It was. fantastic experience. I visited with them yesterday, and today, I have a new tire on my bike. No issues making the appointment. They are very accommodating and ready to work at your convenience. I dropped off the motorcycle this mornings and I received a text message at about eleven, telling me it was ready.Check out was a breeze. They have site that accept credit cards, gift cards, or debit card payment along with other conveniences.Customer service was fantastic, with no fuzz, no muzz, and very professional.I will be going back for other needs.Thank you.

Took our trike here to get some work done and my husband couldn t be happier. Great staff, prices and work. We will never take the bike anywhere else. Worth the 1+ drive to get to them for quality work. Thanks Ronnie s and I m sure we will be seeing you soon for some more upgrades.

Ronnie s is top notch and a great guy to have work on your bike. Incredibly professional and knows these backs backwards and forwards. Ronnie s did my rear bags/fender install, new Sony head unit, six new speakers, new 14 bars, grips, levers, and mirrors. Rear lights weren t working right due to some faulty wire connectors from the factory...Ronnie knew exactly what the issue was and didn t hesitate to get it right. Couldn t be happier with Ronnie and his shop. I highly recommend to anyone looking to get work done on their Harley Davidson.

It s hard to find a trustworthy bike shop with good people. This is the place- good people, good prices, always fair dealings. I ll still need to go to the dealer for bikes under warranty, but I ll only get my parts, accessories, and out of warranty service work done here. I can t recommend Ronnie s enough!

Quality customer service and that's just rare. Email responses are fast and courteous. They are what they should be. Definitely earned my business every time I can give it to them.. even though they are an hour away, it's worth it!

Hard to get them to return calls. Then has personnel issues or that's what I was told as to why the bike was taking so long.It's hit or miss with this place as some of my friends like his work and others have various opinions. Me I will use another shop all together....

Ok so where do I start! Firstly I needed to order a new set of adjustable pushrods. I was shopping around and found Ronnie s. Normally I shop local but no one had them available. I thought I would support a Christian based small shop by ordering thru them instead of a big website. I placed my order on Oct. 1, this being a Sunday I knew they would received the order Monday. Monday morning I got a message asking to confirm my address to which I did. I then messaged Tuesday to confirm that they received the correct address, to which they responded yes and they were processing my order. I reached out on Wednesday just to find out the estimated shipping date to which I was told it would be shipped that day. I asked Thursday if they had a tracking number and I heard nothing until Saturday Finally when I heard from them Saturday they stated they didn t have the part in stock and had to order it and the order didn t show but it was confirmed that they were being shipped the part that Friday and would have it by monday. He did offer to refund me but at this point he said he would have it Monday and would expedite shipping to make up for it. I messaged Tuesday asking if they received them to which he responded yes and they would be going out that day the 10th. I told him great. He stated he would send tracking shortly. Thursday the 12th I finally received tracking number as the part was finally sent out. Then on top of all that he did not expedite shipping bc 5 days later I just received them.

Love Ronnie! He is the best he is so helpful and knowledgeable . He will teach you and take time to talk with you about your bike or anything really . Love going to see him , plus tick , doc and the mechanics are all so cool and nice .

Ordered my rear tire from Ronnie it came in the next day, dropped my bike off after work picked it up the next day, service was quick and easy, I will definitely return, great customer service and quick response time, highly recommend this shop!!!

These guys did a great job installing my bars and trying to install a rear wheel which was ordered incorrectly by another shop. After leaving with my bike Ronny continued trying to resolve the issue with the back wheel. Way beyond anything he had to do. Thanks to him we figured out it's in fact the wrong wheel. Thanks Ronny

This is an update to an earlier review. I had handlebars changed for apes. The tech who performed the work did an unsatisfactory job and did minor damage to paint and left screws loose etc. Which resulted in a neutral review as I was generally happy with the bars and price. I had to return the bike for some wiring issues and spoke with Ronnie personally about my dissatisfaction with his tech. Ronnie was very apologetic about the sub standard work and personally remedied all issues in a very timely manner. This was not my first experience with this shop, and was the only time I wasn't completely satisfied with the work. I am now completely satisfied with this job as well. Ronnie has old school values and if you talk to him and explain the issue he does all within his power to make it right. This is one of the very few businesses that still strive for customer satisfaction. He went above and beyond what I expected to get my bike right.

They have always treated me right. If they don t have the parts in stock, they can order them and get them in pretty quick. I like that they have old, used parts at reasonable prices. My bike is over 22 years old and ridden hard at times. It s now a show bike by any means, so these used parts are right up my alley. And most are in extremely good shape. The staff are all knowledgeable and there to help with most any question.

Gaf a great first experience today after seeing raving reviews on different motorcycle pages on Facebook. Staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful with our questions and pricing was amazing. We are having some work done in the next couple weeks so will post how that goes but I believe it will be fantastic! I think qeve found the place to take our bike too for all our needs.

Great spot to get your Harley worked on. We stop by here often, just to check out what they have. Never know when you'll find something you didn't know you needed for your motorcycle. The staff are awesome and friendly. Hard to beat the rates for the work that gets done.

I first met Ronnie when he opened his first shop in Conroe. He worked on my 2005 Ultra and traded me into a 2012 Ultra. I met up with him again after he parted ways with the first shop and opened his own in Willis.He's always been fair and honest. He and his staff do great work. They do everything from Sales, Service, Parts, and Customization (audio and/or performance). They are always willing to answer questions. I feel confident in the work they do and recommend everyone bring their bikes to Ronnie and his crew!

A short history of my travels. I am a full time RVer so I don t alway know where best to get service done on my Harley, so I look at reviews a lot when looking for reputable shops.So I had a problem start in December while I was on the Florida keys with a noise from the engine. I was unsure of the problem and I put it out of my mind for a time. Now in January 2022 my travels took me to Texas and the problem was still there. I decided to get it looked at. As stated I look for reviews of shops in the area. Ronnie s was far and away the best reviewed bike shop. So I brought it to them ..told them what was going on and they got it into the shop. It took a few days due to techs being out, the Covid issue is everywhere. They quickly found the issue. It wasn t a noise from the engine, as I had thought, it was the front wheel bearing s! They got the bearings changed and recommended replacing the front brake pads due to wear. Now the noise issue is gone my brakes are new and my bill was less than 200 dollars!I would return if l had any other issue to Ronnie s! I highly recommend this shop if you need some work done.Many thanks, Marc

Left my bike there and after a veek called out to voonies oh, we will start des monday for sure, call the following Thursday oh, mechanics seer, disvent on vor a month booked the trailer and picked it up the license plate holder and lights were broken off. started on ot oh we will stRy Monday, called Friday oh, the mechanics not here yet, talked to the owner oh, we will start this Monday
