I recently purchased a 2024 Nissan Kicks from Nissan of Wichita Falls. I had the most positive experience with salesman, Zane Starbuck. Initially, the dealership did not have the exact color I wanted and I asked Zane to keep me in mind if they got a vehicle in the color I wanted. As luck would have it, the color I wanted arrived on the truck two days later. Zane immediately reached out to me to let me know they had what I was looking for. I really appreciated his time and patience with all of my questions. Once the decision was made to purchase my vehicle, I was kept informed and everyone I met was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Most important to me was that Zane took great care of me and was not high pressure. Zane was kind, patient, respectful and provided all the knowledge and instruction I needed for operating my new car. Zane responded promptly to all phone calls and emails I sent. Zane even helped me with my permanent license plates and put them on my car for me. I highly recommend Zane Starbuck and Nissan of Wichita Falls. I will definitely be a return customer.

Chelsey was the best person to work with when trying to buy a new car. It was a huge commitment for me after have my previous car for 7 years and she listened to all my concerns and found the perfect car for me and my budget! I ll definitely be coming back to work with her in the future!

My saleswomen Chelsey Preston made it possible for me to get my first car. I had my eyes set on one car and she made it possible for me to get it! She was super nice, understanding and had the answers to all my questions. Chelsey also helped me make sure the car was within my budget. She even came in on her day OFF to help finalize the paperwork instead of making me wait! This was my first dealership experience and it was not as I imagined and I am glad! Thank you!

Exceptional Service! Fair pricing with excellent and well maintained vehicles. Very friendly staff towards customers and each other. Also, they're very helpful when it comes to taking care of their customers even after business is concluded.I chose to rent from here while my car was in the shop for a few days. They followed me down to drop off my car and also shuttled me back to pick it back up again, with no extra charge.Definitely would recommend over any other car rental in town.

Ok, we all just love going to the car dealership and all the negotiations and the back and forth .. said no one EVER. However, with that being said. We just left there a couple hours ago and have absolutely NOTHING negative to say about any of the process of buying a new car!!! We were treated with respect and it was a painless quick ( 3hour) process!I recommend giving them a try. Also , they got us approved when other dealerships failed

Great experience today with Layton Adams!! No nonsense experience, one of the easiest car buying experiences I've ever had. He was able to work with us and get us into what we were looking for in the price range that allowed us to feel comfortable. We are the proud owners of a 2024 Nissan kicks!

My experience was positive. You never want to get on a high-pressure lot, but I was fortunate to be helped by rep Zane Starbuck, who was patient, cool, and helpful with suggestions without being pushy. He was able to show us what we wanted without a lot of bull. Customer service is paramount in this industry and they have a good one with that rep. I was also satisfied with the SUV options they had. I would recommend checking them out if you're looking for a new ride.

I can t say enough amazing things about Nissan of Wichita Falls. Chelsea Preston helped me get the perfect car. She communicated everything effectively to me and answered any and all questions I asked pertaining to a vehicle. Her customer service was top notch! We bought two cars at Nissan of Wichita Falls Our sales person Zane, who we now call friend, was so personable that we felt at ease from the minute he introduced himself. We left with a new 2023 Rouge and a used Versa. Both cars are amazing. Getting good gas mileage and no problems. We absolutely love Nissan and are so grateful for having Zane as our guide through the car buying business. He was not pushy and we felt his interest was not in what he would make from the sale, but was focused on what was best for us. If you're in the market for a new or used car you can not go wrong going to Nissan, and for the best car buying experience you ve ever had, make sure you ask for Zane. Oh and a shout out to Ronnie in finance. She is incredible, knows her business. With Ronnie finance was a breeze.

Worked with Angela Batista, she was friendly, knowledgeable and really came in with a great deal. Got all the things my wife and I wanted in a vehicle along with a fantastic warranty and coverage at a very reasonable price that helps put you at peace of mind with purchase. Staff was timely and responsive to feed back about our needs and wants. Defenently recommend giving this place look of your in the market.

