I've been here twice, and both times were great. Staff and mechanics were friendly and very patient. They took the time to listen to my concerns and fixed my car promptly. Great service!

I called in just after Christmas and spoke with Charlie and mentioned I had a crunching noise coming from front end of our 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe when driving through dips and or speed bumps. February 14th was the earliest appointment time they had so I took it. I dropped off the car that morning before they opened and left my wife's info on the paperwork since it was her car. She called me saying Charlie called and said they needed to replace the front struts and rear shocks and that a boot in one of the front steering boxes was leaking that had to be replaced. He also suggested replacing the rear brake rotors and pads. (Which I didn't think needed replacing) And they also had to align the vehicle, and the grand total for repair was just shy of $2,200.00. That was a lot of money, but I just wanted my wife's car fixed so we agreed with the repairs. We were called that Friday that the vehicle was ready and we picked it up just before they closed. We noticed after driving the car home that we still had the same crunching noise we had before so it hadn't been fixed. I called Charlie and he said to drop off the vehicle again and he'd get it fixed. In my mind I was thinking "Oh boy! Going to have to take out a loan to get my car fixed!" as we had spent all of our emergency fund on the initial repair cost. Charlie called the next day and said it was the control arms and they replaced them at no cost to us. Boy! What a relief! Now that's what customer service is all about! It's making it right with the customer! And I didn't have to make a stink about it either! Thank you Charlie for making it right! I had my brakes go out and decided to take my truck to the new owner 'Wes" he got my truck in before Christmas and it needed a master cyclinder and fuel module and ect... He said he said I'll have it ready in a couple days. Which he did. I picked it up and paid cash, (which saves you about 30 bucks) I drive out around for awhile , and it still didn't feel right. I took my Ram 1500 4x4 back to Wes and he drove it himself, said let us hang on to it as it was close to lunch... To me the brakes felt mushy...About 2 hours later Wes called and said I think you'll be satisfied 100%.... after I picked it up and drove it, yall it was like new again and the fact that Wes took the truck himself and drove it told me he wanted it to be right for me. Customer service at its finest.. Thank you to the mechanics and the owner Wes.... Great job guys, I'll be back!!!

My F-150 truck lead plate was going out (affects the speed sensor, transmission etc.) and Texoma Fleet was able to diagnose it in a day. On top of that, they found out that that particular part for my truck was still under warranty and instead of not telling me and doing it themselves, they let me know about the warranty (which was almost expired) and saved me a lot of money. Very friendly and very reliable. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My car needed a new power steering pump. I had previously purchased a refurbished pump from Auto Zone and had a different auto shop install it. After installation, my car was still having the same squealing issue. I kept taking my car back, but that shop told me there was nothing wrong and that they tried 3 pumps and couldn t get my car to make any type of sound (despite me clearly hearing it each time I drove my car). So I decided to come to Texoma Fleet and John ordered me a brand new pump. After installation, my car is quiet and back to normal! I dealt with that issue for months, so the fact that John and the team handled it so quickly and professionally speaks volumes! Please do business with them if you want to deal with good, honest people who care about getting the job done correctly the first time! Service: Steering & suspension repair

I will never take my car anywhere else. I have been taking my car"s to John since 2003. They are always very reasonably priced. The work is great never takes to long and never dose any work that is not already discussed. If something else is going on with the Vehicle they call first. Having a Mechanic that you can trust I worth way more than 5 stars.

I've used these guys a couple of times and they are top notch. Honest as can be. I've had two repairs that I thought would cost many times more than they charged and have been super happy with them. Oh and they only charged me $13 for an oil change while I was getting my repairs done. Can't recommend enough - it's hard to find an honest mechanic and these folks are definitely that!

Had them change cam in my jeep when it lost a lobe. Ilhad trouble instantly after getting jeep back. After talking to John several times and him saying it was nothing they could have done I took it to another mechanic. After pulling top off motor he found they had damaged the valve seals with a high pressure washer they admitted to using on my heads. After showing them pictures of the damage his response was "you must have brought it to us like that". I ended up eating the work Texhoma done pluse had to pull engine and have rebuilt. Don't stand behind their work.

If this business ever tells you they can diagnose your vehicle without making it worse than it was before it was brought into them, don t believe it. I spoke to Charlie there and explained my situation very clearly that I did not want the vehicle to be diagnosed if that would make it worse than it was before I took it to him. But, he lied. Don t believe anything that they tell you.

I had our car a couple times there. Some minor repairs and some major repairs. They do an excellent job. The price is alright. Most impressive i think is that they tell you what is wrong with your car and they are listening to you. I recommend them to everybody who is asking me for a good car shop.

Only had my cabin air filter replaced and my brakes checked but it only took about an hour before they called me. My family uses them religiously and they've ALWAYS done some great work them. It's not inexpensive but they will always work with you and their worth is in their work.

