I handed them a mess (unknowingly) and the truck runs better than ever. Billy was up front and honest with me through all of the troubleshooting, the ordering parts, the problems and the solutions. He was adamant about going through all of the correct troubleshooting (when I was getting impatient lol) to return my new-to-me truck better than it was before. I m thankful he did. Billy is a rare find in how he chooses to do business. I will bring all of our vehicle work and maintenance here from now on.

Billy and his crew are fantastic!! Very friendly helpful and honest. If you need work done I highly recommend them. 100%.If you're in doubt just call them. These are before pictures. Will also get them to do my oil change and alignment.

I showed up one morning expecting to drop off my truck and found out they work by appointment only. It gave me the opportunity to meet the owner, Billy. Immediately, I was at ease with both his knowledge of what the potential problem might be and his level of professionalism. I arrived for my appointment a few days later, and I was surprised by how fast they had an extremely detailed estimate in my email. They not only provided an itemized estimate but also photos as well. A few hours later, I received a call. My truck was ready. I was very impressed with the quick turnaround because I expected to be without my truck for a few days. The estimate/total didn't change, and it was a whole new truck when I got it back. All I can say is if you're in the Willis area and are trying to find an honest diesel shop. Go talk to Billy.

Huge shoutout to Billy Black and his crew over at Black's Auto & Diesel Service!!! I took my truck to him for an alignment last week, and within minutes of being there he called me out and showed me a few issues with my front end. He gave me options of what needed to be done and we agreed. Dropped my truck off tuesday, said it would take 2 days. Day 2 came and i got a message saying exhuast guy was running behind, and is there anyway he could help me out with transportation until the next day! Billy is a straight forward business owner and doesnt beat around the bush with you at all. Extremely fair pricing for sure as well. Glad we have an awesome shop for those of us up here north of Houston. Hit them up they certainly know how to take care of customers!!!

The only automotive shop I will take my vehicles and where I recommend everyone to go. Billy is honest, reliable, and does top notch work. I went in for what I was expecting to be a major A/C condenser and it ended up being some seals. Total repair cost was a fraction of what I was prepared for. highly recommend!

New to the area and looking for a reliable shop to help me out with a stuck wheel bearing. Called several places around town but it was either no one had the proper equipment or couldn t get it done in time. I was super stressed until we called Billy and he was able to get it done for us insanely fast. First impression upon meeting him was that he is extremely knowledgeable, honest and cares about his customers. Happy and relieved to say we ve found our go to auto repair shop in our new neighborhood!! AND HE IS SRT CERTIFIED!!!

I had my truck towed to the shop a while back. I was over the road and was unable to pick it up right away. I was informed that I had major blow by and was quoted 24k for a new engine . I had the truck towed back to my house and upon inspecting my truck I found that my (600.00$)tuner was missing. Apparently the shop has Sticky Fingers beware they might rob you in more than one way.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Billy far exceeded my expectations. This is the second time I've taken my car to him to get something fixed and he really went above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of in a timely manner. The inspection text photos he sends prior to working on the car was a nice touch, the quote via email was fast and reasonable in pricing, and just the overall customer service is more than 5 stars. I would definitely recommend him as a mechanic and wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

The best advertising is a satisfied customer,well Mr. Billy Black I am one extremely satisfied customer. It is so hard for a woman traveling alone to find a good honest mechanic. I hit the jackpot with these guys. Mr Billy worked on my vehicle and stayed that night till it was finished. He has no idea who I am but was still willing to go above and beyond to get my vehicle back on the road so I would make it back to Illinois with no problems. Right off the bat when you call Black's Auto. You get an angel on the phone who I believe is named Josh( anyway this is the man that will take care of all things not mechanical) He somehow manages to make you feel like you have found your long lost best buddy that u really never knew you had. What a special, charismatic,outgoing,fun luvins individual you are. And kudos to u Mr. Billy for hiring him and putting him up front. What a joy he is and so refreshing. Can't get the smile off my face thinking of him. His parents should be so proud he is one of the finest young men I have ever met. So again ty ty ty to everyone at Black's Automotive and Deisel. Best shop around! Great, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I've been there a few times and each time the prices are more than fair and the work is done right the first time. No chasing the problem around the truck spending unnecessary money on parts or time. Great group to do business with, I will only go to them when I'm in the area.

