Seth Donley helped me find a car that best fit my needs. He was very courteous and had a lot of knowledge about my Hyundai Tucson. All the staff at Foundation Hyundai in Wichita Falls, Texas were very helpful. You can't go wrong in buying a Hyundai there.

Took my 2022 Santa Fe to get an oil change and two recalls done. Glenn assisted me and I signed an estimate when I got there for the $69.99 oil change. While waiting for my vehicle, I got an email saying my tires were mediocre and that I need a fuel induction change. My car only has 18k miles on it. I passed on all suggested fixes considering it was $600 worth on a newer vehicle. Fast forward to pick up and I brought up the price and they said they can t honor the $69.99 oil change price I signed for because the system hasn t been updated but that s apparently my problem. As I m driving home, I notice my cabin air filter on the floor and when I got home, my husband went to put it back and my glove box wasn t even put back together from when they removed the filter and basically just fell into my husbands hands.From the lie about the price to the unfinished work, I will not be returning or recommending this dealer ever.

The Service department is awesome and really informative. I will always have my car serviced by them. They keep me up on all my service needs and the records of service are kept up to date, providing myself the confidence and security of knowing my car is in the best condition it can be.

I went in for a software update on my security, and I was helped by John. He was SO SO incredibly sweet and so fast with my service. He had me in and out in no time! For someone who doesn t like to go and do things by herself, I felt so comfortable and relaxed there with him to help me with everything. 1000/10 service!

I had my wife s car serviced at foundation service department. they change the oil did a tuneup job and we told them that it was kind of slugging , slugit and they did everything we told him to do and they called us up and said it was ready. Said it wasn t slugging anymore well it s still doing it. The same thing as it was before we took it in. so I guess your technicians don t know what they re talking about are they didn t drive it to check it out. And they rely on that computers when they need to use a little common sense how to figure things out because he said the computers not saying anything. so I give them a three and we won t take nothing else back there plus they were way overpriced I mean way overpriced

I am not one to do reviews, but people need to be aware of this company. They have had my sons 2022 Hyundai Elantra in their service shop since September 15th. They have not provided him with a loaner vehicle, because they don t care about their customers. They will not return the case workers phone calls. They have told me they are waiting on Tech. Line to walk them through fixing the computer issue on this vehicle. My question is why does this company not have a technician that can fix this vehicle? My son has had to borrow a vehicle from his Dad and it has to be returned this week. So how is he supposed to get back and forth to work, to pay his payment to Hyundai? I have tried being nice and I have been upset as well. Foundation y all need to do better taking care of your customers! I will no longer recommend a Hyundai vehicle to my friends and family. I drive a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe myself. But after this experience, they have lost my business!

I could not be more pleased with the service I received at Foundation today. I brought my car in at 9am for two open recalls from Hyundai. I was told my car wouldn't be ready until late afternoon, but I didn't have a ride to get back home. Foundation gave me a shuttle ride back home, then sent a driver back for me at 5:30pm when my car was ready -- and I live over 20 miles away out in the country. Both drivers were very courteous and friendly. I've brought my car in for two different issues when it was still Patterson's, and never received this kind of customer service. Definitely recommend Foundation of Wichita Falls

Do not buy a car from here unless you want terrible service and support after you purchase it. If you buy from here and need any service or any help, they will charge you a exceptionally high amount and do nothing. Glenn in service is rude and will not apologize for any mistakes or miscommunication. They are terrible at helping you out m, even when you just spent a large amount buying a car. Go to a different dealer that will actually stand behind their product and make you feel appreciated.

Iwe took our vehicle in because of a mail in my tire. We received a call they couldn t get our locking lug nuts off and we would need to take it somewhere else. I called spoke to Glenn the service advisor and told him they were the ones a couple of months ago that changed my oil and rotated my tires so what did they do to them in which case he said I need to level this up and will call you back. When he called back they would have to remove the locking lug nuts and put regular ones on. They did that but never replaced or offered to replace my locking lug nuts they destroyed they took my cap off my tire that I purchased and they didn t refill my tire with nitrogen like it had in it. I never received an apology or call from the level up. Very poor customer service and ruined my locking lug nuts while saying they used my key

I had a great experience with Patterson and my salesman Bobby Nunn. I placed a call of inquiry about a hard to find car and Bobby hung in there until he found what I was looking for. This was no small feat and took a couple of months but ultimately got it done and without the ridiculous price markup I was hearing from other dealers. The level of communication was excellent all the way through the process. I would recommend Bobby & Patterson to others. It was worth the almost 2 hour drive from Oklahoma.