I'm not talking down on any other shop in town but before I had a engine replaced on my car I went to almost ever shop in town and at first sight these men looked like a nascar pit crew . Instantly I knew I was at the right place , and their was no disappointment. They meet and exceed all my expectations Thank you John .Texoma this shop is God sent , and will treat you like family.

These guys are great, they went above and beyond trying to help me save money on my Jeep repair. They even came and jumped my Jeep off when the battery died- which they didn't have to do. I think if your looking for a professional repair, and honest work, go to John and his crew at Texoma Fleet & Auto repair- I will be a returning customer. Thanks guys!

Traveling from Idaho through Arkansas our transfer case went out. We had the truck towed to one of the only places open on Sunday. They said they could diagnose and repair it. When they got back to us they diagnosed the transfer case but said they couldn t get the part for 10 days. We then called Texoma they said they could have it towed to their place, have a transfer case there by Thursday and have us on the road by Friday. And we were on the road by Friday afternoon!! We are almost back to Idaho and the truck runs beautifully. Thank you so much!Service: Transmission

Took my girlfriend's car to this location to figure out what belt is squeeking, and perhaps get it replaced. The belt would squeek when the gas pedal was pressed... Tried it several times before going... Staff claimed they couldn't reproduce the squeek, even after driving it around. Went and picked up the car, and it squeeked as soon as we drove off the lot. I can only imagine that the staff didn't even touch the vehicle, then tried charging a $100 diagnosis fee. Steer clear if you can.

Great service, friendly and intelligent mechanics. Much cheaper than the local dealership and much better service.Needed work on my Toyota RAV4. The employees at the local dealership are nice, but seemed incompetent and slow. I'm always afraid to find a local mechanic because you never know what you're going to get. Someone recommended Texoma Fleet & Auto and I was pleasantly surprised.

Had a service consultation, guys were very knowledgeable, asked lots of questions about what the car was doing, and explained all answers very well for me. Great work so they stay busy. Expect 2 to 3 weeks to get an appointment

Came into Wichita falls to house hunt for our daughter. Stopped by Lowe's Home Improvement came out and our Jeep wouldn't start. Had to get towed in for repair. Thank God we went to this place! They stayed a little later cause they knew we were coming. Found out it was the starter. It was to late to get a rental car. David one if the guys that worked there gave us a ride to the RV park we were staying at. They called the next morning it was all fixed. What great service and great people. If anyone needs auto repair they should take it here.

We broke down on your way home from Dallas around 3:30 pm. Texoma got us in immediately and replaced our serpentine belt and water pump and had us back on the road by 6:30 pm that night their service was amazing and a great price. So glad we found you guys.

Needed power steering line replaced, they told me they couldn't get the line out. Said i needed a whole new rack and pinion because the line is stuck in the old one. Said it would be $650 with everything. When i went to pick it up the bill was $987. Told me the guy didn't figure in the 4 hours when they tried getting the old line off.. I wasn't too happy about this, that's why they get a 3 star.

Took the car here and they ran a diagnostic that lasted about 5 hours. Then proceeded to say it was the spark plugs that were bad. Charged $450. Got the car back, still didn't turn over worth a flip. Took it back and they did another 5 hour diagnostic and couldn't find anything wrong. Take your vehicles to Patterson's or Mastertech. These guys are a joke.

Will not recommend anyone to use this shop. Look elsewhere. They are overwhelmed with work, rush your vehicle out the door without checking everything so you have to return multiple times to get things completely fix. Only good thing is fair price, but returning multiple times outweighs the savings.

The guys at Texhoma Fleet are great! They work with you before they start any work. They have fair prices and I'd recommend them to anyone that needs quality work on their vehicles.

Took my car there to get a lig nut off of my tire it wS striped 2x or 3x. Needed to change tire & Fleet had my car on my appointment date & had it taking g care of in timely manner very pleased

Took my vehicle in December 7th 2020 to have serpentine belt replaced and brakes checked cause front brakes would squeak ever so often they didn t have parts wanted me to leave it over nite I said I could not do that cause I had things to do this 10:15 am told John to just replace belt and we could do brakes the following Monday so I call at 12:30 to see if belt is on yet no it wasn t well finally at 1:30 they call and belt was on could come pick vehicle up I drive my vehicle after 20 minutes of driving it brakes are grinding as I drive down the street all afternoon now they would just squeak ever so often but Lord and behold Now I need a complete BREAK JOB NOT JUST PADS BUT ROTORS ALL THEY WAY AROUND I take good care of my vehicle I do regular maintenance and preventative maintenance on my vehicle I am 59 years old drive a Infiniti QX60 so I know when breaks need to be checked I would never drive my vehicle to the point it is after leaving his shop I definitely will not be referring John to no one I own a business in WF and will give him bad reviews from here on out my brakes went from a squeak ever so often to a steady grinding after leaving his shop will be turning this review to BBB ALSOService: General repairs & maintenance
