Easy and effortless. Just a couple of conversations and they handled everything like the Pros they are.They offered a fair price based on the condition of the vehicle and honored the price they quoted. They arrived for pick up on time and were friendly and efficient.Highly recommend them if you need to get rid of an old vehicle that is no longer of use to you.

Irfan took all my information and relayed it to necessary personnel to get me an offer on my car. They came back with a very fair offer to buy it, I sold to them. I had check in hand & car gone the next morning. The whole process was less than 24 hours. Fabulous service and company!!!!!!!

The whole process was a pain. No one could give me a straight answer and my car was in impound for an extra 4 days which cost me an extra $100. Only good part is when they actually picked up my car. I would not suggest if your car is in an impound and costly you daily.

Calling to sell my vehicle was a breeze. I ended up speaking with 3 different people over the span of a week, because I was initially indecisive if this was the route I wanted to take. They were extremely patient with all of my questions and took down all of vehicle's information and made me an offer. I wish it were more, but it is what it is. I was instructed to call Copart, the lot that it was designated to to schedule the pick up. I spoke with Maria, who was super helpful and wasted no time, as we spent less than 7 minutes on the phone. The following morning Martin, who was the driver, arrived much earlier than I anticipated, which was GREAT! He explained everything in detail, walked me through the signing process and proceeded to inspect and load my vehicle. Even with my old truck being unable to start and parked in my rear entry driveway, he was able to maneuver it onto his flatbed. Impressive! And I can appreciate him not being noticeably frustrated with all he had to do. Overall, if I needed to "recycle" another vehicle I would definitely be calling them back!Service: Vehicle recycling

Ashley was great to deal with on my truck that had transmission problems. They gave me a very quick offer that I thought was fair. They scheduled a wrecker to come pickup the truck, because I could not drive it. They made the entire thing painless. I would definitely use this company again.

As this was my first time selling a vehicle, i was very skeptical to say the least: taking a check from an unknown source and someone leaving with my car and title in hand. I did do some research on the company via better business bureau site, but still unsure. Fortunately, everything went smoothly. The driver arrived: handed me the check, loaded the car and left. No issues. I did read previous reviews and found a lot of them complaining that the price quoted was not honored. Well, if you are truthful up front of the condition of the car, you will not have any issues. Thank you for making the transaction run smoothly

My experience with cash for cars was a great one from start to finish. I have a 1 month old baby and I was able to take care of everything by phone and online. The whole process from start to finish was pretty seamless. We called several places and Cash For Cars gave us the best price. Setting it up via telephone and sending pics of the title took some time but all went well. They came at the scheduled time and paid as promised. Would definitely use again.

Aneese Syed was extremely helpful and patient in walking me through the process of selling my vehicle. The process took no more than 10 minutes to get done. Someone came the next day to pick-up my vehicle (at no additional charge) and gave me the check for the car. The process was very simple and straightforward.

Followed their instructions to anT and am still be contacted a month after the transaction for additional paperwork. Additionally, the driver who picked up my car refused to fill out the check. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone who is trying to sell their vehicle for quick cash without the hassle of auctioning or getting low-balled. Meghana G. worked fast and very nice and within 5 minutes I had a reasonable offer. They buy 'as is', running or not, an offer will be made. I can appreciate the expedient process too. They will tow vehicle from residence and transfer title for free. Once they come pick up vehicle, the driver cuts you a cashier's check in the amount accepted and they take the title & key. My car finally gave out on me. It was at that point I was going to spend a couple hundred a month keeping it going or I could get rid of it. I got a quote online that I felt was a little low so I called to speak with someone. After sending some pictures and speaking with someone I was given a much higher price. Pick up the as the next day, I handed the tow truck driver the keys and the title and it was done. Really easyService: Vehicle recycling

Great service! I got a call and a reasonable quote for my old, not-running car very quickly. Josh was friendly and helpful. He explained the process and let me know what was needed. Pick up was 5 hours late. The driver called when he was at the pick up location when it had been told to me that he would call 1 hour prior to arrival had to give the driver $20 just to wait for me otherwise would ve come back tomorrow. Gave me a BOA check then when you go to BOA if you don t have an account with them they deduct $8 dollar which wasn t mentioned before.Service: Vehicle purchasing
