I just spent an hour and a half in this store. I initially went in looking for a battery for a toy and he hooked us up and installed it just to find out that wasn't the problem. He spent the rest of the time looking at the wiring and testing other possibilities to get it working for my grandboy. Thanks to him I didn't waste any money buying a non returnable battery online that wasn't the issue in the first place. Went above and beyond- because he could have told me it wasn't the battery and left it at that.10/10 customer service. Will be using them again in the future!

Josh is great. Purchased last several batteries here. Store closed at 6:00. Called him at 5:40 PM told him battery dead and was hoping to get a jump. He volunteered to stay late and would wait for us. We arrived at 6:15 PM and Josh was there waiting. He quickly and professionally diagnosed and replaced battery. Can't say enough good things.S&K Godfrey

This place is always helpful for any kind of battery I may need. Even replacing internal ones in my can opener. Josh is great.

Josh is not only knowledgeable and friendly, but wants to help you solve your problem. He solved mine.

Awesome customer service today by Josh!! I said I needed a battery and Josh put it in for me. We quickly discovered the battery was not the problem so Josh graciously changed the battery out again and kindly issued a refund. Not once did he seem put out by the chain of events. Josh demonstrated great customer service today and has established a new loyal customer. Thank you Josh at Interstate Batteries in Wichita Falls TX!!

Outstanding service! About 8:30 am I found my battery dead in my 2015 Honda. By 10:30 am, Interstate had completed the battery change in my garage. Josh is great. I highly recommend!

Went in and purchased a battery for my old truck. Josh installed it, also replaced the terminal and bolts that were broken and corroded without charge. I think that is top notch customer service. I will be bringing my other vehicles here.

I came into the store looking for a interstate battery for my car and little did I know this place carries a battery for anything and I mean anything that is powered by a battery. They sold me a green top interstate battery for my Ford Expedition with a 5-year prorated warranty which is almost impossible to find at any other car part store. Don't even think you're going to go into Walmart and find a pro-rated battery. I had a Programmable handheld scanner with a nicad rechargeable battery pack and they were able to find me a battery for it as well. Hell even batteries that go in your Car alarm key ring zapper They can get those two. Even a Samsung Note cell phone or even iPhones as well as any other phones that have non-removable battery packs they can also get. The guy that runs the store is a super good guy And he remembers you by your face not by your number. I highly recommend this door for anyone that needs a battery for, anything. And I mean anything. Unless it is nuclear-powered in that case you might have to go a different route. Haha !
