Had a transmission done here and couldn't be happier. Despite being very busy, they did a great job. Got it back exactly when they said it would be done. The price was fair. Good warranty. Very friendly people that came highly recommended.

Had truck back 4 times every time I got it back it was worse than before. We call every day and they say it will be ready and then they won t pick up the phone or call us back at all

This is a great Transmission shop!! They got my truck in, assessed the problem and got to us in a very timely manner as to what needed to be done. I have always had to go without a vehicle for at least a month with sending a car to a shop. But Reid got it fixed in 2 weeks!!! We are thankful for there speedy good work and very kind professionalism!!!

I don't like the fact that they're upset with me over something that they did and I had to have another shop correct it. They're up set with me because they had to pay for their mistake. The service was good and fast they got me in as fast as they could. And I appreciate that but the fact that they're upset with me because I proved that it was their fault that the transmission the installs wasn't working right because they cross the wires. Had to have someone else figure that out why should it cost me when it's their fault? I didn't cross the wires the mechanic that installed the transmission cross the wire and they can solve that problem someone else had to solve that problem and it cost $255. Not my fault

I didn't have anything complicated done. I just needed transmission fluid replaced. They told me when to drop it off. They were there when I dropped it off. They got to it quickly, so I was without a vehicle for just a half day. So it was just a very simple, quick, painless business transaction.

Very poor communication. Had my truck there for a week and kept getting the run around. Finally had to go there to get a straight answer and decided to pull the plug. If I could give it a half I would but I can't... These people had my husbands car for 2.5 months and he was extremely hard to get a hold of... I wouldn't recommend it to a witch to replace her broom let alone someone who cares about their vehicle and/or has a job....

I ve had 2 transmissions put in here and now I m on my third one. They don t know how to put gaskets in. Everytime I pick my vehicle up the vehicle is leaking fluid and they are telling me I caused it. Wouldn t recommend these people to my worst enemy.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

I only spoke to the mechanic and asked him several questions. He gave me advice about my transmission. He didn't think my car needs a transmission oil change. Some mechanics would change the oil, even if it doesn't need it, to get you to spend. He is an honest man.

I took my Jeep Wrangler for what I thought might have been a problem with the transmission. They checked it out ON THE SAME DAY I took it to them; ran a "scope" on it and determined there was no problem. And when I went to pay they said 'no charge" This is amazing!!! Would definitely recommend them and if I need any transmission work will certainly go back to themService: Transmission

My son was traveling from New Mexico back home to Alabama when his transmission gave out in Wichita falls tx. Lots of places would have taken advantage of the situation but he got a rebuilt transmission installed for roughly the same price as we could have gotten it done locally by taking his time and shopping around. They got the truck after lunch on a Thursday and he was back rolling again after lunch on Friday. Great people.

They ruined a Chevrolet crate engine that was worth $3,600 and would not help me replace it they could not install the torque converter right. They fix the transmission after I took it out and brought it to him and show them the receipt but they wouldn't fix the motor or pay to have it fixed cost $2,500 to replace the motor

Well took 2 weeks for repair because of the part that was needed driving it around town will take it for a trip and report results