I was referred to billy by a coworker and I am glad I was. Black s automotive is busy which in my experience with other businesses (not only automotive shops) that means poor attention to detail and horrible customer service as it seems to be that their train of thought is who cares if I lose one customer I ve got plenty others. Well that is not the case here, Billy is professional and even with as busy as he is he still provides excellent customer service in a timely manner, he gave me a window for how long it would take to do a whole rear end differential tear down and rebuild in my 2010 f150 and had it done sooner than what he projected. I would recommend this shop to anyone as he is courteous, timely, knowledgeable, transparent and has integrity. He will not try to pitch unnecessary repairs to you that your vehicle does not need just to beef up the invoice. My truck still has other things pending that it needs and then there are other things that I want done and I will be going to Black s automotive and diesel for all of itServices: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

I have never had a car repaired by Billy but I know both Billy and Jessica. They are good people that treat others as family. I have been to their home and without ever meeting them was treated like a family member that they've known for years. I have recommended his shop to many people and will continue to do so.

Billy is one of the best. Always gives you the highest quality and the best pricing you can find. He is attentive and thorough. I ve had him work on my vehicle for multiple reason ranging from ball joints, shocks, to catalytic converters and tune ups. His digital diagnostics give you current videos, pictures and spreadsheets of your vehicle so you know he s not just making up issues. And he always try s to find you the best price for parts. You re not gonna find many guys like this in that line of work. Billy Black was awesome. One of the nicest folks I have met. He was honest and did what he said he was going to do. No hidden fees or added costs. He explained everything in detail, answered all my questions. Since I have Over $4000 worth of repairs I need to my Dodge ram truck, I did a lot of research on companies. I could not find any negative comments with local business owners and Conroe Airport, where I operate a hangar business. So I took it in and I was pleased right from the get go. Billy has two friendly and knowledgeable mechanics and the mascot Cole. As a matter of fact he said that I did not need 2 services I requested because others said I needed. That is unheard of. So I switched out my truck with the company armory van to have work done and I also have my girlfriends Dodge charger in line after that. With all due respect Mr. Archer, I think your comment is more personal than professional because I even looked for that type of behavior and did not find it at all. Black's Automotive is hands down the best mechanic shop I have ever had to deal with. They had my truck till they could figure what the issue was and then was very reasonable with pricing. I would highly recommend Black's for any automotive issues. They took care of us when I was having some ugly issues with my truck. A former shop had really screwed us over and the folks here were able to fix everything the other folks had messed up, plus a few other items. They did it transparently, heavy on communication and cost effectively. High-quality all the way around. Nice to find a mechanic that you can really trust and is not gonna try to beat you up every time you come in.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Engine repair

Brought my truck in for a belt noise and EGT sensor before heading to Florida. This shop not only took care of those issues, but also found two pretty serious safety issues that could have left us on the side of the highway. They even went out of their way to find me a tire shop who could get me new tires same day as we had to leave the next day.

Extraordinary attention to detail for the repairs involved on my vehicle ( 06 Expedition) The diagnostic Issues were recognized and repaired, it s a little pricy, but the work was through. The manager/owner, Billy was articulate in his descriptions and fulfilled my expectations in professionalism, and quality of service.

Very personable & friendly service. I had my car towed here on Sat evening. They had it fixed by Monday afternoon. Very impressed with the turnaround. And their rates are very reasonable. I'll definitely use them again if the need arises.

I had a really good experience with this outfit. The owner was professional and punctual with updates throughout the repair. The guy seems ambitious, knowledgeable, and fairly priced for the quality of work. My husband uses this shop. My husband was out of town, so when I had a check engine light come on, I gave them a call. They had me bring it right in to make sure my car wasn't going to leave me stranded. After they made sure it was nothing serious, I made an appointment. After my appointment, we came up with a plan for the issue and they took care of me. This is a caring and honest shop. They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. I cant say enough about Billy he is absolutely wonderful and very honest. I came off a really bad experience somewhere else. I have been having a parasitic draw on my truck for a few months and was dreading the diagnostic cost and repair. I took it to Blacks Automotive and dealt with the owner, Billy, who took care of me and my truck. He communicated well and the price was very good.
