At first I have to say it was a great experience but due to some payment issues on their end they ended up trying to charge me for another persons service call and made my account negative days after the service was done.Now I m stuck waiting for a my bank to release funds back to me thanks to this company and their poor records management. I do not recommend giving this company your card to ver the phone if possible. They need a digital format to remove this issue in the future

A 5 star review doesn t even remotely do the justice and show my gratitude with how thankful I am for this company. On our way back home from Midland to Oklahoma City, we had a blowout. Luckily, a gentleman I didn t even catch the name of because he was so dang quick, pulled over and changed our tire and put the spare on for me. I was with my girlfriend and our 5 month old and we weren t outside more than about 10 minutes. I m very thankful for everyone involved with this company, especially for the gentleman that helped us out.Thank you thank you thank

We were stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire and called several companies for assistance. Bill was very helpful and was willing to drive 40 minutes out of Wichita Falls to help us. He was honest and fair priced as well. If you need assistance, these guys are the best.

These guys will take walk-ins, actually roll-ins on flat tires. They immediately served with smiles. The price was competitive and service was fast. Kent was there and visited with us while his guys jacked up our overloaded trailer with fancy air jacks with ease. He shook our hands and asked us to come back if ever we needed his service and we said we would.

I'm a driver for Alsco linen service here in Wichita Falls, Texas and Kent Tires has always been there for us. There quick and on service calls in getting the job done. So if you need new tires or need a service call, Kent's is the company to call on.

Had a flat on the company trailer. These guys had me fixed up in a hurry. We've been bringing our company trucks in here for awhile and I will be bringing my personal vehicle to Kent's from now on. A big thanks to Jeff and his crew.

20 minutes after the call, they arrived and went to work! Road call. Steer tires.Suggested that I come to the shop for balance, I pull in yard, again they go to work.Fastest flat out. Good people. I highly recommend this shop!Thanks Guys! You got my rolling without messing with my time!

Jeff was very knowledgeable about the different brands of tires. I had a certain brand in mind for our motorhome. He went over a couple of different brands and I was actually able to save some money. I m one happy camper.

I have lived and bought tires a lot of places and one thing I can say about Jeff Teague and his crew at Kents Tire is they are there for you. They are honest and the best price I have found in three different states... I will do business with them no matter what state I live in. Keep it up guys.

Good conpany. Kent the owner does the best he can to make costermers feel at home and the service from the shop hand to the service drivers r the heart of the company. I use to work there my self and that i still stand by kents tire to this day!!!!!
