Here in Willis Texas this valvoline has an Awesome crew. Each one gets the job done in a nice timely manner. Each one from the front desk to the guys working in the bays have great communication skills! Very honest and open about pricing and doesn t sugar coat! It will continue being my personal shop to use if anything happens from here on out! Great job you guys!

I recently visited the Valvoline Oil Change and Inspection Service in Willis, Texas, and I must say, the service I received was exceptional. The standout of my experience was Franco Trejo.Franco provided excellent service when I went for an oil change for both of my vehicles. His approach was concise and professional, which I greatly appreciated. He took the time to walk me through the services offered at the store, advising me on what would be most beneficial for my cars. His expertise and clear communication made the process smooth and easy to understand.The following day, I returned for my cars state inspections. Typically, this can be a hassle, but Franco was conducting the inspections and his efficiency turned it into a smooth and easy process. His dedication to providing excellent customer service was evident and greatly appreciated.I highly recommend Valvoline Oil Change and Inspection Service in Willis, Texas, and if you get the chance, ask for Franco Trejo. His professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. I will definitely be returning for future services.Thank you, Franco, for making my experience at Valvoline a positive one!

The crew that was here this morning was GREAT! I believe Robert, Clayton, Raven, and Cass were the ones working.They all did a great job. Great communiation between all of them! They were asking questions and Robert was teaching them as they went with any questions they had. It was great to see a good work environment!!Kudos to them!!Also, they offer a military discount!

Wow! Just Wow! They allow you to sit and wait in your car while working on it. For routine maintenance, Devin and Mike are the guys to see. Had a great conversation with Mike about work while he took my information for service work needed. It was a highly personalized experience. Overall, a five star experience whether you are driving a beat up and totalled car as I was or a Lexus. They treat all their customers with respect and provide a universal standard of service that is unparalleled. I haven't even seen this standard at car dealership service centers. I was impressed and that's putting it mildly.

Update: No response would have been better. The sticker placed was handwriten for 6K miles. Did a person read the review or is this an automated response? Looks bad on you ValvolineMy 15 minute oil's change took 45 minutes to complete. I stopped at this location because I needed an oil change and windshield wippers. Before entering I asked an attendant if they had wippers for my vehicle. It was raining pretty hard at the moment, he went I side to check and then informed me that they did. Once the oil change was performed, they informed me that I have to change my air filter but that they don't carry it. This is unusual since the location in New Caney does. They also informed that they don't carry the wippers for my vehicle either but that there is an Auto Zone across the road, and they do carry them.As for the oil the assistance manager recommended the full synthetic over the conventional oil. I asked what the difference was and he said rhe regular is good for 3K miles and full synthetic is good for 5K miles. I opted for the full synthetic. The tech that performed the oil change informed me that the full synthetic is good for 7K miles????Once the service was completed and I had exited their bay I noticed that the oil service notification in my vehicle had not been reset. I went back and a different technician reseted the notification and placed a sticker to remind me of the next oil change. He told me that since I had the full synthetic I didn't have to come back for 6K miles.

You stay in the vehicle while they do an oil change, they give you 3 options to choose from, They check the battery and air filter. I didn't get anything but oil change because I get the other stuff done elsewhere. They guys were pretty quick at getting it all done. Thanks guys will be going back. This was in Cleveland TX

Really enjoyed the experience. John Mcnatt was amazing at servicing my vehicle as made sure everything was double checked. Will forever be my new oil change place for sure. ASK FOR JOHN MCNATT FOR THE BEST SERVICE

I called over the last 4 days to see if there was a car inspector on site. I finally was told yes on the 4th day. I get here and was informed it would be a 45 minute wait. I've been 1.5 hours and still not been helped. They should have more than one person doing inspections. It shouldn't take so long to pass cars. If the inspector doesn't know what they're doing, they need to have help.

Came by today to get my fianc� oil checked we had just got from a road trip and our maintenance required light was on. So the tech is doing the check and the oil is still clean on the dipstick and he walks over to I think a lead or supervisor hey this oil is good but the supervisor walks over and very loudly says all oil is changed at 3000 miles. The tech walk back to the front of and then the supervisor comes back over and explains if it s at 3000 miles change it, which would be true if the oil was dark and we were not using a full synthetic. We just had our oil changed on January 4th we did not drive 3000 miles in a little over a month. He then moved the tech to another car and proceeded to yell at the next tech when she asked how much oil to put the car. Lastly we love vavolinrwe go to the one in humble off 59 by my mother in laws house and never received this bad or shady service we received at this location I expect a call or email back I don t want something free but I do want an explanation.

Great place for state inspections as well as oil changes. We even took our motorhome for an inspection. Very friendly staff with positive can do attitudes.

Crew did a great job with preventative maintenance on our Chevy spark today. Did not expect such a thorough service. They all worked as a team and got things done even short staffed.Very professional operation at a fair price! Will look for other Valvoline establishments on our travels.

Robert was a pure angel to go over and beyond and continue to help find my issue with tail light not on.. fuzes getting popped and he explained and truly made me feel welcome to come back and always know I will receive the most outstanding customer service at that location

I was so pleased with the service I received at this location! I recently had an awful experience at a Valvoline in Conroe, so I was very nervous/hesitant to go here. The crew here was so kind, efficient, and did not pressure me into purchasing addition things. I was in and out in less than 20 mins. I will definitely be going back!

Never go back there again .They had me do a brake test on my motorcycle in the parking lot . They will be responsible if the parking lot has any loose dirt or sand and someone looses control and wrecks cause of that stupidity.

You can bring your own oil and they will change your oil for reasonable price and provide the oil filter too..

In Willis the person that did the inspection called in couldn't get it there then I went to Conroe they didn't do it didn't have the equipment. But the customer service was nice.