I decided to go try to get a decent car but really thinking that there's no way I'm going to be able to get one. I went to Nissan of Wichita falls and talked to Layton Adams. Best decision I've made in a long time! I told Layton what I was kinda looking for and what I could actually pay. He went above and beyond helping me. He listened to what I said I could pay and what I wanted. Within no time he had me a car!! If want someone to work with you then I encourage you to go talk to Layton Adams!!!!

Took vehicle in cause I thought something was wrong with car. Paul was the individual who was helping me. I can t even explain how greatly I appreciated the complete look over Paul done. He was my angel in disguise being I was 10 hrs away from home. Paul was absolutely the best and my angel!!! If he was a salesman I would make sure no one but him to sell me a vehicle. Although we ultimately decided on a longer warranty vehicle...we were really satisfied with the knowledge given about the Nissan pathfinder from Layton! We really enjoyed the experience, and when we upgrade my husband's car to a family vehicle we plan to use him! Thanks again Mr. ADAMS.

Worst place I ve ever bought a car from. Let me preface this by saying I ve bought a few used cars and but the one I purchased from this dealership has giving me nothing but issues and the people that work there are not willing to help whatsoever. I haven t had this car even a year within the first month the check engine came on took it in spent $400. 2 months later the AC goes out, holes in each of the lines that s another $500. Engine light comes on again a couple months later something to do with the gas that was more money to get fixed and now . My rear brake pads are completely shot and grinding metal on metal. Mind you I don t live in Texas, it s a lot for me to go down there (yes it s my problem but I never thought I d have to go down there so much when I just purchased what should of been a well working vehicle) These are safety issues that should have been checked and replaced before anyone bought this car. I m wasting more money into this car I just purchased than I have in any car I ve owned. I will not recomend anyone to go here and will not buy from them again. I never got an accident report and I m pretty sure this car was in some sort of accident by the way the driver door doesn t sit flush the way it should. Patrick was our sales man.

I was met immediately upon arrival at dealership. My Titan was due an oil change. I was asked if I might want the tires rotated and I agreed to that. All service was completed very quickly and I was back on the road again in a very short amount of time at a very reasonable cost.

From start to finish this was an easy, quick, and pleasant experience. From our first text to Rachad to Mo handing us the key fobs and giving us a run down of the car controls it was fun and low pressure. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and it s just a bonus that I love my new Pathfinder as well!

I went up there knowing I wasn t going to get a new car, but Layton.. Layton made it happen.. after waiting hours and hours he went above and beyond to get me into a brand new 2024 Nissan. His customer service was outstanding! I definitely recommend him!.

06/05/2023Update! Well they must be doing something right over at Nissan. After leaving there and proactively looking for a vehicle, through all the hassles, "dealership games" and the list goes on at other dealerships, I knew I kept Junior Smith's business card in my wallet for a reason. I saw a vehicle on the lot on a Sunday. Reached out to him, and told him I would be there in the morning. Long story short- Ended up purchasing from Nissan in under one hour, no hassle, no games and yes the life time powertrain warranty on certain used vehicles is a real deal, I bought one of those. If you're looking for a car, no pressure, no hassle, no games, a salesman will listen to you.. I recommend Junior Smith at Nissan of Wichita Falls. Internet Sales Manager Karen Burke was outstanding, finance was outstanding as well. Overall, job well done! Thanks for the customer service and glad we could shop local.5/31/2023-- The Original Post--Although we didn't purchase a vehicle, a rating is deemed. Due to the excellent customer service, friendliness, no hassle from the staff at Nissan of Wichita Falls walking in the door. Thank you for allowing us to come look with no pressure. Drove up from Dallas to pay for and pickup my truck. The staff was super friendly and Mo and Ricardo did an awesome job getting me in and out quickly so that I could drive back to Dallas and pick up my daughter from school! It was a great experience all around. I highly reccomend the staff at Nissan of Wichita Falls!
