Sorriest Shop in Texas Paid almost $5000 to get my truck fixed there and it left on a Wrecker!!!!! They Sold Parts off my Truck and was told this by the Mechanic Put a cab jack on and when they jacked it up the lines blew and I paid full price to them and the other shop who actually fixed it I ask the Owner why my Starter was gone he said it must have been stolen but funny my truck was in the shop . Also paid $580.00 to find out why my truck had a vibration in it the tested and said out of round tire but WRONG the motor mount was busted Straight Up Crooks!!!! Wouldn t let these Losers work on my Tricycle .

Owner is rude. They re overpriced for simple thing then gets mad and loud when you question the price. DO NOT COME HERE! If you have a choice don t choose this place you will leave mad and overcharged.

We broke down last night and luckily it happened to be right across the highway from this shop. We limped our truck over first thing in the morning and they were able to get the part (leveling valve) and have it fixed and on our way in a matter of about 6 hours. Thank you all so very much! I would definitely recommend their services. Very reasonable price as well. Air conditioned drivers lounge kept us comfortable also. Thank You so much.

Decent place. Decent prices. Got state inspection here $48. The lady at the desk is sweeter than a cavity lol. Dan is a cool dude. Thanks. Closed on the weeknd but still was able to help. Thanks. Yard is decently big for trailer tractor combo. Road isnt really built for 53s but drive safe. Get er done

They wouldn't work on my truck because it's not a diesel like that affects how the rear differential works. I guess it's their business and they're allowed to run it how they want just like I'm allowed to be annoyed by that.I'm sure they do great work, though.

Very nice staff, I came in ask for someone take a look at my truck they took care of it right away diagnosis the problem ordered parts. Reasonable price for job done. Will definitely use again and recommend

Terrible communication. Did unauthorized work to my truck, which they charged me for. Finally received a quoted price, bill was over $2,000.00 more than quote which should have been accurate since they already had my truck completely torn apart at the time of the quote. Be ware and I highly recommend going somewhere else! I would have been a long term customer had I been treated right.

We are from Georgia and our truck broke down here in Terrell TX and if we had to be broke down somewhere I'm so glad it was here!!! The staff have been the friendliest and most hospitable I have ever seen at any business!!! They have worked so hard to get the truck done in minimal time!! They have communicated frequently and accurately every step of the way!! They have gone above and beyond to fix it up the right way and make us feel at home while we wait!! They really understand the struggle of being a trucker especially when your broke down and have gone out of their way in every way to make sure that it was painless. Thank you all so much!! I feel like i have friends in Texas!!

This is the best shop I have ever been to. They do the job right, and stand behind their work, and word... That means allot these days!! I trust these guys all the way, and recommend them to anyone seeking quality work, honesty, and a fair price on any repairs that you are needing to get done!!

Get a confirmed price before having work done. We were told a price over the phone, we understand some extras might have to be done. But when we picked the truck, the bill was $2,700.00 instead of $1200.00. THAT'S A HUGE DIFFERENCE.

I wouldn't recommend any body, to this good for nothing shop.I took my truck for simple alignment, they took it apart and changed so many parts, that has nothing to do with alignment.A simple alignment transformed into $4700.00 bill, even on some parts they billed me twice, until i discover them and they had to take them out.I tested my truck it was ok then, but i had to come back after one week b/c the problem was back. And they told me maybe i need to change the U-bolts. Maybe! Maybe ! @&$(@)"/

These people are freaking awesome. I took my dad with failing health on a cross country bucket list with VERY little money to spare and had a RV oil cooler leaking into my coolant they hooked us up and got us rolling again cant thank them enough. VERY friendly people

We went to this place got charged 1700 dollars and they gave us the truck back worse didnt have an answer made us wait over 3 weeks and didnt resoldeved nothing we took it to another shop and fixed it in 3 hours i belive this is a theft

Repairs were good except was never test driven..then find out needs additional $600 part...it's was working good when it went in ...Test drive would have been approiate would have shown up then.. overall satisfied with service

Very knowledgable and cheaper then the only other diesel roadside service witch is the ta travel center. The shop is large has multiple mechanics. Its conveniently located off the highway and by mcdonalds truck stop off of hiram road. If kept overnight they have a secure fenced yard.

I was in the shop for two days to put a Brand new clutch and the new water pump and air tanks air tanks are not supposed to leak any air I left the shop for hours later my primary and secondary tank what empty I told the kids that runs behind a desk they wanted to new tanks from international and he said they re too much money and $550 and he lied to me they re only 425 and the second one was 450 so he told me he can find her use ones for 350 to save me money so he could make more money off me and now I m stuck with the old tanks again with bad fairings so basically he charge me for use Thanks double than what they are she really thought was stupid so I had to let it go this time because I didn t have no other choice so when I call the place when you got the tanks They only cost about 250 bucks so this kid is a scam artist don t ever want to go back in the shop never will bad experience and who knows what will happen next and one more last thing I ve been in a lot bigger shops and they know I have $200 shop supply for Paper towel and shop rags

I got there @8am problem diagnosed & fixed , outta there @1045. They get on it and stay on it unlike others ,where your sittin' in the lounge watching the guy that is supposed to be working on your truck walks by several times with a dew an a donut....
