Be aware of this auction yard they show the vehicle in pictures then when you pick up the vehicle you get it vandalized and missing parts and more damaged than it shows in the auction listing. I bought a vehicle and someone in the auction stole parts from it like dvd screens , dvd, tailgate lights and pulled the wires tried to connect the manager but he didn t do anything even he didn t ask his employees or did any sort of search about the issue he wanted me to prove that these items were missing inside the auction! . If he just checked the cameras he would figured out the vehicle condition when my driver loaded it . So if you buy a vehicle from this location make sure to take pictures / video on site before leaving otherwise you might get screwed out like me

Horrible service. Called in to make sure they were open before taking the drive to retrieve items from my car they told me they were and as long as I got there before 4 I d be helped got there at 1 and they told me they re were closed for day so they wasted my time, gas, and had to take take off work. Later in the week I called and asked again if I came in at 12 they would be able to help and they said yes. I show up then they tell me it s appointment only and I had to set one an hour later which idk why they would tell me that the 3 times I called or when I told me when I said I would be there at 12 to set an appointmentUpdate: then when I got my car to get my belongings they stole a handful of car cleaning items from my car so that was nice

Very bad service! Went in from Copart Wilmer, TX location to pick up a $17.5k check and the idiots did not release the check to me! Grand Prairie, TX location said the Wilmer location hadn't updated the title from pending to secured. The front desk associate did not even try to figure out the issue! These 2 yards had me traveling from one to another in this artic cold weather! Very bad service from both Copart yards! Very incompetent staff and bad coordination!!

This place does not deserve a one star rating wish i could go lower. Copart management cant find the truck purchased and almost game one that looked simlar just to get me to leave. Horrible place with even worse staff and management.

This is a piece of garbage of a location, the people in the front desk are complete and utter idiots who don t even know they are working at Copart, the scams and schemes this company abides by are absolutely disgusting from stealing plates to charging extra hidden fees to forcefully taking a car you bought off the auction and to post it again in the next with then charging me a 600$. The fat manager is truly one of the most incapable people I ve met in life he can barley even keep a sentence going.

After waiting in line for 40 minutes, with a notification in the app that my request is now being processed, very "kind" lady from the office told me that will help me in a second. After this she just went for a lunch break. This is not the first time I'm misinformed there, but this time it was way too mean... No respect for clients and their time.

Man the customer service is horrible. The sold me a car.then crushed it I paid for shipping .I called back to find out what happed and to get a refund they kept putting me on hold and hanging up on me. I still don't have my money back.they will take ur money quick but Aston as the make a mistake it takes a act of God to get your money back.

They NEVER answer the phone. When they do, they make false promises and never actually get you to the supervisor. It s sad that they won t help the people that keep them employed. Terrible customer service.

Took a 45 minute line to be able to tell someone they had my wrecked vehicle so I could get my personal belongings out of it. It took 10 minutes for them to look up my vehicle with what looked like some 90s era outdated software. Then another 70 minutes waiting on the couch for them to retrieve the vehicle that would take no more than 40 minutes . This place can give any doctors office a run for its money on wasting time. They apparently don t excel at their number one goal of safety with the zero days accident free . If fortune is kind, I ll never have to come here again, and I ll be glad and apparently safer for it.

This is literally the worst auto auctions I have been too. They are barely staffed and when they front desk associates are there, they just look at you like you are non-existent. The wait lines for a few people can last 30mins to an hr. If you can go somewhere else to make payment save yourself the stress

Called three times ahead of time to make sure vehicle was available to view when we arrived. When we got there the vehicle was unavailable to view for whatever reason. Wasted 5 hours on a commute. Maybe dealing with this company would have been a bad thing anyway due to first impressions. Apologies don't pay for gas.

Honestly just a horrible auction, I m a carrier and booked an appointment logged in and did everything by the book, yet, the forklift guys pass by you as if you don t exist add to that they load for people who came after you so it s not even by turn it s by their swinging mood. Two guys were in the line behind me in the office and the two guys got their loads before me while I m waiting and being ignored by these bipolar forklift drivers. Horrible management and horrible staff. I ll try to avoid picking up cars from this waste of time auction.

Bought there few cars. All the cars missing the keys (RUN AND DRIVE with key on photos). Some worker must be THIEF! This - is not normal that all cars are missing keys when it's stated on auction KEYS - YES. When you call them they saying "WE DO NOT GUARANTEE KEYS". So put that info at auction that CAR COMES WITHOUT KEYS or fire THIEF from you crew.

This place is unprofessional especially to transport drivers. You got people who get there early and wait to get loaded. Then have the forklifts drivers who work there say they are going in order when you know they are getting paid to get other drivers loaded faster. You got jokers that pull up 2 hrs after you and they leave before you. Bad for business.

