There's no words for how thankful I am with this people for helping me out when I got stranded really close by and had to walk to to the mechanic shop and told them if they could help me and the guy immediately went to where my car was and told me what was wrong and they took it to their shop and fixed it, that day it only took them a few hours.God Bless Them, That Day they Were My Heroes.They are also very affordable.

Joe's Auto Shop is my new mechanic. Adam was a blessing after we had taken our truck to a different mechanic that wasn't very honest with us. Had is fixed up in a matter of 3 hours instead of 3 days. Thank you so very much.

We took a 2014 Ford Focus here first thing when they opened because the car was overheating after we replaced the fan. They said that the fan was bad and to get a new one. We got a new one and replaced it but the fan was still not working so we went back. They said they were going to lunch & to come back. When we went back we spoke with someone else & he called the guy and told him the issue. The worker on the phone didn t know the phone was on speaker and started talking mess saying he was not going to do that and this isn t what he does and just kept running his mouth. I left without service since he was disrespectful. I would give 0 stars for unprofessionalism and disrespect if I could. We will never be back.

Dropped my car off for ac work and was told it was the ac compressor. I paid for that, and then they said the fan was not working, and I paid more money for that. Got my car back and had a bad coolant leak. I find out that the line connection was broke off and replaced with a brake line. I m never taking my car back to them.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

Paid for freon charge and bought 3 cans of frozen and oil compressor oil and he emptied my old froen and added new to system. Still didn't get cold. Very disappointed in their diagnosis and just wasted 200 dollars in parts and labor.

I had the best the experience with this mechanical. I called four others two did not bother to call me back for an estimate and the others were going to be to expensive. The checked everything over before they did anything when I was unsure what was wrong and found that what another mechanic told me was wrong. I will definitely be going back to get other work done. I wasn't even getting the a/c fixed time and when I got in my car it was on and running, another mechanic told me that the compressor and condenser had to be replaced guess that mechanic was wrong. GO TO JOE'S IN WILLIS TEXAS YOU CAN NOT GO WRONG.

They took 3 weeks to fix my a/c. They only charged me $200, but it only lasted for 1/2 an hour.

Had to take my vehicle to a different place due to usual place being remodeled. I was very happy with their service. Lady that answers the phone is very nice and professional. Totally honest as it was something very simple I overlooked, but instead of trying to get me to do work that didn't need to be done, they were straightforward and honest. I highly recommend them, even though their cash only.

The owner of Joe's Auto Repair is Jose Luis Torres, and he is one of the kindest gentlemen I have ever met. He is also a great mechanic. The alternator went out on my van at Calvary Road and I was stranded on I-45 just a few hours before dark. Mr. Torres spent hours driving from one auto parts store to another to find one that fit my van.I was short quite a bit of money, and even though he had never seen me before, he let me go with the promise I would pay him (which I did in a few days, along with a nice tip). Not many folks these days would do such a thing!!!I am moving to a town near Willis, and Mr. Torres will be my mechanic from now on.The correct address of his shop is 609 Rogers Rd, Willis, TX 77378

We were stranded at a gas station and they came to us to diagnose the issue. We followed them to the shop and they had the parts delivered and we were back on the road in 20 minutes. It was a bit pricey but it's a local small business that went above and beyond for us and will do it for you.

Took my car to get the starter replaced . Next day went to go pick my car up drove it to work got home from work the starter was cracked and was not put on properly . Took it back to joes went to get another starter they put it on then my car was sluggish starting . Everytime I take my car to joes shop next day it s something different . His workers are RUDE, wife as well and he does not communicate well . Beto was very rude and ignored me when I was asking about my car I will never spend another dime at the shop !!!

Joe charged me$ 600.00 to install a radiator, his driver a real nice black man took me home and came and got me when my car was ready, I paid Joe $600.00 and tipped driver, I saw where the mechanic had punched a hole in my grill when he put the radiator in, driver told me to let Joe know, when I tried to show it to Joe," HE TOLD ME HE DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH" I said "YOU SPOKE ENGLISH WHEN I PAID YOU $600.00"!!!! Advance Auto had recommended Joe's " I SHOULD HAVE LOOKED AT JOE'S BAD REVIEWS BEFORE I TOOK THE WORD OF ADVANCE AUTO PARTS, THEY SHOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE" THAT IS NOT A GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!!

Woke up this morning to my brand new challenger with the check engine light on didn t know what it was from brought it to these guys they fixed it in two seconds and didn t charge me a dollar I highly recommend coming to this place you will not be disappointedService: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance
