By far the best customer service I have seen bar none! They keep me in the loop on where my vehicles status is at. Always courteous, polite, and very funny! And my rebuilt oem transmission in my 2003 Chevy Suburban drives better than ever! The difference between night and day! Awesome place!

I had a check engine light on for something Chevrolet is still troubleshooting, on my 2024 Silverado, and inadvertently scheduled my appointment for a month out. They still worked me in and fixed the issues and did my oil change with impeccable professionalism, and in a timely manner! Highly recommend Wills Point Chevrolet for purchases, and service and maintenance!!

Hands down one of the best dealerships I ve ever dealt with regarding repairs on my vehicles. Kevin was kind, helpful, honest and knowledgeable. They were able to get my car back on the road before Thanksgiving. Huge thank you to the staff at Wills Point Chevrolet!

This was the best car buying (leasing) experience I have ever had. There was no back and forth on price negotiation since I get a supplier rate from my work. The exact color and features of the car I wanted was located and then delivered to me at home. What more could a girl ask for? The staff was awesome, friendly, caring and wanted to make sure they didn't stop until I got what I wanted.

Everyone is always so friendly and helpful they make buying a car very easy our paperwork was ready our new car was clean full of gas and right out front waiting it is the best dealership to purchase from this has been our 2nd vehicle from WillsPoint Chev. Love purchasing from them

After taking my vehicle to 2 other Chevrolet Dealerships (Graff in Grand Prairie and Platinum in Terrell) due to them being closer to my home to have them find an oil leak, both claimed NO LEAK even though a large spot would appear everywhere we parked our vehicle. I took it to Wills Point and told them my concerns and previous experiences and they took me seriously. Turns out, one of the previous dealerships missed putting a part back on during an oil change causing the leak. They found the problem, fixed it, and stayed in communication with me throughout the process. I will never take my car somewhere else. I know Wills Point Chevrolet can be trusted.

I'm grateful for the extremely easy experience with buying a car from this dealership. The process being easy didn't mean the customer care or service suffered; instead, it meant the staff was willing to go out of their way to make the situation comfortable which eliminated the frustration of hours wasted, unlike other dealerships. The great deals Chevrolet and the dealership had on its vehicles was just the cherry on top of this whole thing. Many thanks to all involved!

I had a great experience working with Wills Point Chevy! They made everything so easy and convenient. They were able to pick up my non working car (from an hour and a half away) and then dropped off my new car once it was ready. They made this seamless and easy and I would 10/10 recommend and plus I love my car!! Great experience

My experience was superb with Wills Point Chevrolet. When I reached the dealership, all paper work was ready, car was ready and fully charged. Tim did fantastic job of getting all the things lined up. The staff was very professional, polite and cooperative.And above all, they were the only dealership who did not ask for market adjustment. Every other dealerships is asking for market adjustments on BOLT EUV from $2500 to whatever the customer can pay.I really like this dealership for their ethics and professionalism.

Finally a Dealership that makes auto shopping easy. I dealt directly with Curtis Holan but everyone i came in contact with were courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable about their products. Curtis has a no pressure sales approach and will take the time to explain different options with GM Financial. I shopped one day looking at vehicles and once i made my decision we had the deal completed in less than two hours then they still took the time to give me a tutorial on all the new gadgets offered in todays vehicles. It was so refreshing to be able to actually speak to the service tech who did the work on my truck. He was professional & knowledgable and further was willing to answer a few quick follow-up questions. That is so rare these days with large dealerships
