I have used these guys over the years but the last few years they have DOUBLED their prices . Combined with the fact they have hired a new counter person that knows absolutely nothing about tires pricing or anything remotely related to vehicles. Jason was not only rude once but TWICE when I last went there . Will never again use them for anything!

Called to ask about availability of a specific tire, they didn't have it in stock but they had it there the next after noon. They got my truck fitted with the new tires and corrected my alignment which was apparently way off. Good service and good staff, 100% would recommend using this local business.

I had an appointment set up simply because when I had to hit my brakes out of town I felt my steering wheel vibrate. That was it. Only symptom. Jason said hey, bring it in, if it s nothing then that s good news but if it is something we will get you fixed up. I loved the just straight transparency. Vick, the guy who worked on my car, came to talk to me himself. He didn t pressure me to do it right then like many places do. He made it clear it needed done but I did have a little time if I needed to wait a hot minute. I went ahead and had it done and then again I was surprised. Vick came to me again and asked if I wanted to out to my car to look at what they did to my rotors. To be fair, they were pretty and shiny and that s the extent of my knowledge. I don t claim otherwise, but Vick was super patient explaining what they did to fix my problem as well as exactly what rotors did. I wasn t just a check , they made that time to make sure I knew what needed done, without pressure, and then went steps beyond that. I m beyond impressed.

I ve used them for alignments and tire needs (mount, balance, and rotate) they are the best! In fact, I had them mount and balance tires on $3500 wheels. No issues. Very transparent shop and reasonable prices. Everyone from the front desk to the people in the garage are friendly and helpful. I won t go anywhere else. Support local business and skip discount tire.

Brought my car in for brake replacement in November. There was still some squealing happening a few weeks later. Took the car back in and there was an issue with the brakes and they were very quick to warranty them out and make sure everything was done properly and painlessly. Fantastic customer service and support after the sale. Thanks!

They did a great job at diagnosing a problem that another tire company couldn't. I wound up buying 4 new tires from them! Love these guys!

This is a great tire shop! We had a slow leak on one of our tires as we were just driving through. We stopped in and they went to work immediately to repair the tire. They were very friendly and had us on our way in 15 minutes. Well done! Thank you.

I had quite a bit of work done. It was like a new truck when I got it back. Breaks, alignment, ball joints, shocks. I would like to thank them for the great work they did with this review. My driver side door made a lot of noise and it doesn't now. I don't know if they intentionally fixed it or not but thank you anyhow.

This place was a life saver. We were in bad shape and had went to 6 other service stations with no help. Marvin and Antonio took great care of us and had us back on the road in 45 minutes. If you need help with your vehicle in Whichita Fall this is the place to go!

Very honest. I went in thinking I needed a new tire because discount told me they couldnt patch it. Turns out it could be patched and Royal tire was honest enough not to just take my money and sell me a brand new tire. I went a head and priced a new set of 4 tires with them. And they came in $250 less than discount and Wal-Mart.

I needed some tires inspected after being talked into new tires by another place BMW, Grapevine. Only to find that the inspected tires where without blemish and good for another year!It cost me a little, but Mr. Eddy was warm and welcoming and his staff Mr. Rufus was attentative, accomodating and a consummate professional. I'd recommend them!

This is my go to tire issues shop. They are quick, friendly, professional. Did I say quick?! Never wait longer than 30 mins here. Keep to the great work

Someone said bad customer service. Lol. Eyeroll. Whatever. They have sattelite television. I'm hearing impaired and they sure weren't audist. Very respectful and detail minded. Of course it takes patience people. Would you want them rushing work on your vehicle? Slow down. The world's not passing you by. They follow great work. Let's not screw it up by being bad customers. I should give them 5 stars, but I'll keep em humble as they already are, to the satisfaction of the asses kicking against the goads.

Recommended by Tommy Pope joy and Brian Parker. Live in upstate New York. Back brakes and rotors went while visiting daughter in Burkburnett. Great service and reasonable price.

Best place in town to get brakes changed. Went in for a brake change and found I had a bad wheel bearing seal changed it out and got me back on the road in 2 hours. Best price in town.
