Urban-Thrive Motors is a very unique dealership. With great customer service. The owner Emmanuel is an amazing person with lots of knowledge about his business. He takes his time to explain all the financial options and he is very transparent and a straight shooter. He promised ours a new windshield and he delivered on it faster than we expected. They also did help us with our income tax preparation, they max out our refunds. Highly appreciated.

Great experience! This was my first time financing a car and Emmanuel was super helpful and patient. I had low credit and no job history and he was still able to get me approved with a low down payment and low monthly payments! Highly recommend!

Although this is a car dealership they also have ASAP Taxes!! I got my taxes done and it was great customer service!! Also very easy and I was able to get a cash advance as well approved same day. So if you re looking to file your taxes make sure y all stop by and speak to Emmanuel.

If you are looking for a dealer with Integrity in Wichita Falls and reasonable prices on vehicles, you need to visit this guys. I recently bought a vehicle from Urban-Thrive Motors for my mother it was nothing but an amazing experience, and above all, my mother loves her car. Highly will recommend them to friends and family.

Warning to all Wichita Falls residents and surrounding areas do not I repeat do not buy a car from this crook! I recently bought a car there with two tires need to be replaced he gave me no gas in the vehicle and the car needed an oil change I've yet to received my plates and this guy keeps giving me the runaround I should have known the reviews I read beforehand were fake. Just out there trying to warn everybody don't fool with this dude go to a reputable person who knows what he's doing this guy Emmanuel is trash

Owner is super good guy, down to earth, honest, and was very helpful to make my decision. Told him seen it online @ a very good price and he honored it and made the buying easy.. My daughter def going enjoy this gift!

I am so impressed with Emmanuel at Tax & Auto Sales, I m actually blown away! He took his time helping me find the perfect car and really cared about saving me the most money.
