I brought my car here for service last week and I had a really good experience.There are a few aspects that are really important to me when I get my car worked on, such as communication, honesty, cost, and turnaround time.ToyoMasters excelled in all of these categories.There were a number of things wrong with my car. I appreciated that the people I talked to here were patient as I went through what I knew was wrong and what I was only concerned about. I don't know a lot of details or what things are called, so my descriptions may not have been the greatest. I also really appreciated that they didn't recommend extra, unnecessary services.Communication was excellent. They contacted me both with a price estimate before service (and easy to read breakdown) as well as when my car was finished. Even when I wanted to do services that may not have been necessary yet, they explained the pros/cons of doing them then.The turnaround time was very fast and reasonable as well, especially considering the amount of work involved.Finally I did do some research and the prices seem competitive, if not a better deal outright than many places.I would definitely recommend this place to other people and I will be going back.

Mark was very nice and super helpful. Work was done fast and upfront on cost and did not try to oversell me on things I didn t need or ask for. I have found my go to shop for all of our vehicles.

Thanks to everyone at this auto repair shop, repairs to an older Honda CRV completed. Several oil leaks found and re-sealed.We used another shop and did not get the oil leaks repaired.Huge relief to get good work done and, resolve the oil leak issues. One day to trouble shoot, find leak points. One day for the repairs. Very satisfied with this shop. Good work from ToyoMasters, thanks.

Matt and Mark were quick to understand my issue and was able to give me a sensable answer to the problem, without repairing parts that did not need to be repaired.They got the needed part ordered and delivered quickly , therefore my repair got done as soon as possible so that my car was ready for my road trip.I am very pleased with my first time experience using Toyomasters.

Fast, Quick service. Being a new customer -I trusted them from the get-go based on the owners claim and they didn t disappoint. Got my car back on time as expected and fixed what was necessary.Had a main dealer in the Conroe area diagnosed my brake issue prior to me taking it to Toyomasters and gave me a questionable diagnosis that would have cost me big money, never going back to that dealership again.

If you want an auto repair shop that consistently goes above and beyond, look no further because you have found it. I do not know a great deal about automobile and pickup repair, but I have not encountered anything they can't fix - and in a timely manner. Everyone there is knowledgeable and courteous. In fact, they also follow up after the repair to make sure all is well with your vehicle. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Everything was explained well and they were so honest! Instead of replacing both rear and front brakes, only the back ones needed it. Polite and very kind as well. Nice waiting room. I will go back!

Great auto repair shop! Mark is Honest and is by far the best auto mechanic I've ever used! I have been taking my Toyota & Lexus to him for several years and plan to as long as I have vehicles that need service and repairs. I highly recommend his shop to anyone needing a highly skilled professional to give you the best service at an affordable price in a timely manner where you can trust your best interest is at heart and your not getting ripped off by a someone trying to take advantage of you!

This place is awesome! I was able drop off after hours and put my key in the lockbox outside. They finished a front headlight replacement, front and back brakes, and front rotors in less than 4hrs. All of that at nearly half the price as another competitor. Matt was very professional and the txt message inspection report he sent was thorough. They even stayed after so I could pick it up after work. I can t say enough good things about this place. My 2014 Toyota Sequoia is running great!

Excellent service, quick. Mark and his team are a pleasure to deal with, no problems. They explain the issue at hand and quickly set about to fix whatever the problem(s) were. Much easier than going to a Dealership.

My Toyota Tacoma was running sluggishly. Toyomasters analyized the problem and serviced the problem. The trucks acceleration and performance was better when they finished.

I took my Sienna to ToyoMasters for a second opinion after being quoted around $2000 from another mechanic to fix a leak coming into my trunk. What was originally quoted as a drainage issue turned out to be something entirely different. They literally saved my family thousands of dollars, and they did excellent work. My car hasn t had water come in since, and we ve had some good storms. Additionally noteworthy, their waiting room is always clean, and their prices are very fair.Service: Auto water leak repair

The guys at Toyomasters are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The owner Mark and his wife are wonderful! I appreciate how Mark messaged to ask if everything went well after my first visit.
