Can't say enough good things about this place. Friendly, fast service. I was heading out of town in my RV when I discovered my battery was not keeping a charge. I was going nowhere fast. I called Veteran Auto and they took me in right away and replaced my alternator to get me; along with my Basset Hound and kitty cat back on the road quickly. Thank you for your service!!! I appreciate you all so much. Highly recommend.

Amazing customer service and solid work on fixing my vehicle issues I would put five stars but 30 minutes before I picked up my vehicle they had called me telling me it was ready and the total of the invoice. I finally arrived at the shop and was told a different price once I got there. The guy in the front was more than willing to breakdown the prices and explain but it just makes me feel like they up charged me last second.

Bad customer service over charge and will for just looking at it will never use them again . I got my truck fix for half the price they were going to charge me .

I want to thank the folks at Veteran's Auto for the service they provided to me on 9/1. I was in from out of town and became stranded when my starter went out. The team was able to fit me in, provide a towing service to help me get the truck to their shop and had a starter waiting on me when we got there. Great service and I enjoyed talking with them while the service was performed.Service: Auto maintenance

I HIGHLY recommend this shop. We had just moved to WF and our Expedition broke down during the move. Luckily we could load it into the trailer we had and drop it off the same day we arrived. The shop diagnosed a blown spark plug, as we had suspected too and told us to bring the vehicle right away.2 hrs later they called that it is all done. That was very fast. Expedition is back on the road and we are very very happy to have found such a great shop right away. The charge was reasonable for the repair.Service: Engine repair

They didn't do anything but said a new motor was needed. Supposedly, opened up motor but different mechanic could see it was never attempted...still charged $945.00 for NOTHING!!!

Had work done on my Chevy. Top quality work. Very professional from start to finish. They told me what needed to be fixed right away and what could wait for a later date. I had my vehicle back faster than expected. Thank you Veteran auto, we will be back!

Extremely disappointed to learn of this company taking advantage of our Airmen. $100 diagnostic fee $1200 charge $40 military discount?!? I called 2 other mechanics which myself and my boss use and the same fix would ve been $700, no diagnostic fee, and without a military discount.Do better guys or don t use VETERAN in your name because that implies you live by our Core Values.

Back in April this year of 2021 took my 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix GXP LS4 V8 here they did a absolute great job on my car my ignition key broke in the ignition and my car was starting disabled due to theft system had my car towed from there they put a new lock cylinder ,ignition switch, cut two new keys , and had my car reprogramed they had it done by a professional locksmith over all very pleased with Veterans Auto Repair very polite , honest , & affordable all for total cost of $ 902.17 . This was done just very recently I took my 2009 Chevy Silverado Z71 4x4 directions Auto Repair for $678.24 they did a job that needed to be done on my pickup truck front driver's side motor mount I just wanted to let you all know they did a great job for not a bad price no problems since excellent work done I highly recommend Veterans Auto Repair I even have a friend now that does business with them Today I recommended her now she deals with them also excellent place in Wichita Falls very honest affordable and reliable so guys this place is great they do great work yes now I have this 2009 Chevy Silverado 4x4 Z71 .

Veteran Auto is awesome! I called, got a quote, brought my car into the shop and had it repaired all within 1 1/2 hours! I have used them more than once and the service is consistent. These guys are honest and provide quality service at a reasonable rate. They gave me a quote to fix my truck before hand and kept me in the loop with any additional small things that came up throughout the repairs process. I will definitely go back for mechanical needs. I took my 2016 Flex in for a waterpump and had my break pads replaced. Fast getting me in and fast with getting the job done. Wonderful staff and great and fair pricing. I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. I so greatly appreciate them!!

Getting ready to travel on the road back home. Had oil change at major auto dealer and they told me my battery was pretty much shot. I called Veteran Auto Repair and they got me right in, checked my battery the right way, inside the cabin, and advised me it was fine. The dealer checked it the shortcut way by only checking the jump cables under the hood. Saved me a lot of money and didn't charge me a dime! These guys are friendly and honest. Anytime I'm back in town they will be the repair shop to go to for anything. Thanks for the friendly honest service, it's appreciated.Service: Battery

Thankful for Thomas, Lexie, and I think Zach at Veteran Auto Repair! They were able to help me repair a Brake Petal Sensor Switch and get it calibrated for me the day before Thanksgiving! I was needing to leave TX the next day and travel about 900 miles, so having this done was a blessing to make my trip safer and smoother. Enjoyed speaking with them while I waited and would highly recommend anyone in the Wichita Falls area using them for your auto repairs.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Close to a year ago I brought my Mom's car for a window regulator. Been having issues. Brought it in and they fixed the problem. FREE OF CHARGE because of the warranty. This is one business I can not say enough about. The prices are fair. Workmanship is excellent and they are so nice! You need to change mechanics right now and use VETERAN'S Auto. Thanks so much!

Service was fast and the cost was reasonable. These guys had a new alternator installed and the front brakes done on the same day. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for honest service at a fair price. Awesome service! Not only was the price incredibly reasonable, but my car was done so fast. I was absolutely shocked when they called and said it was done already! The ride home was super quiet and smooth. Very happy that I brought my car here

Not only was I able to MESSAGE their Facebook to set up when to bring my car in, they responded quickly and promptly!When I arrived I was soaking wet. I was greeted with a towel to wipe off. I had to wait about ten minutes with my toddler and her car seat for my dad. The owner, Cole Salsman, carried out the car seat for me!I am a returning customer because the first time I used them, they weren t even fully open, but Cole went out of his way to work on my car.Picking up my truck today!! First time I had to pay for the part before the car was repaired. The battery is still running down so I took it back to them and they wanted to charge me $130.00 for the diagnostic scan again and I had a scan before they repaired it. So for the time being will continue to jump it in the mornings.

They were quick, friendly, professional and understanding. I would definitely recommend going here and plan on coming back the next time my car needs servicing. And supporting a vet owned business that has vet staffing is just an added bonus

My lovely Dodge Grand Caravan wouldn t start. I called Veterans Auto Repair they could have towed it for me but I have AAA so I opted to call them. AAA gave my van a jump start and told me my battery was 100% dead. Drove it over to Veterans Auto Repair. Spoke with Cole which he said sounded like my battery. He grabbed a battery came back in about 5 minutes later and said my van was good to go. I was shocked at how fast my service was. He also installed a really good battery that is good for up to 5 years. I highly recommend Veteran s Auto Repair. They are honest, reliable,& quick. Granted it was only a battery. Keep up the awesome work!

I am Super impressed with their professionalism and prices. I needed a new starter and they had my car towed and fixed and a reasonable rate within the same day. I am going back tomorrow to have my AC fan replaced and will recommend them to anyone looking for an honesty and knowledgeable auto repair shop.
