I have used O'Reilly's for years. I do have to say the location by the base is by far the most kindest and helpful bunch I have ever met. I never worry about finding a part or picking thier brain on how to fix something. They are always ready to help no matter how busy they may be. Would highly recommend them over competition as well as them being pleased to offer military discount.

I went in to get wipers for my minivan as it looked like rain. I knew I needed wipers since the last time it rained. The clerk found the 3 blades I needed and rung me up with a military discount. Her and another employee installed the 3 blades in the rain and sent me on my way. Thank you both!

Staff is always so helpful I dunno why anyone would go anywhere else for auto parts, even loaned me a torc20 to change my blinker light in the parking lot.

Very helpful they helped me with fuses and did my front and back windshield wipers I've got parkinson's they help me as much as they can very understanding also

Terrible customer service, came in and was completely ignored. Treated me like I wasn't there and then when I asked for help they looked at me like why should I help you. Store was dirty and items were hard to find.

So I purchased a $349 car scan pro from the store of o'reillys I try and return merchandice never touched or opened it. I gave them. exactly how I got it is exactly how I came it to them when I'm returning it they can't return it because they say if it's opened it keep me returned well I never opened it up however I bought it is exactly the way I handed it to them it to return so they can't return it this is very I'm unacceptable and I like to see some change done about the return process at o'reillys

Needed hydrologic hose done for a machine and they had it. That was the only place on a Saturday that could make it. Great job done.

6 corporate auto parts stores in Wichita falls and they all carry the same parts. autozone & orielys are the same corperate BS stores!!If u need a part that they don't have, Nobody has it..How corporately Redickoulse!!
