I had a great experience at Mike's Lube Shop in Wichita Falls. The staff was fast and friendly, and they did a thorough job on my car. They checked the oil, tires, brakes, and fluids. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. Have been using them for years and I would definitely recommend Mike's Lube Shop to anyone who needs a quick and quality oil change.

I ve been taking all my vehicles here for a while now. I put a little too much faith in this place because I thought surely the people working here were bright enough to service ALL customers. I was out of the country when I asked my husband to go get an inspection on one of our vehicles and asked him to go here. It couldn t wait for my return. He s new to the country so he doesn t speak or understand English. But he managed to get his DL/SS card/Job/etc on his own because most places will accommodate using a simple translator app or Google translate. I know we live in a mostly white town and racism exists against minorities and was extremely disappointed to hear of his experience here. He did say no English but for whatever reason one of the workers was being a jerk & spoke to him angrily like they were frustrated at the fact that he didn t understand. Not sure why you d be mad at someone for literally not understanding you but you as the worker did nothing to accommodate the customer. They started the inspection but for whatever reason didn t finish it and told him to leave. He had already pre-checked the vehicle and nothing was wrong with it. He didn t have to understand English to know he was being treated poorly with the way the guy was speaking to him. I m almost certain it was the same guy that was yelling at the black worker in front of me years ago. That should ve been the red flag for me but I gave this place the benefit of the doubt. We found another place who did the inspection with zero problems. Needless to say - I assured my husband we would not be giving this place anymore business. I m beyond disappointed with the way he was treated.Para mi gente - no pierdes tu tiempo con este lugar. Les recomiendo Jeff & Jim s Garage que ahi si les atienden bien.

I love the guys here. They know their business, and they are fast. Being a female, I don't have to worry about them screwing me over, either. Very honest, fellas.

In and out in less than 15 minutes. Stayed in the truck while the guys did the oil change. Full synthetic oil change for about $70. Hard to beat that, especially since it's a little over $100 back in Colorado. Everyone was professional.

Jordan has this shop running efficiently and with great morale. The other worker (i forgot to get his name) and Jordan were communicating effectively weaving in and out of each task, helping each other with a respectable manor but still able to keep the environment relaxed. Basically, you could tell they were proud to do great work, and knew great customer service. 10/10 would recommend! I even overheard them talking about their philosophy in what customers want and how they knew how to convey that. They then did it! Great experience!

I had an oil change and transmission fluid changed, and I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. They impressed me with their questions of me and their instructions when the transmission fluid was draining and refilling. These guys know what they are doing!

I needed a state inspection. Mike's Lube was reccomended. We were in and out in about 15 minutes. They were efficient and courteous. Done, and back on the road, PDQ.

After I made it to the front of the line,,, the service was fantastic! The gentleman that inspected my car was very helpful in assisting me with installing wiper blades. He was extremely knowledgeable when it came to vehicles and directions!! I attempted to get my inspection done closer to home but I quickly found out that location isn't everything! I will definitely drive across town to return to Mike's Lube for my vehicles maintenence!!!

I got an inspection on my vehicle, but I have to tell you the guys were spectacular They even washed the windshield. They engaged in conversation, had fun with the customer. It was a very pleasant experience. I m going to come back here and get my oil changed from now on. I like these guys I would encourage you to check them out.

Their service is very thorough! A full-service oil change was absolutely that - they checked everything and changed a filter I didn't even know I had. Very happy with Mike's Lube Shop.

I've been to Mike's twice wants to have my inspection for registration and wants to have my oil changed they are Speedy but efficient they have a crew that's large enough to work together efficiently and quickly they're friendly they have a nice waiting area and they get the job done right. They stay busy most of the time I think because they really don't have time to chit chat much but that's okay it's meant to be a service to get your car done well quickly and that's what they do

I went to get a state inspection & they replaced my windshield wiper & now I m stuck in Dallas while it s been raining terribly. & I cant use my windshield wipers because they are way to big & are get stuck together! Hopefully they ll fix this when I get back into town next week!

Had to get an oil change yesterday so I stopped by Mike's Lube Shop and it was the best oil change I've ever gotten. They had me in and out in a jiffy and the three gentlemen working were the nicest guys. I never even had to get out of my truck. I just pulled in and in like 5-7 mins they had me ready to go. It was quick and painless which was great. I will definitely stop in here when my next oil change is due. Thank guys.

Usually quick and friendly service. If they have a line it can take a little bit to do something like an inspection sticker, but I appreciate they serve customers in the order they arrive. Maybe implement a inspection service lane if they have enough staff on hand, just an idea.

Fast and friendly. Pulled right on in and they got to work. Friendly employee cleaned my windshield, checked my tire psi and they gave me the oil I asked for. They offer Schaeffers Oil which is a great oil and after a few hundred miles I noticed I got better mpg and my rough idle went away. I was on a touch across America so finding a place on the fly is hard but I m glad we found this place. They also charged less than most oil places so it is definitely a 5 star in my book.

Amazing. Got an oil change in line 10 minutes. We're nice and really happy with my service. Went to them after firestone where they told me I would have to wait an hour after making an appointment. This was after waiting for 20 minutes just for them to check me in because they were on the phone. Plus they were like $10 cheaper for more service and did military discount. Great place. Recommend it for sure.

This place sucked! No one looked happy to be there. I pulled in and the guy gave me attitude. They passed my inspection but didn't do everything that they were supposed to, to pass my car for the inspection! By far the worst experience as far as being new to the area.

Can't say quality of work but can say they hassled my wife. We are on a trip and her fuel filter needed changing. He wasn't sure they could do it over the phone so we detoured to his shop. Once she arrived he said he couldn't find it. He didn't even take the motor cover off, that easily pops off out of the way. I quickly showed him where it was and he just said nope cant do it.Seems like they only want to do easy things such as oil changes. Bring biscuits cause these boys want only gravy work.
