Joe Hudson did a fantastic job getting my truck fixed. They identified every little ding and scratch and when they were finished, it looked like new. They even returned the truck ahead of schedule. I d recommend them to anyone.

Joe Hudson did a great job on my repairs! They were great about keeping me informed on the work being done & timeline! They actually completed my repairs, & I was able to pick up my car before expected which is always nice! When I picked up my car I was very pleased! It had been washed & detailed on the inside! My car drives very well & I can t even tell it had been damaged! Overall I had a wonderful experience with Joe Hudson Collision on Jacksboro Hwy! Thank you for making the whole process pleasant!

The staff was just absolutely amazing and sweet. They answered any questions I had and made sure to update me on my car every Tuesday and Thursday. I got my car back days before the expected time frame. I highly recommend going here

Piss poor job. Very disappointed and will never recommend this body shop to anyone. They left spots where clear coat didn t properly cover panels. Didn t have door seals on straight by any means in the corner which caused bad air through the window, which they finally adjusted the 90 degree seal correctly in the corner. Fixed numerous parts on the car that they said, there wasn t damage in that area but replaced the parts (door window seal, lower window trim and electronic number entry) around the damaged mirror which they still wouldn t replace. Completely missed a painting and left bare primer spots behind door on the pillar. They happily fixed this by using leftover paint to touch it up, heat it up with a heat gun, called it good. Did a couple spots where they just touched up paint damage with what looks like as a paint brush. Whoever buffed and cut the paint after paint work has clearly never touched a buffer in their life. The paint is now scarred with numerous waves of paint scuffed scratches burning into the clear coat. Never will I recommend this shop to anyone. They have said numerous times that I would receive a questionnaire about the job performed and I have still yet to get one.

Hudson's did an amazing job repairing my truck. Office staff was courteous and easy to work with and communicated with me on a regular basis. I highly recommend Joe Hudson's to anyone needing body and/or paint work.

I had hit a hog. My car was still drivable but Elizabeth and her crew did not want to chance my safety or my families safety knowing that I have to drive 30 minutes to work and 30 minutes back. This group goes out of their way to get the job done. Not only do they go out of their way but they always had the best attitudes. They are also return friendly on car rentals. Shortly after I took my vehicle to this group. My spouse had wrecked his truck and totalled it out. They have taken care of 2 of our vehicles in less than a week. They never skipped a beat. I have several body shops in my home town that I have used before and they did a half kind of job and would laugh about it when we had to return with a problem.Not this group. They make sure they test drive everything. They go out of their way to make sure your car is like New again. They even cleaned my car as well. I highly recommend this group. They have made everything so easy and simple.

Listen up usaa it is my carI am not looking at these dents all summer. You telling my wife and I to take it to any Hudson. I take it to a reputable place where my truck and car was all I was promised last hail claim at Prestige body shop paintless . Its against the laws to say for a insurance company to say take it there or there .

bumper and fender don t line up at all on the left side plus a dent. the intercooler and radiator condenser don t look mounted right at all , also missing the cover to the intercooler and radiator. dents inside of a brand new hood. left bondo dust/ dust all over the engine bay. a lot more little details that would take forever to type.Service: Body & Trim

This was the biggest mistake I ever made they did a rush job on my car and didn t address problems after I told them what was going on after they was supposed to have fixed my car. I will not give them a good review I am not happy with the work and still having issues with my car.

Took my car to Gilmore's after someone kindly modified it with their door. I got nothing but professionalism from everyone I interacted with. Tony was very knowledgeable and had some great insight to share about PDR, and Christina was very communicative and responsive throughout the whole process. The price was very fair, as was the time table. Everything was communicated clearly and I never felt like I was in the dark about what was going on with my car, or what to expect.I've attached pictures to show the before and after; the work speaks for itself. I wouldn't hesitate to bring any of my cars back.

Zero stars wasn't available hence the single star. My mother's car was damaged in the August storm. They said her car couldn't get in until Sept 19th, so it was dropped off Sept 19th. Today is Oct 31st and my mom is STILL without a vehicle and was told they have 60 cars. What does 60 cars have to do with a car you have been working on over a month? 60 cars seems mighty money hungry if you have no staff to accommodate the backlog. Its already a money grab to charge $10k for a dented hood and smashed moonroof ANYWAY in my opinion. Just a way to screw over the insurance company. An investigation has been opened into this business so anyone reading this DO YOUR HOMEWORK on this place 1st.

