We had an excellent experience and would highly recommend Hawkins Auto Glass! We bought a new/used motor home, didn t even make it home and the windshield popped out! We went into panic mode so we gave Mike a call, told him what happened, he explained it wasn t unusual and made us feel better about the situation! We were worried how we would get it there during business hours since we both work and live in Oklahoma! Mike and his staff were very friendly, professional and accommodating! Jimmy met us at the shop after hours so we could drop it off! Huge thanks to Hawkins Auto Glass staff your commitment to customer satisfaction and kindness definitely shows! Again we highly recommend Hawkins Auto Glass!

Couldn t get a hold of them because of severe storms they had last night. So I drove in hoping to get windshield replaced. I hit a big bird doing 75 mph, couldn t keep driving it ad it was dropping glass inside truck. Well these are some of the nicest and most professional, helpful people I have come across out here on the road. Got right on me even though there shop was packed and their installers know what they are doing. If you need glass and your close by go see them. You won t find better office people to deal with or installers!

Called for a price on windshield rock chip and made an appointment and they told me that it would take an hour which was fine but it took nearly two hours but for the price (40$) I paid I m not complaining. The office staff was very hospitable and they kept in forming me on the progress and the gentleman working on my truck also apologized for taking so long but I d rather have it done right and not have to come back. Thanks

Mike removed, cut , and replaced the drivers door window in my 1946 Ford. Dropped off the car in the morning and was done by early afternoon. Fast service from the friendliest people. The office staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant to work with. Hawkins Auto Glass is the best place in the area for vehicle glass replacement! Their price, service, and attention to detail are barnone! I have had glass replaced at other places and have always been dissatisfied to the point of dreading getting my glass replaced on my vehicles. Hawkins has now replaced glass on two of my trucks. I will no longer go anywhere else but Hawkins.

Windshield replace in a short time. Friendly, professional people. They will make time for commercial truck so you don't have to wait long. Just call ahead and make sure they have the glass for your vehicle. Great job at a great price.

We re glad we called Hawkins Auto Glass for a quote on our Jeep windshield, as it was nearly 50% less than similar services in Lawton OK! The shop is not near anything much within walking distance (would be a long walk through a rough neighborhood) so a drop-off is best plenty of places downtown to hang out, or bring a book if you don t mind waiting in the small reception area.

What an amazing company!!! I am so pleased with the excellent service I received from Hawkins. I got a quote from safelight and they weren't even able to replace the window and wanted to charge double. Hawkins did more work and charged less!!!! Hawkins Glass Repair was amazing right out of the chute. From my initial phone call all the way through to retrieving my pick-up after the job was done. They were so knowledgeable, helpful, patient, professional, a crazy great price and they guarantee their work! I spoke with them late on a Monday afternoon to have a shattered rear window replaced and even though they had to order the glass, my truck was in at 8:30 the very next morning and I was able to pick it up by 3:30. They did the most amazing job cleaning up the shattered glass that was all behind the seat that was my mess when I took the truck to them, not any mess they even contributed to. Not a lot of companies go that extra mile anymore and I appreciate it so much. The window and the seal are perfect! If you need any glass work done, you absolutely need to call them! Drove 50 miles only to find out they can t repair rock chips when windshield is wet which is totally understandable. Ladies in office were nice and helpful, wish I could have used their service.

Hawkins is a great place to do business with. I had a broken driver side mirror and Mike fixed it in a flash .you cannot beat good customer service and respect which is something that most businesses have lost these days ,the staff there was so friendly and caring enough to even interact with my children. I 10/10 recommend doing business with them. Hawkins you have made a life long customer and friend.

Hawkins Auto Glass is the home of some very nice people. I am very happy that I took my Jeep to them for my windshield replacement. They did excellent work, faster than I expected, and at a very affordable price. Customers be advised, which I was not, this business will go through a process of finding the best discount part to replace what it broken in your vehicle. So when they order it and go to fix it, it may not be a good fit. Which means they will need the vehicle another day. Also, just know that they close their doors at 5:00 PM. So not knowing this, imagine my surprise when I roll up at 5:15 and it's locked up! Another day in waiting! Upon inspection of the work done.... it works and seems to be in order, but there was some sort of fastener found in the floor board of the car. I can only imagine where it goes. Other than that.... can't complain about the price I paid.Service: Glass installation

I brought my VW in and I've had many bad experiences with windshield installs. I've had rippling from people putting in cheep glass, to horrible wind noise due to inexperienced installers! Hawkins Auto Glass is the place to go. They are honest and trustworthy with experience to back it up! I asked all the questions, they gave all the right answers, so I took my car to them for the windshield repair. Everything was perfect especially the price! I'm so happy with my new windshield and my worry's are gone because I know who he and my family and friends are going to trust, Hawkins! Thank you for a superb job!!

I called late afternoon and they were able to get me in the next morning. My back glass had been busted out and it was going to rain soon. I highly recommend Hawkins Auto Glass. The office staff was professional and a great price.

Awesome people! Had to get my wife s windshield replaced. They ordered 1 and it came in with a scratch on it. Instead of putting it in and me finding it like I m sure others would they called me and reordered a new one. For it done super quick and cheap enough that I didn t feel the need to cal insurance.

Staff was very polite and the service was fast. My Ford dealer recommended them. He siad that they are better at reglueing a rearview mirror back in place. Pleasant visit.
