This place is a joke. I had recently turn my car into this shop because I was recommended by a tire place. I was told my issue was fixed so i payed them. Got the car back however the same issue occurred. Turn in the car again, they had a few days to work on it and eventually I got the car back. I was told the issue was fixed. However I still have the same issue after driving out of the lot. Absolute joke.

This place is a joke! They had my husbands truck for a month and, never did any updates. He was just supposed to find out what was wrong and, not repair it until we knew the price and approved it. My husband called every week and couldn't get any answers. He called today and was told, oh the truck is repaired. Ummm...we asked for a diagnostic not a repair. We never approved any repairs and, they billed him $2300. This place is shady!! We will NEVER use him again. We were told different reasons as to why the bill was so expensive. They can't even keep their lies straight!!

Very friendly and honest and I would highly recommend. He helped us out of a jam in a hurry. Needed a belt replacement and he took care of in minutes. Thanks Willy for being so kind.

I have brought my 2015 Chevy Malibu to them 2 times, and every time they were able to fix it fast and were honest about the repairs. They even delivered my repaired car back to me, to save me an Uber charge! They are my go to mechanic!!

Mr. Willy has been amazing. I have used him twice now to fix my car. He is super honest, does top rate work and is very reasonable on repair costs. I am very thankful for his reliability and great service. Willy's auto repair is GREAT!!!

I needed a last minute repair done quickly and they delivered. My car runs smoother than it ever has. It s difficult to find a good mechanic but with quality work at reasonable price then I will be back!

The customer service was good. You have the owner there talking to you and all. I had no problems other than that they are pretty expensive. I bought my own parts for a break change and they charged me $150. I thought it was little to expensive for something that I thought was to be cheaper if I brought my own parts.

Was recommended to come here from friends and good reviews. I was concerned about an issue I had with my car and Willy was great at testing and checking it out. Found out there wasnt any issue which is great news ill sure to be back when I do have issues. Excellent service! My truck s coolant connector busted while driving during the January 2018 freeze with my newborn and 5-year-old in tow. Willy was there in 15 minutes and fixed it for a great price. Will use again!

I pulled up and he recognized me after many years since he had his old shop in Willis where stripes is now. Willy said sounds like a wheel bearing witch I had the part, service was done in under 15 minutes and price was same as always was, pay me what you can afford is what he said. Wonderful person! We need more people in the world like Willy!Thank you!

This has been a while coming, but wanted to make sure and recommend Willy. My truck broke down on the way from Houston to Dallas on a Friday 12/13. Nice date right for something to go wrong? Pretty hard to find people that are open after lunch on a Friday in that area from there to Huntsville who will let alone look at your problem on the spot. Willy did just that. I know he had other work going on, but he dropped everything to help me, knowing I had no place to stay local, identifying the electrical problem I had and fixing it on the spot. Thank you Willy. You saved me a lot of trouble on a Friday and I definitely recommend! If you need a good mechanic who will work to make sure you are taken care of, his crew is great.

Willy's a good guy and he does really good work. His receptionist is very kind as well. Very professional. If your in the Willis/Conroe area and need your vehicle worked on i suggest you give them a call.

First they were able to order a part that Dodge couldn't even order or my Dodge truck and fix it within a few days instead of me having to wait two weeks on the part. They have done CV joints on my wife's RAV4. They are now doing wheel bearings on my wifes Rav 4. When we look up cost on Google they are always less then what it says. And they do good work!

Willy always does good work and guarantees it. Fourth time on four different vehicles we've used him. I know a good bit about repairing vehicles so if I hit a snag or if it's a repair I know I can't do, Willy gets it!

Amazing mechanic likes to help out customers more than anything great deals more than good prices an most of all satisfaction garuteed I say beacuase labor an parts come with warranty unlike most other mechanic shops that just do the job an charge you when you come back to see them about your car still having problems or new accuring ones

They broke my muffler, and lied about it, I wouldn't let them change my tire, probably wouldn't know how, I will not recommend them to no one...had to pay $95 to get it ifxed,
