Great staff, friendly and very helpful. James is my service writer and he has been great. Got me in today on short notice and has my truck parts ordered and should be back on the road tomorrow. Not many companies like this around anywhere,anymore! But this Rush Truck Center is awesome. Thank you to all of you.

These guys are amazing (heartwarming and friendly) people. I humbly pray that God blesses each one of them in every aspect of their lives.These guys made me feel welcomed in their establishment and their hospitality is impeccable.I highly recommend these guys to anyone who needs work done on their semi trucks, buses, etc...

Came in with a clogged dpf. This company is fast friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure they keep the driver comfortable. They also gave me a ride to the motel twice. Thank you for doing that for me. Best dealer shop I've been to in a long time !!!

I was passing by and was having mirror issues, they got to the bottom of that and it was hot so they even charged my ac in a timely manner. Everyone in the service/parts department was too easy to work with. As long as you work with them, they go to work for you!!!

I've had a truck there for two weeks for a simple Diagnostic. I've called 4 times in the past 2 days left 3 voicemails with name reason for calling and number and have received no call back. Spoke with a live person who couldn't figure out what the status was and promised a call back with status and I have yet to receive a call about it. I have a guy who I'm paying to stay in a motel because these guys can't seem to do a simple job in a reasonable amount of time. It's plug and play fellas plug the computer in print off any codes that's wrong and let me know. Not that hard. If you can't do something that simple in 2 weeks why are you in business exactly?

Oh my ......Stay away ....Labor at $700 for a sensor replace which took another Service shop 10 minutes. When asked for the quote for the job refused to put it in writing. UNETHICAL. If you need something get towed out do NOT stop here. PS paid under $100 to swap out the sensor.

If your just that lucky when it comes to parts in stock you will have a better chance calling the local auto parts store.

This place was AWESOME!!! Kyle and Jenny was the best ever!!!! They took great care of my husband and I and our dog!! Yea you heard me correctly!!! The darn dog!!! They were diligent on fixing our truck in one day, drop us off and picked us up from the hotel!!! Awesome crew!!!!

Don't know about this place yet but I got a new dpf filter put in my truck in may and it's stopped up and my stop engine light came on as I was leaving loves and now I'm broke down in front of their shop for the night with a load of onions. I will update tomorrow....... They replaced my manifold and dpf filter and it lasted for 1 trip to Wisconsin now it's back in the shop. Turns out that was the just the symptoms of a bigger issue.

I tagged along with a friend while they were getting some routine maintenance done. The staff was super nice and very knowledgeable. We were there about an hour and we were done, pretty quick and painless. My friend was back on the road in no time. Good job guys

I just went in there to have a few things done on my company truck. I work for Alsco Linens and Summit has started working on our fleet trucks. So far they are doing a fantastic job for us. The Staff members are very professional and nice.

This is the worst rush I done been to .$1500 & nothing is fixed,call yesterday & told them & the lady lied & said I ll have someone call you back & im still waiting on that call back.

Outstanding customer service from the new service manager Kyle he call me today to discuss a problem that I had in the past at Summit Truck Group and has gone out of his way to make sure that I the customer is being taken care of to the best of his ability.Thank you Kyle for be a fantastic customer service specialist, I look forward to working with you in the future.

Very friendly staff. I'm the manager for a local company that has a small fleet. Each time an issue arises they work hard to get it resolved quickly. I really appreciate the level of service received, thanks for helping to keep my trucks on the road.

I have to save this Todd Reazin is an outstanding sales professional, he knew what I was looking for and what I needed although there was some complications throughout my first-time buying experience Todd made everything go smooth and went the extra miles to get what I needed to get done. I appreciate Todd and staff for making my first buying experience great! Thanks so much guys I really appreciate it and I ll be letting everyone know where and who I purchased my truck from.

I had a mechanical issue during the storm that came through and they work me in got my truck fixed and I really can't complain really nice driver's Lounge really really nice people that work there I would recommend this to anybody who needs repairs

Would highly reccomend this location!! Prompt courteous service kept up to date. There doing allot of big work, clutch,turbos,exhaust work,windshield, adjusting valves,new pinion seal,new driver seat,complete pm and filter service in 5 days!! Now that's what I call service good job Walt and summitt truck of Wichita falls Texas.

It is unfortunate that it took us two trucks to figure out how bad this company is. We took a truck in there for repairs and $8,436.42 later we got our truck for simply a catalytic converter. We took a truck there on November 25th for warranty work and they kept it until December 17th of 2015. They lied about it being worked on several times and then when we would call the story changed. Now I am looking at a bill on top of the warranty of more than $2,800.00 of a bill that should have been covered by their $6,000.00 warranty. If you buy one of their trucks make sure you don't pay for an extended warranty that doesn't pay anything.

Wanted to run a health report . Was informed that I had no power to the data port . Was told to check fuses .I checked fuses, powered up the ELD in the SAME port and everything worked. I went back in and told him I wasnt sure but I messed with fuses and my eld had power . Wouldn't even walk back out and look. Wanted to tear the dash apart. Open your ears and listen people.

This dealership has gone way above and beyond what most places will do, they are on the top of my list of favorite shops to deal with, keep up the good work Ken, Kyle, Jenny and Pete, if I left someone out, I apologize it's not intentional
