Had several things needing done. Did good work replacing my 5th wheel plate and replacing backup alarm and light. A while back, I had them install turn signals lights on mirror brackets and ran them wrong or short or something. to where they would catch the window. Windows would only go down 1/4 of the way. Came back to truck and they left a mess. I normally pride my self on having a clean truck. So I did not have my stuff on the floor already. And they charged me for them fixing their mess up.

I already know the problem on my truck and they worked only 9 minutes on it, they charged me $159 and they forgot the old one!!!!It's the worst place.

Ben found and solved my last check engine light. It's only been a few days and about 2000 miles, so far truck running ok. I have been using Redneck Diesel since 2014 and have had good luck. They have had a few parts issues and have stood behind their work. Fair and efficient getting the truck done. As a small fleet owner they are considered my home shop for all my truck needs.

Broke down with an old truck. All the other shops said it would be days before they could get to me. Called and talked to the Forman and he said being it in. They got on it quick and had the tools needed to work on older detroit. Got me fixed and on the road within 4hrs and a extremely fair rate. Will use them again

They are a buch of thieves no good people . The work on my truck, they will say that they work on my truck and not do the work. Dont trust them.

Fast, efficient. Had the wrong radiator to begin with, but was able to get the correct one and have it installed all in the same day.Thank you and I will see you again.

Been taking my truck to Redneck since October of 2017. Had some minor and some major repairs made. Very good customer service. Great job on my truck. Had a few hiccups along the way, but was always made right. Very fair pricing on everything. I've had clutch work, engine work, suspension work, they can do it all. Very fast and good work performed everytime.

guys are great to work with , always updating me on progess or other problems that might pop up . discussing prices an opinions on mechanical things. we run a fleet of 11 heavy haul trucks and they always get me in an out as fast as possible. After reading the reviews, I find it hard to believe a bunch of you drivers had such a bad experience, but then again, I've been out here 35 years, and I've seen the quality of drivers diminish with that said I've had a few issues on repairs from this shop but after bringing it to the service managers attention,James went above and beyond to make it right. If you don't bring a problem up, then it can't be fixed. And no one or no review will ever convince me that these guys told any of you that left a bad review that they have plenty of business and they don't need your's. That did not happen. So, in all, I highly recommend this shop for all of your trucking repairs. Sincerely Perry Newell.

Top notch service took my Ram 3500 for leaking coolant they diagnostic found the problem and fixed it same day service

I was told that a driver was told by one of them that they didn t need there service because they get enough customers. I can believe that but my experience was enough to say I wouldn t use them anymore. I m sure it doesn t matter to them nor some that are reading this. But I will definitely not use them again. I felt like I was miss handled and it will be ok because God will take care of it. I guess the made 8500 off me and took a week to get me out. I m sure someone will come on here to justify the actions but it s cool I believe in God and everyone gets there karma. Maybe this is mind but I m going to hold my head high and keep pushing. Everyone in this shop should be thanking me personally. Tucker is the trained one, Me noticing the response he gave bellow. Helped is the wrong H word more like Hustled for 8500.00 after all the other reviews he said I apologize HA!! Sneak wish I could record when I was there. know you fat full now ..oh they charge shop supplies but they don t us it on your service.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

I would not recommend this place. I pretty much paid them over a thousand dollars for nothing. I was told my truck was fixed and that couldn t be further from the truth. The worst part was I found the problem the next day after picking my truck up and I m not a mechanic. You will waste your time and money with this place. And I m not the type of person to bash a company but this was ridiculous

I called ahead asking for info, received needed info.Stopped by the next day picked up kit, went to install and figured out that I needed a line and a T manifold, everything thing else was included and unit does well.I will purchase another FASS unit for my next truck. Sorry I never give 5 stars that goes to Jesus Christ.Thanks

Called Todd up mid morning with a possible dropped injector. Said he had a full shop but would work it in, and at least diag it for me after lunch, and let me know. With a full shop he was true to his word. Truck was pulled in after lunch, diag and repair was done in a few short hours. 3 days before Christmas you guys made it possible for the chance at making it home for the holidays. Super friendly folks and mechanic that worked on my truck is top notch!! Will let my friends that drive OTR, if they are in the area and need help, to give you guys a call!!Cheers!!!

Brought my vehicle in for an evaluation and they took me in right away to see what I needed. This was on a Friday, the following Monday they were able to perform the work. Very pleased with their services. We did have one slight issue but they stood behind the small problem and I would recommend them without hesitation. The work they did was good. When the job was done I went up to pay I saw they only charge me a portion of the bill. I explained 3 to 4 times that the bill is wrong and that amount is too low. They told me warranty covered it and all I owed was the lower amount. I was then given the keys after trying to make sure for 15 minutes that I m paying the correct amount. A few days later I get calls and text messages saying I am going to be reported for theft and other threats. How is it theft if I was given the keys and a receipt? They have a good knowledgeable workers but management is not the best. I am not a thief, it was definitely the shops mistake. Please get it together.

