My daughter & I were basically stranded when my car went down. Their customer service here is above excellent, he picked up my vehicle in a great amount of time. If you re anywhere from an hour to 2 outside of their area, definitely choose them!! They had us back on the road in less than 2 hours & he called & checked on us when we got back on the road. I made it my mission to come back & leave a review!

I wouldnt ever try them again. Called them at noon said theyd have rim pulled by 2 got there at 224 and no said itd be another 45 minutes. Went back still not doneand was told they are done pulling parts for day try again tomorrow.Im not ever wasting my 2.5 hour drive nor anything else with them

Great people. They saved me and my family thousands of dollars by doing a job for a fraction of the cost a place in burk (BLT) was going to do for $4,000 after they already charged $600 just to tell me my engine was shot. Brent and his son are good people. I advise people to go hereFirst. Thank you Brent and all the people at Reliable for being so good to me and my family. CUSTOMER FOR LIFE

Reliable, great service and they guarantee their service. They might sure your vehicle is done right. Im always satisfied. I recommend 101%. I drove from lawton to get my truck fixed. Reliable is the place

When I called to see if they had struts for my car, the phone was answered quickly, the operator checked on the parts and I picked them up the next day. Amazing experience plus they saved me a lot of money. It would have cost me approximately $200 more and the struts were like new. I recommend them for quality and service.

I called them wanting to find something for my vehicle but they didn't have it but I'm pretty sure they'll have anything else that anyone else is looking for. Just give them a call and see what they got to say.

They are so UNRELIABLE. You can never get a hold of anyone who knows what's going on. My car has sat there for over 2 months before they told me that I needed to get an email address from the warranty company. bunch of crooks! I was in there three months ago and got a part for my car for 40 bucks. "a good price for a used part!" I go in today and they want 100 bucks for the same part!.... WHAT? Then he tells me he can get a brand new after market one for 90! COME ON!!! THEY'RE GONNA CHARGE ME MORE FOR A USED ONE!?!? I'll get a new one on my own and NEVER go back to those crooks again.....

Came from lawton. Called over 3 times to see if they can have the part i needed ready and they wouldnt answer their phone. I showed up right before they closed(which is why i tried calling ahead of time) and they said they were closed. Lost my business and i used to refer people here.

If you don't know your prices on some items they will try to charge you the price of new on Amazon but other parts are quite reasonable

They were great they had the part I needed and it fixed my a/c. And what made them the very best was their prices. I got a compressor for my a/c for less than $50

The guys at the desk are lazy and rude.The prices change all the time.Most of the time the want to make you pay high dollar for a part and make you go out in tje heat and pull the part yourself.They want your money but want you to do their job for them

Had exactly what I was looking for . No Hasseling me let me right on yard to to look and see if they had what I needed . And on top of all this they did not try and rip me off I will definitely be going back to see these guys.

They would not serve me unless I put on a mask but none of the people in their office was wearing mask themselves how can you refuse me service when you won't even wear one yourself

Got the wrong part. Had it for 2 weeks, returnef it. Had no trouble with them refunding me our mo ey back. Staff was really nuce.

Great service. Called and asked for part. The person that answered phone found the part right away. When I went to pick up part I remembered I needed another part and asked about it. They looked and looked and could not find the part, but they tried in 100+ heat.

Reliable Salvage & Auto in Wichita Falls is by far the best auto salvage yard in the area! I hate calling salvage yards and dealing with cranky old grumps, these guys couldn t be farther away from that!They are super helpful, very personable and very down to earth. Even the guys in the shop and yard that are covered in oil and grease from head to toe are more than willing to help you find what you need! Reliable Salvage & Auto is always my first call!!

If I need parts this is the first place I go. Helpful guys at the counter and will tell you were the car is your looking for, not just....over there somewhere. Fair price on the parts.

Very friendly people and very helpful just crazy expensive. Literally twice as expensive as other places in town but they did have the part and I did need it.
