Took our diesel pickup to him to put a new motor in he got paid up front for the motor and labor 3 months have gone by and still hasn t even touched it

Got my transmission checked out and fixed about 6 months ago. He told me exactly what I needed to do. Far priced and quality work. Truck shifts better than it did when I got it. Highly recommend.

Great place to get your vehicle worked on! Had an issue with my F250 everywhere I called wouldn't even look at it for at least 1 week. They got my truck in and fixed within hours! Highly recomend!

Great mechanic! Great price! He has worked on two of my vehicles and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and repair it. Also, I no longer have to take my import to dealers outside of Wichita Falls. He was able to change my oil and reset my oil light on my Audi A4. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to him. Kevin is very professional and friendly. He kept me in the loop, as far as what all needed to be done, and he didn t do any work until he spoke with me about price. I have had some bad experiences with mechanics, and have found it very to trust most. But I m happy to say I don t feel like I m being bamboozled when I take my vehicle to him. Awesome all around, extremely knowledgeable, super professional, perfect customer service, they even go the extra mile. Fixed all my issues with my L5P Duramax, and and completed it with a break job. And didn't break the bank. I'll be using the guys in the future for sure.

Kevin was our port in the storm. Our truck broke down in whicita falls and we had to leave it there and rent a car to drive home to southeast texas. As it turns out the 5.9l cummins just went nuclear. MADservice found us a used engine, swapped it out, and got us back home. Had them do some other repairs as well. Very I would recommend them in a second. They took good care of us and went above and beyond with things they didn't have to.Service: Engine repair

I took my truck because I had an oil leak, they charged me too much and they didn't solve it they asked me to take it again and now they would charge me more, they didn't repair my problem and spend a lot of Money. Then I took her to another workshop and they told me they placed Chinese filters and not the ones they should carry. I will not go to this place again.

Excellent experience at this place, needed all filters changed (trans, oil, air, fuel), oil changed, and my fuel lines repaired. Never been to a place where they work as hard and so fast to get the job done. WOW, excellent service!!!! Thanks M.A.D. service, you guys rock.
