I took my Ram to Jim's after 2 other shops told me there wasn't a problem with it. He made me feel heard, and we came up with a game plan. I'll be taking my truck to him from now on.

Jim's Garage of Wichita Falls, TX is the real deal. Wish there were more businesses like this one; that do not try to rip you off. I'll definitely be bringing my car here again for any future servicing needs.

After trying 3 other shops with outrageous prices, I called Jim's garage. He was FAIR, reasonable, timely and good. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is my new mechanic for the Wichita Falls area.

Mr James is such a down to earth, kind guy. It was early in the morning, about to rain and Mr. James took care of my vehicle literally in minutes. I haven't had a problem with it since I left his shop. I will take this or any other vehicle I have only to him, hands down the best service in Wichita county!!

The service is top notch. Our car started making a racketing noise. Jim was able to isolate the issue (wheel bearings), find the parts, and service the vehicle in under 3 hours. If you are hesitant, don t be! They know their stuff!

While driving from Albuquerque to Orlando, my Ford 4.6 shot a spark plug out of the cylinder head while passing through Wichita Falls at 4:30PM on a Friday. I first took it to a Firestone who recommended Jim (the II I believe). I left my car with him, expecting that I was going to be in town until at least Sunday. I got a call on Saturday morning that he installed the helicoil into the night before, and I was back on the road by 11:30. I completed the remaining 1200 miles of my road trip without incident. Jim/James went wayyy beyond my expectations, and I am immensely thankful that he took the initiative to help me out. If I was in Wichita Falls, taking my car to him would be an easy choice.

Very nice and helpful. Car started making noise on my way to Dallas. Stopped at a couple of places who said they didn't have time to look at it since it was closing time. He took the time to listen to it and explain what was wrong, the cost and how soon it needed to be fixed. Got it fixed the next day in Dallas, but I would definitely have let them do it if I planned to stay in Wichita Falls.

Dropped in without appointment. They were very busy but one of the gentleman took time to answer my questions and tell me what I needed to do.
