Bought my first home from Titan New Braunfels and the experience start to finish has been great. Nick Mora was our sales professional, and he was just that, professional. Great personal experience, friendly, to the point, got us everything we wanted and then some. Any time I need anything I know I don t have to hesitate to reach out and he and his team are excellent and quick to respond. We are one year in and they just came back and made the home look brand new again. Would recommend and will buy again if we ever need anything home like this. Again Nick Mora made all this possible and pain free for me and my family

I am thrilled with my experience at Titan Factory Direct, and my salesperson Marc in particular. I was able to get a land/home package that fit my budget, and the home is beautiful and perfect for me. Marc was personally involved every step of the way and ensured that I was happy with my purchase. I cannot recommend Marc and TFD enough.

From all the places I've been to honestly absolutely loved how I was treated at Titan. Not only did they have patience with answering all of my never ending questions but they also helped me get the payment that I wanted and built the home of my dreams. I was able to do a land and home package, and everyone at the store always made me feel welcome. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new home. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

I cannot believe how wonderful the team at Titan was. I visited several other places, but the friendly faces at Titan, and the personal service from Marc in particular is why I decided to complete my purchase through them. I had a million questions and Marc was patient and answered them all. I highly recommend that you visit Titan and ask for Marc if you are shopping for a home!

I can not put into words how helpful Marc was in guiding me as to what steps I need to take to acquire what is best for us. I knew he was not looking to just make a sale and that is a big plus! He also helped me to avoid numerous potential disasters if I had went the routes I had been trying to take to get into a home. He treated us as family. He was extra patient and understanding. I look forward to meeting back up with Marc to make our first home purchase within a year.

He found me a pretty home at a great price. He even located a cute property. Everything fit into the perfect amount. I'm so glad I don't have to rent anymore.

Even though I am not ready to commit to a purchase just yet, I have to commend Marc for his fantastic customer service. He patiently walked me through some available options including information on financing. He is legitimately dedicated to finding the best available solution for a customer and their budget, and he fully believes in the product. If you are looking for a home to purchase, I highly recommend you stop by Titan Factory Direct in Willis and ask for Marc.

I am an attorney who had a client in Porter Texas looking to find the best utilization for 3 Lots he owned. My Client and I met with Joe S, a salesman at Titan Factory Direct in Willis Tx who met us at the property and helped my client make the right decision in purchasing a Mobile Home from Titan. Personally, I try to avoid salesmen but Joe was top caliber and put us at ease. I recommend Joe and Titan.

Joe, the salesman, was the only good part of our experience. We bought our home at the end of July 2023. The home has been on our property since September 1, 2023. Still not in the house. The contractors are horrible. They say they will be there but don't show up. It has been an excuse after the excuse. Karen makes the process seem so easy and worry free, but it is anything but that. She was not very helpful in having the contractors do their job. I would not purchase from here. If I could I would give this company a zero.

I apologize if this review is lengthy, but I sincerely hope that those reading it will understand the incredible impact Titan Homes has had on our family. Currently, I find myself in a Chapter 13 bankruptcy that has lasted for the past 16 months, which has naturally affected my credit. After visiting two other dealers and facing disappointment, I finally arrived at my third and final destination, Titan Homes, where I had the pleasure of meeting Jo and Nick.Right from the start, I was transparent about my credit situation, and to my amazement, both Jo and Nick treated me as if I had impeccable credit. We embarked on a journey to The Woodlands community to explore homes, spending hours in the scorching heat to select the perfect one. We even discussed modifications, such as expanding room sizes and extending walls. When we applied for a loan, I was approved with minimal effort. The entire process has been remarkably smooth for us. I understand that for Jo, this process has presented its challenges, but I have consistently felt like their top priority. They accommodated changes to the home's location and made adjustments to satisfy the bankruptcy court's requirements. I'm genuinely thrilled about our upcoming home, and if it weren't for Jo, Titan Homes, and Champion Homes, this dream wouldn't be a reality. This review is my way of expressing my heartfelt gratitude. If you'd like to know more about my journey, please continue reading below.Earlier this year, I visited two manufactured home dealerships that left me disheartened. The first one insisted I make a deposit before even looking at a home. How can one start the process without knowing the home they intend to purchase? This approach was frustrating, and I chose not to proceed, opting to leave instead. Shortly afterward, I tried another dealer, and unfortunately, the experience was even worse. After examining homes and getting a basic idea of pricing and sizes, I was prepared to submit an application. However, when the salesperson consulted the manager, the manager bluntly informed me that financing was impossible. He claimed he used to handle financing, and it simply wouldn't work, despite the manufactured home builder owning the bank. He left abruptly after that. The salesperson continued discussing options with me, trying to find a solution and gather my feedback. During our conversation, the manager returned, stating he had another customer to attend to. That feeling of being dismissed and unwelcome as a customer is something that will stay with me. I temporarily gave up, but my bankruptcy attorney continued to encourage me, assuring me that financing was indeed possible. I'm incredibly grateful that I pulled into Titan Homes of Willis on that fateful day.