Terrible service. There s 1 person attending everyone waiting in the Bldg. I saw about 5 attendants and nobody was assisting. The wait is terrible just know that you will be here for approximately 5 hours regardless if you signed into the app ahead of time. The app is no good either, the wait time it gives when you initially sign in will read the same when you FINALLY get attended. App is pointless in this Copart. Don t get happy if you see a wait time of 10 minutes, that only means 1 hr or more from sign in time. VERY VERY SLOW AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also if you are picking up a car the wait time is even longer! So have breakfast, lunch, and dinner ready! You will be here all day!

Horrible they stole everything out of our vehicle not to mention the poor service and the waiting forever when nobody was even there my car was completely empty I didn't even have a chance to get all my belongings but I have contacted law enforcement and it will be fixed.

Very rude , i get the at 9:40am they let me wait until 10:35 to tell me i can t preview vehicles no more , instead of keep me waiting . This is not the first time very rude representatives !

Per insurance they wanted to bring my car to a safe place so car doesn't get burglarized and to not pay per day. When I received my car, seemed someone was lounging. Found evidence of alcohol, cigarettes and more bundled in a bag in the backseat of my car. My sun glasses was stolen as well, pursuing further into this.

Very slow service. Forklift drivers load you they are ready. For three days in a row, just been waiting over 1.5 hour everytime. Monday and Tuesday was 2.5 hour wait whole forklift drivers played in the bull pin. How do we supposed to get customers their vehicles on time?

Bought a "Run and Drive" vehicle from this location and go to pick it up, paid my money and waited a total of 2 1/2 hours for vehicle to be brought out then find out the car wont crank, parts missing since it arrived at this location, I didn't have any way to get the car since I went to pick up a run and drive so was told by management I could leave the vehicle and return with trailer, his exact words were take your time , but you know within a reasonable amount of time. I was told a note would be put in the computer not to charge me a storage fee since the car did not crank due to parts being removed after it was inspected. I bought three other vehicles in the next 10 days at the Waco location and Baton Rouge location and was picking up my second vehicle at the Waco location, (last of the three purchased) 4 hours from my home when i was told my payment could not be accepted due to fees owed to Dallas yard. So to keep from wasting a trip to Waco and have storage fees start being charged on that vehicle i had to pay the Dallas storage. After calling Dallas the same manager (Brian or Bryan) who told me to take my time within a reasonable amount of time told me he considered a reasonable amount of time two days and I owed the storage fees. Why tell someone take your time, within a reasonable amount of time when he could of said I will give you two days to pick the car up? Cost me an extra 300.00 that's why, I wrote the regional manager and my email was not even responded to. Stay away from this branch, The manager at Waco (Tammy) was very helpful, even had the loader operator (Brad) stayed late to help me get the vehicle once she processed my payment. Next stop (tomorrow) corp office to file a complaint and request my money be refunded for storage and vehicle. If I could I would not of checked any stars!

Terrible service and way of working both from the administration and from the yard, they cancel appointments ahead of time, even when they are in the office paying for car storage, they cancel appointments and without prior notice they continually change their work methods without prior notice notice to your clients and it is a pleasure to talk to the administration they do nothing about it, the worst place and the worst Copart in Tx

At first I walked in no one acknowledged me. This is the first time I ever been place like this. Once I got waited on. Young lady was very nice and helpful. Took me to my car, brought large bag and a roller to take everything to car. I am here because of car accident that totaled my car. And she made my day. I thanked her for all she did.

Absolutely worthless company. Horrible lazy employees and terrible customer service that is worse than the DMVEDIT...Bought a truck here today listed as run and drive and not only is the engine seized up it actually says NON DRIVE on the windshield. It's so tiring to deal with this.

The worst experience ever, unprofessional, rude and sketchy. Walked in to check out a couple cars with my wife everything was going good till this kid walked up on us unannounced in plain civilian clothing demanding we tell him what we are doing like we did something wrong, Later to find out he was a general manager because he never presented himself as one and didn't act like one. When telling him off about his approach towards my wife and I, I was later hit that night with an account suspension notice email and i haven't even purchased a vehicle yet. Its a shame that some guy gets a promotion and now he gets to dictate what customers get to buy or not because he got his personal feelings hurt.

The time now is 10:27am - 5/3/21Daunte BornerI am a first time customer of Copart and as I walk in I and several other customers were not greeted for a friendly welcome. I only came up here to get my belongings out my vehicle which was in a recent wreck.Moving foward, me and several other customer were not told what to do as we walked in looking for service.Once I signed in , I received a message on my phone stating the status of wait time and was told a Copart representative was ready to assist me. ( The time was 9:31am) The time now is 10:33am and I still have not been called , updated on my status , or checked on.I walked up to check on my status and was told to sit back down and wait since I have not been called.This is most unprofessional service I have experienced . The ladies who are working today arejust walking around as it seem as if they are busy.I'm ready to speak to the manager.
