. 45 minutes later I ask when they will inspect my car and am told it will be another hour! It is obvious they don't want to do inspections. That's fine but take down your sign that says you do inspections! Might be an ok place to get your oil changed but I will never go there again.

They stop inspections at 4:30 and even though it was 4:20 they stopped inspections, and do not do inspections Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Very inconvenient for people working a 9-5