Worst service ever. All I needed was front airbag replaced on driver steer side. 6hrs later they finally got it fixed. This was after the mechanic told me he couldn't find a leak. Bag was totally blown and you could hear the air escaping from the front. Then the shop supervisor tried to tell me it was the cab air bag that was the problem. After we walked out to the truck to find the guy never popped the hood to investigate why the truck was riding so low on the steer. Needless to say I will never go there again.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Was prepared to use this shop as it came highly recommended to work on ISX motors. Was not prepared to have someone answer a "new service" line and not be able to talk fully about getting a motor replaced or a complete in-frame. I imagined that if the shop is as large as the pictures represent it to be, there would be more than one person that could answer questions that was not on the road somewhere outside the shop

Dishonest people. Lie about rates. I got qouted for $500. They chanrged me $700 for oil change??? I told them I'm going to write a Google review so other people see it, they said we don't care we have enough customers. That tell you about how much they care about their customers. Stay away Truck Drivers, they will rob you.

We took our truck to this place and they stated they fixed it, we went to pick it up, but it appeared things were not right. Things that worked when we took it, didn't work when we picked it up. After getting ready to pick it up for the 2nd time, they stated our batteries were dead. They worked fine when we left them the truck. We asked to leave our batteries in the truck and we would pick it up. We noticed they were not our original batteries.This place will tell you anything. I will never take anything back to them. They helped us a little on the bill, but not as much as they should.Service: Electrical

Best diesel repair & performance shop in Dallas. I've used them since 2013. They get you in and out quick. Never had to return for the same issue. Very reliable work. They are the best!!! Todd has a great mechanic staff in the shop and the girls in the front office are great! I appreciate their service. Time is money. They get you back on the road ASAP! 1/10/20 - I took my Freightliner DD15 in for low oil pressure warnings and these guys knew exactly what to do to resolve it. They took the time to explain to my what was going on, and how important it was to address this repair asap before causing more serious issues for my engine. They replaced my oil pick up tubes, O rings, and gaskets and we have not seen any more warning lights! They also fixed an ABS sensor that we couldn't figure out. Took the truck in late Monday evening, and it was ready the next day and our customer felt no affects from our brief outage as a result of how thorough and quick these guys are. I will continue using these guys, and I recommend them for anyone in need of truck repairs!9/20/19 - Very honest, and reliable shop. They recommended I try a cheaper fix first on my after treatment system to hopefully save money. Once that option did not work, they replaced the whole unit, and credited the initial repair attempt expense to save me a few thousand bucks. I will surely go back to these guys again for future work on my truck!

don't trust these 5 star reviews about this place! they're probably do a good job on your truck, but they will rip you off badly, I had the worse experience ever with them, take your truck to the dealership is much better than these people, the ladies at the front are nice, but Todd and Hunter are really unprofessional and rude, I took my truck there, and asked for an estimate for one week, and all of sudden they've said we done the job, the bill was really over priced, then they started bullying me to pay off the bill, otherwise they will tear off everything on my truck, I had no choice but pay off the bill and took my truck outta there, for your own good keep away from them.

I needed to find a new home for my maintenance needs. I am a single truck owner and need my truck repaired right the first time. These guys are awesome! They run a clean professional shop, nice lounge for drivers, shower, TV. They will run you to hotel if overnight repair. Friendly staff. Mechanics are top shelf. Prices are firm but very fair. This is definitely the shop for my business

Truly an amazing shop!! I needed a different weight oil than what they had in stock. No Problem!! Got exactly what I needed.Got a service, a few minor issues taken care of and boom, out the door.Michelle, Todd, Big Mike, Bud and others treat you like family.What more is needed??Great people, great attitudes, quality work and fair pricing.Thank you all and will see you next trip

Because of the recommendations of a couple of other drivers, and the high ratings on Google, I decided to try Redneck Diesel Performance.I must say their reputation is well deserved.I showed up about lunchtime and explained myrepair problems. And while one of my issues was out of their normal comfort zone, they said they would get me in after lunch to look at it.They got me in and quickly diagnosed and repairedboth my a/c problems. And while they were at it, they noticed a flaw in a cooling hose and replaced it as well. It would have been costly if it had failed on the road. I was done in a couple of hours.I highly recommend this business. They do fast, thorough work at very reasonable rates.
