I had such a great experience at Lone star Muscle Cars when I was looking to buy a classic car. John and Laura greeted me and were so kind. I felt at home right away. I felt no pressure while I was looking around at all their inventory. Ernie and Terry were so knowledgeable about the ins and outs of every car and blew me away when they would describe the mechanical aspects of their Classic and Muscle cars. You can tell that they are all very proud of their establishment and work hard to please their customers.

Found my dream car here and enjoyed the whole process! Danny was very helpful, Ernie and Laura helped me out on getting a price my wife would approve. I look forward to all the memories I'll share with my wife & kids in this classic. Every time I drive it, someone needs a pic. Thanks!

I signed a contract with Ernie McConnell and Lone Star to build a Cobra kit car in late January 2020. At their request , I paid them a 50% deposit. Over the last 4 years I have repeatedly pursued McConnell to finish the car and deliver i, or return the deposit. One excuse after another and after four years Lone Star has refused to refund the monies or deliver the car. I have been more than patient. I would not recommend working with this business as they fail to perform to their contracts and have breached the contract with us.

These are people you definitely want in your corner when it comes time to get a car financed. We came to an agreeable trade-in on my Jeep, and I got the car of my dreams at an APR I m more than happy with. LSMC will absolutely do you right.

I bought a car from here and I got lucky the owner Ernie was coming to San Diego so he brought it personality. I want to thank Danny Burns for all his help, he did every thing I ask for he sent me pictures and videos of the car before I purchased it. Great service I would recommend this place they came through I would give Danny Burns 10 stars for all his help

Terry was fast to greet me and friendly. I got a nice tour of their showroom. The cars were old, clean and cool. This is my kind of place. They are a classic consignment dealership. Recommended to have a look if you find yourself in Witchita Falls, Texas. Thanks guys

Purchased our son his first car from Lone Star Muscle Cars. The vehicle was as promised and arrived fully serviced. We had one minor issue and there was zero hesitation, what was needed was overnighted right to our door.We were very impressed with Ernie and his crew. Definitely will be checking their inventory and asking them to find our next ride.If you want an easy to deal with group, check them out. You will not be disappointed.

These guys are the dream team. I brought them a 63 Riviera to tune up. They do solid work. I will keep bringing it in to continue having additional work done on it. I highly recommend them.

The team here deeply cares about both the cars and the customer. They went above and beyond to make sure I was fully satisfied with the vehicle I was interested in. I was able to take my time inspecting it and they encouraged me to also have a third party inspector come in so I could have an impartial second opinion. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to finalize financing to go through with the deal but that wasn't the fault of Lone Star. They were patient and offered helpful (never pushy)suggestions on options I could try. Danny was especially a delight to work with!It felt like I was visiting old friends when I first stepped foot into their showroom. They even gave me a tour and I also got to see inside their garage. They do maintenance for classics and can arrange for reasonably priced delivery of your new purchase!If you are looking for a classics dealer who will treat you right and that gives excellent service before, during, and after the sale you cannot go wrong here.

This is a big shout out to lone star muscle cars. Danny burns and Ernie McConnell for making my dream car a reality. What a way to start 2023. Called on Tues and sealed the deal with a deposit. It was a long trip to Texas but well worth it. Upon arrival there she was in all her glory a beautiful peacock blue 1956 T bird exactly what we were looking for these guys are awesome thank you both for your professionalism and truly looking out for us and making us feel like family sincerely john and julie sanchez

The owners are amazing! Mr. Ernie is very down to Earth and is very reasonable with his prices. My husband recently purchased a Jeep and it was everything he was looking for. This has been the most please t car buying experience we ve had.

Low quality dealership. Ernie needs to be fired immediately. His sales tactics are shady, low quality vehicles in inventory. Take your money elsewhere

If you love muscle cars or classics then this is the place for you!!! Ernie and his lovely wife Laura, are great people to work with! Ernie is VERY knowledgeable about the car's he's selling and you can tell that he loves what he's doing. I have always wanted the opportunity to buy a Corvette and Lone Star Muscle Cars made that happen! Thanks again, Ernie and Laura...

Very misleading business practices. They leave sold vehicles listed out there website, it s like a click & bait system. They then send you an inquiry about the vehicle after you give them all your information including a credit card deposit, the vehicle is already sold. Simple take the listed vehicle off the web or put a sold or pending mark on the add. After several texts back and forth the owner calls me and verbally assaults me tells me to go **** myself you Yankee. Great business practice well done Sir.I never spoke to any female via phone. Text only I understand you are trying to protect yourself and business but you are lying and will need to live with that. I wouldn t give you a Free penny Sir. You also stated the vehicle sold within 45 minutes of being on the website, well I inquired 4 days later what gives. BTW I lived in Austin TX 8 years so maybe a little of my Yankee has warn off lol.Ernie will stretch the truth as well be cautious. He states I swore @ his Wife ? I never spoke to a female on the phone. I simply texted if the car is sold take it off your ****** website and stop wasting peoples time. This was after I received a sarcastic text. Great day Sir

I believe alot of their stuff is over priced.. but its collector type cars.. there is some sketchy stuff with discriptions. Before u buy do alot of foot work. there were no salesman walking behind me hounding me.. a laid back place.. my advice be cautious.

I have been looking at the 40 Chevy delivery just did not think we could get it. I was called out of retirement for several weeks. Unknown to me my wife and Ernie got the car bought for me. Anyway my sister lives in Wichita Falls, my wife had left a braclet there so we drove up to get it, and on the way I told my wife we needed to go by and apologize to Ernie for holding the car,,, well we walked in and as I was saying I am sorry Ernie asked if the small deposit should go toward the down payment . HUH surprise surprise wow what a great guy. Then turned to my wife and let tears flow. THANK YOU ERNIE great place and people.

Charge u for work they say they do, but they either don't do it, do it half way or cause don't hook up what they unhooked. They cause you more work and money. Could just do it yourself and do it better. Can't trust anything they have for sale is up to what they claim it is!

just reading their excuse shows what they are like. Be careful and enjoy life even if you get used car sales tricked :-( They say just a voltage reg, Ha, it's been wrecked incorrect replacement parts. Steering rods bent and gouging the oil pan. Some parts are just plain not there. I know I should've had someone look at it but I believed him, I should never have made the check payable but I felt sorry for him. If you can prove lying it wouldn't have been a problem:-(

I love looking at the old cars. They are very well done. Owner has never pushed us to buy or pressured is in any way. He'll answer questions and usually keeps to himself. He doesn't like you to get too handsy with the vehicles, but that makes sense. I'll buy from here one day when I have spare money for a fun ride.

If you or a family member will be looking for an unusual muscle car, this is the place to shop. If Ernie McConnell doesn't have it on his lot or in sixteen thousand square foot of storage, he will be happy to locate the car of your dreams. You will be dealing with a very nice guy that knows his cars, plus he will give you the best deal around and also ships anywhere in the world.