Went to this foundation to process warranty claim for my hyundai sonata I spoke with the service advisor Glenn, just for him to falsely inform me that my title was salvaged, when in fact it was not. 3 months pass my vehicle still being in their possession and all this back and forth just for them to tell me that my warranty did not cover my engine replacement. Overall was not happy with my service at this establishment.

my review is specifically for Sam Johnson my salesman! He was so kind from the very beginning , he put me in my dream car and even though we re past the sales part ( i already have the car ) he still is my go to person up at foundation and helps me with any questions or concerns. he s always gone out of his way to help me with my car and it s greatly appreciated. if anyone was looking to buy a car please go to sam! He is AMAZING! Definitely a favorite up there. Always professional and goes above and beyond for his clients.

Purchased a used Hyundai Accent for a family member and was absolutely impressed with Tucker Jones, who was so patient with our elderly mother. He asked questions and carefully listened to her vehicle needs and budget range and even pulled up a very recent trade-in for her to test drive. He test drove the car with her and explained all of the features. She ended up buying it!Chris in Finance was also very helpful and handled all of the purchasing paperwork.As a family, we have purchased 2 new Jeeps, 1 new Charger from Michael Mason and this used Hyundai from Tucker Jones at Patterson Auto Group. Each experience with sales staff and finance has been easy and very fair. Even the service Department that did recent warranty work on the Dodge did an excellent job. Joe and Heath in service are fantastic.Remember, Value is more than a fair price on a car. It also includes how you are treated and how well your vehicle is serviced. Patterson Auto is top-rated at all of those things.

I had an absolutely great experience at Foundation Hyundai. I worked very closely with Sam Johnson, I ve purchased a few car in the years and I really have to give it to Sam this was literally the best car buying experience I ve had. He worked with me and was available to help every step of the way. I highly recommend anyone in the market for a new car to go see Sam specifically. Having that good salesman that you feel mutual respect and is transparent the entire time is almost unheard when shopping for a car. Sam showed me all the new features and made sure I was comfortable using all of them. 10/10 would recommend! Go see sam if you are in the market you definitely won t regret it.

Glenn in the service department is AMAZING my car broke down here (all the way from Florida!) and needed a new engine, no one else could even see my car me for months out with 2-4 weeks quoted for engine replacement plus coming back from Florida to get the vehicle. Glen got me in to be seen in only two days, had my engine replaced within a week, and went the extra mile to contact Hyundai for me and get the entire engine covered by warranty as well as having it shipped to me in Florida ( for free ! ) Maybe 3 weeks from drop off in texas til drop off back here in Florida including shipping I can t say what a miracle this was !!

I got a 3 oil change policy with tire rotation and I brought it in and they gave it back saying it was complete but neither a rotation was done or an oil change. Plus a tire that had a nail was supposed to be fixed but not only did they not fix it but it now has 3 nails within 7 inches of each other. This place cannot be trusted.

Our sales representative, Zack Baker, was very polite and thoughtful. Zack told me about how much he loved his job and that says a lot about the culture at Patterson s. Happy employees make happy customers.There was no pressure to buy and we test drove a few different vehicles at various Patterson s locations. We ultimately went back to Hyundai and went with a vehicle we test drove there. Another note, Patterson s has one of the best service departments I have ever worked with. No hassle sales and the service department make Patterson s a great place to shop.

From start to finish I had an excellent experience at Foundation Hyundai. I live three and half hours away from Wichita Falls so I had to be sure I was getting the best deal before I made that excursion. Both Allegra and Josh Deerinwater were responsive to the multiple questions my wife and I had about the vehicle we were purchasing. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Jabin Smythe was excellent too in providing me information on various options for financing as well as possible extended warranties without adding too much pressure to purchase one. I have to say overall my experience was worth the seven hour round trip and I will definitely recommend them to people in the future. I d like to say a special thank you to Josh. I left my garage door opener in my trade in and he was kind enough to ship it to me. Thanks Josh!

They offer me trade in value for my 2022 calligraphy with 21k miles for $40k. Other dealers are offering 47k. Please dont take your business to this place ripping off