Let me just say I would never in my life thought I would have so many problems in my first home I have ever got built the way I wanted. The sells guy Mike sure did conned us, he lied about the extra $3,000 would get us the full stainless steel appliances. Well let s just say the refrigerator was only fully stainless steel. Our kitchen countertops are completely the wrong color and the countertop was pealing off. The cabinets vinyl was pealing off. The countertop was completely uneven one side was higher than the other, we noticed that because of the stove. The cabinets on the bottom by the sink was going down to an angle. The back splash behind the stove some of it was bulging out. One of the kids bedroom there was a hole in the ceiling a big one. The workers try to putty it but it still looked bad and it had cracks. In the bathrooms there was damage all in it and the sink wasn t put in all the way. Vinyl was bubbling throughout the house and the trim was put in incorrect. We were missing drawers in the kitchen and in the bathrooms and the floating shelf for the living room. The master bathroom shower the backsplash had holes in it. When we come fronted all of these problems no one would help us, the guy Bob told us we get what we payed for and the sells guy Mike didn t know anything. For Bob info I didn t know I was paying for a house that was falling apart and looked like people just throw things together to make a new home. I would never tell my friends or family members to ever go this place definitely when you put a big lump sum of money down. It will almost be a month since we got the house and we aren t even living in it yet and we still will have to make a payment on it. Please stay away from this place, they will be nice and kind at first but once your house has arrived to your property they will not care about you.

From the moment I entered their sales office, I was greeted with warmth and kindness. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions as I looked at their inventory of homes. I appreciated the fact that they took the time to get to know me and my specific needs so that they could help me find the perfect home that met my preferences and budget.Nick with Titan offered a great variety of homes, ranging from traditional to contemporary styles. The quality of the construction, interior features, and appliances were all impressive, and the Nick made sure that my new home was customized to my liking. They went above and beyond to ensure that the entire process - from choosing the right model to closing the deal - went smoothly.Even after the sale, Titan remained in touch and available to answer any questions I had. They have shown themselves to be a company that truly cares about their customers, rather than simply making a quick sale. I would highly recommend this manufacturing home seller to anyone looking for a manufactured home. Their service, integrity, and beautiful homes have left a lasting impression on me!

Worst Place to buy a manufacture Home!Where do I begin?? We went with the biggest effort to buy a Home during Labor Day. Some sales manager name Nick Mora, took over the sale. After we talk of the kind of home we wanted and showed it to us. We sat down and he showed us some land in Sealy, Tx that WAS available. !! He lied about everything. Never callwd us again. Shady

I stopped by Titan two weeks ago and met with Marc. He was amazing! I was honest with him that we were likely not buying in Texas or any time soon, but that we were looking to learn about manufactured homes and what to consider. Marc was fantastic and treated us like any other customer. He understood that everyone that walks through the door could lead to a sale and that it doesn t have to be the person right in front of him. He legitimately believes in the product Titan is selling and he takes the time to make sure you understand what you re looking at. I will refer people to Titan and specifically to work with Marc.

Walking into this store was hands down such a great experience everyone was helpful the energy was great. All the houses are amazing. I had the pleasure of Nick Mora as a salesman he is very knowledgeable made me feel comfortable he helped me through the whole process. Thank you!! ABSOLUTELY and POSITIVELY, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. RUN, DON'T WALK, AS FAST AS YOU CAN THE OTHER DIRECTION!!! If you already gave them a deposit, get your money back!!( GOOD LUCK!) These people would not know the truth if it bite them. The sales people will promise anything, and deliver nothing. My grandson bought a double wide with all the upgrades, spent top dollar.The salesman showed us pictures of the site preparation they do, including concrete runners for the house to be blocked up on. We were told this work was automatic and included in the cost of the home. What we received was 8 loads of clay, and a contractor to spread it out level. His work was so poor, I had to pay out of my pocket, for 4 more loads and a different contractor to spread and relevel the pad. Now, 45 days after delivery, the house is still not livable. Window frames drooping, hole in the ceiling, missing the entertainment center upgrade, no drawers in any of the bathrooms, trim fall off the walls, blinds that don't match the window size, backsplash falling off the wall, kitchen counter that is 3/4 of an inch above the stove on one side and 3/4 below on the other, kitchen counters that are the wrong color from what was ordered, adjoining sheetrock sticking out 1/4 of an inch from each other and the list goes on. My grandson paid for a 'Stainless steel appliance' upgrade,($3000.00), and the stove is BLACK. Now, the manager completely insults our intelligence and has the audacity to claim it is stainless because... the handles are stainless!?This is our current state of affairs. So I am compelled to warn everyone to SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I had an amazing experience working with Marc at Titan Factory Direct! He gave my husband and I options to really customize our new house and make it very open, functional and beautiful! Floating shelf built-ins, a big chefs kitchen, with so many windows to add natural lighting to all the rooms! I m am so glad we walked in and met with Marc, he was super helpful in making our buying process of our new home so memorable! I would recommend anyone looking to buy a new home to ask for Marc at Titan Factory Direct in Willis!

Beware! Our home was poorly built, we addressed issues early. It did not appear new as we were told, items were broken and falling apart. We waited about half a year to move in but they told me to tell the bank it was move in ready when it wasn t. No communication after they get their check.We were also told by Karen that a contractor would be sent out, he went out and did not repair any issues, and never returned as he stated. She also could not tell me why he didn t do the repairs. Poor management!I ve had to follow up multiple times about this repair man, now all I get as a solution is call your insurance .. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

the absolute worse customer service .. this place will tell you what ever price they want , because they dont walk with you and they dont have it listed.. so you dont even know which home it is your interested in ... they tell you nothing but a around about figure.