Made an appointment with this place and was told it would be about 3 weeks out from the call. Fast forward about 2 weeks, got a call telling me it would be another month, was also told it wouldn t be rescheduled again after this. Another 2 weeks go by and I get another call telling me it ll be another month from the reschedule date, so 2 months from the original. Had I chose a different place over them to begin with I d have my car in there by now. They also weren t willing to work something out in terms of payment to supplement the inconvenience. Decided to cancel the appointment. If you make an appointment don t have too much confidence that it ll stick to when you are told it will be, even if told it won t change again.

They did a great job fixing my cars front bumper after an accident. My insurance recommended them and I do believe they did a great job. However, I had to get my front left headlight replaced and they left the right one in which was clearly discolored compared to the new one. I would have liked if they would have at least asked if they wanted me to replace the old one as well for the look. Other than that I do recommend them as they were professional and reliable with the job.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Going through Joe Hudson has been horrible. They incorrectly replaced my mirror ad when I brought it back to them to have the issue resolved they proceeded to tell me there was no way they could have messed up and that I needed to pay more money to have the part fixed again. Upset by the fact that I had to pay more money for something that Joe Hudson incorrectly replaced I took it to Prestige Paint and Body. This is where we figured out what Joe Hudson had done wrong. I took it back to Joe Hudson to show them what was wrong. They proceeded to tell me that they did nothing wrong and that they fixed the part correctly. They refused to replace the part that was installed incorrectly. I highly advise going to Prestige Paint and Body, they told me that if Joe Hudson would help fix the part that they messed up that they would replace it for me. Never use Joe Hudson, they will incorrectly replace your parts so you have to pay more money in the future.

This was my first time using Gilmore s, and I will be using them in the future for sure! The service provided was outstanding! They explained in detail the repairs that would be done to my car and took the time to answer any additional questions that I had. They communicated in a timely manner when the parts were being ordered, and the repair time was extremely quick. Overall, I was extremely pleased and would strongly recommend their service!

Chose Joe Hudson's Collision, as it was in my network. The staff was respectful, and kept me well informed from start, middle and ending of the entire process. Our vehicle was kept under lock and key and could access it at anytime during business hours.

The customer service at Gilmore's is outstanding! Office and Body Shop personnel are friendly, kind, considerate and communicate well. They kept me up-to-date on the progress of my vehicle the entire time. They answered all my questions kindly and genuinely cared. The work done was impeccable. It was so nice to have Enterprise Rental located in the same location and the Enterprise associates were fabulous too. I highly recommend Gilmore's and Enterprise. They know professional! Thank you!

Gilmore's has fixed 2 of my cars multiple times over the years. In one case my car was badly damaged from the entire rear quarter panel back. My insurance company wanted to total my car, but Gilmore's helped me save it. After the repairs were done the car actually looked better than it had ever looked in my possession.On my most recent visits I had been rear ended and needed a bumper replacement. The quality of work is awesome regardless of the severity. The work holds up over years of new wear and rear. This isn't something you can say about all body shops, and that is why I drive 2 hours to bring my car here.The staff is always incredibly friendly, they follow up with you, and work with you to make the experience as smooth as possible.I can't recommend this shop enough. I live in the DFW area, so I am not limited on options, but I wouldn't trust my car anywhere else.

I was completely impressed with the work they did on my Toyota 4Runner, and I was even more impressed with their customer service! All of the staff were very friendly and professional, and they repaired my 4Runner way faster than I ever expected. I also LOVED having an Enterprise Car Rental within the shop, and I was able to drop off my car and rent a car to drive to Amarillo on business. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with the overall experience. They have a customer for life!

I have used Gilmore s Collision Center several times over the years and have always been satisfied with their work. Currently, I work way outside of the Wichita Falls area and for an undetermined length of time (8-1/2 weeks this last time). The Gilmore s staff got me in immediately and made the needed repairs quickly to fit my weekend schedule. Only one little issue where 2 spots of paint came off during paintless dent repair and washing the truck. Gilmore s will fix it at my convenience and at no cost to me!! Awesome service! Very courteous! Would recommend them to anyone!!

From start to finish, Gilmore s Collision Center delivered amazing customer service. They provided updates regularly to let me know where the vehicle was in the process and were always available to answer questions. The repair work was perfect the car looked better than when I drove it off the dealer lot brand new. Gilmore s came highly recommended when I was asked around for collision shops and now I can see why. I would absolutely use them again if needed and would recommend them to my friends and coworkers.
