I own an RV Park in Willis and went in today asking for a 12v 10/5w turn signal bulb for a golf cart.I showed the employee a photo of the bulb with the above details from online. He was dumb founded and said he really didn't know what I needed and that they need a part number.So I then asked him about getting a riding mower battery for my Husqvarna. I had the model number.Again he acted confused and said he had no idea what I needed.I am not going there again. Will try O'Reillys.Starting to wonder if he was having a medical issue because he was so confused. I guess unless I hear that he was suffering from a stroke or something I will go elsewhere.

Ulises and Nathant are really good people. They help you a lot when you try to find parts. This is not just a auto parts store, it s a please where they help you and try to do the best for you. I really recommend this store.

This place was awesome! I had my kids in the car and had a burned-out headlight at night and was having to drive in the rain and was able to stop in and get their help. They even pick out the correct bulb that I needed and installed it on my car for me. Told them of another problem that I had at another advance Auto parts store and they even got me to the district manager to fix the other situation.This place has outstanding customer service and knows how to treat their customers.

They always give me the wrong part even if I were to take old part in to compare they still tell me I'm wrong and that there part is the right one. I end up wasting a lot of time and money and gas. Hire knowledgeable people. *Female night shift manager seems to know her stuff but my experience with others has not been so good.

TERRIBLE service!! The guy was very rude and belittling to me and even laughed at me. He made me feel stupid. All the while he s just reading what a computer tells him with no real knowledge of auto parts. My car needed a code to be read and he read on the screen that it could be coolant low but instead of walking out and saying hey let s check and we can sell you some coolant. He just laughs at me when I didn t realize you have to check that (I service my car regularly so just never crossed my mind) and he then looses a sell cause I went to auto zone instead!! STOP making women feel bad about not knowing things!! How about be kind and help them cause you don t know what their home life is. I m a single windowed mother and I m trying my best to figure out all the things someone else used to do.

Advance Auto Parts is superior to other parts stores in too many ways to mention here. Its like when you first try wasabi on your sushi. You need never look back.

I'm not one to complain very often but when prices are on average 10 to 20% higher than the other auto parts stores in the area, I at least expect the service to be outstanding. After waiting 30+ minutes watching the 3 people there before me become more and more frustrated and not even seeing a store employee, I left. I bought the same item I came there for at a savings of $2.00 at a local competitor.

Smaller store than most in the chain, but they have most of what you need and you get small town service included. The staff will remember you and go out of their way to get you what you need... Needed a battery for my truck and didn't want to drive to the next city on an undependable battery, but he couldn't find the one I needed on the shelf, so he spent 20 minutes looking for the one I needed that the inventory said he had. Most stores, they'd have sent me off to the next location rather than take the time!

Went in to buy a battery and heard the guy on the phone with a customer telling him he was willing to stay after closing to help him with the car part he needed. They were very helpful with loaning me the tools to install my battery and seemed very friendly and professional.

They always have what I need when AutoZone and O'Reilly don't have it and I can find whatever I need and tell me how to get it when the other stores can't

Needed a chain for my saw. The staff were helpful. I wanted the hand sharpener from stihl but they didn't have one or even knew what I was asking for. Went a few blocks to southern tractor also a Stihl dealer and when I asked about a sharpener they not only went straight to it but told me how to use it.

Great Customer service! Told him what I needed motor oil and transmission fluid and before I purchased it we made sure that's what I needed and he checked it and even put it in for me and did it all with a I recommend them A #1 service

Ran an errand to get a load test done on my battery was sad to hear their test meter was broke down. But the lady asked me are you headed any particular direction. Because just around the corner the automotive store which was a competitor can do the battery test. I did greatly appreciate her telling me has a nether location that was extremely close by even with it being a competitor. We had originally got our battery from Walmart all the way in Kemah Texas and sure enough the battery was bad and I had to find a Walmart that carry that size for bigger.

Very friendly and helpful staff, and Pat is a Stihl Guru. She is the most knowledgeable person I've ever met when it comes to Stihl products. Been going to her for 13 years now, and wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Had everything I needed and more. Always end up finding something I forgot I needed that I have to get. Really friendly and helpful customer service as well. Made great suggestions that saved me from potential disaster.

I go there occasionally and the reason I only go occasionally is because their prices are always higher than anywhere else but in a pinch if I need something real fast I'll stop in
