I hope they continue to build better service. In the past, as Patterson, my service contracts were longer and allowed for car care to be regular and well maintained, which brought me back to buy new vehicles. I have had two situations that were not positive and witnessed other negative. One was booked, and the appointment waited Teo weeks for appointment to only not have service completed because they worked on walk-in vehicles, but my vehicle did not qualify, I guess, for walk-in two weeks previously. I really not confident work was really done only because I returned for the same issue. This happened twice on two different vehicles we own. Then, a new vehicle was taken for service, and I was charged after reviewing the contract. was not charged, but I expected the service to have a record of my vehicle purchased from the dealership.

I called with questions about the policy on hours stated on the web site vs when you come in to the location, because it seemed like there was a discrepancy. I have to say, the manager I spoke to was very professional and super nice. She understood my concern & followed up with the information I needed. She explained everything clearly, and she followed on her end with the departments that could fix the issue. I really appreciate her time and patience listening to my concern. Also the service tech we spoke to was friendly and professional. Everyone there that I have interacted with on the past few visits has been friendly & just decent down to earth people.

I had a wonderful experience at foundation, ram and Dodge. I called and set up an appointment for the following day and when I arrive, they took the car change the oil rotated the tires, and I had one little problem with the steering column, making a noise and they repaired that And I haven t had any trouble since. They were very courteous but the car was clean and they had paper mats on the floor and the price was very reasonable and I will continue. This is about the fourth time I ve gone there to have my oil changed and have our tires rotated and have a couple little things for them to fix over the pair of time in the last 60,000 miles And they given the excellent service and I continue to plan to come back The service rep was knowledgeable about the problem, and explained to me every detail what they did when I picked it up, and the cashier was very courteous, and I had a wonderful experience at foundation ram

I made an appointment, 2 weeks in advance, for a recall service for my Jeep s upper control arm. Get to the appointment, check in, and wait in the lobby for an hour before they come out and say they do not have the part to complete the recall service that I was scheduled to be there for. The part should have been reserved for a scheduled appointment, or I should have at least been notified prior to arriving that they were short of the part

I have used the service center here for the past few years. I give two stars based on the combined experience. If I was basing the rating on the most recent experience, it would be zero stars. It was the worst customer service especially their service manager. Brought vehicle in due to a leak after an oil change, and the service manager decided to get mad that we had brought it in then proceeded to "explain" that the oil leaking around the filter was just residue and the "leak" was something completely different.

Service representatives are very helpful and willing to listen to your concerns prior to work on the vehicle. Final results fair differently, work was not accomplished correctly, requiring a return visit. Since Foundation has taken over prices have increased. We have a new 2023 Ram and we've had a problem with our left blinker staying on. We took it to Foundation and the service department listened to us and replaced the clock spring and it works beautifully. I highly recommend their service department. Ask for Jessica Mendez.

I took my jeep for an oil change and also only one side of my ac was blowing well i got my jeep back and it was worse then before i had taken it to them i took Pictures and sent it to the person that was working with me showing that it was leaking badly. They say there technition isnt there that id have to wait, well mind you i am a triple amputee ok but get around just fine. The lady there took it apon herself to think that i could not drive because of my disability so they wouldnt give or offer me a loaner while i wait for mine to be done"thats discrimination" 100% that being said they also give me a bill for over $2000ok remember i only came in for an oil change to start with. Anyways the next time i took it in since the tech was around, he looked at it then gave me another bill for over $3000 thats $5000 and my jeep is ticking still havent fixed it. So i wouldnt ever take my jeep there again they suck bad. They never return calls either.

My vehicle has two recalls, an appointment was made, took my vehicle in at appointed time and was told they would have to keep it even though the work would not start until about two weeks. I picked my vehicle back up and went to another dealership who ordered the parts and will notify when to bring it in for service. I will never use or offer a good referral for this dealership!

All the service department was extremely courteous and accommodating to the customers being served each day. Service was fast and the waiting area was very comfortable for those needing to stay during their repair appt.

Well to be nice we are not happy at all and taken car back again and still isn't fixed. Still messed up. You need a Boss to inspect vehicles before they go back to the owners. Then if still messed up and that person didn't catch it then FIRE THEM GET A PERSON THAT KNOWS THEIR JOB. AND HOW TO PUT A CAR BACK TOGETHER AGAIN. IF NOT FIRE THEM AND GIVE THEM A SET LEGOS TO PLAY WITH.

People were hateful. They would not return phone calls. Took to long to fix on simple thing. And was $600 higher than others. Charged for using credit card. Will not go back.

Almost gave them 4 stars because their coffee in the waiting room was awful and they need more variety of creamers. The people however were excellent, and my wait time was actually shorter then then they said it would be.

I took my car in with an engine light 3 times. It would come back on within a few days and I would take it back in. The last time they did a more in depth analysis and after two weeks found a cracked cylinder, contacted the warranty company, and put a salvage engine in my car, 4 weeks total. A customer oriented service department should analyze the problem in 3-5 days, and never take longer than 2 weeks to repair. My car was returned dirty with greasy shoe prints on the door sills and greasy fingerprints around the doors. The personnel are nice but anything more than an oil change I will take somewhere else!Service: Transmission

FDCJR provided the 100,000 mile service for my Jeep. Cory, service department advisor provided me a price quote before work was scheduled. The work was completed on time and at the quoted price which was a fair price for the amount of work performed. I am very pleased with the service. In fact, I have 4 vehicles purchased at Patterson, now owned by Foundation Auto Group and the level of customer service is as good as it has ever been.Service: Auto maintenance

My Ram was in for repair after I was rear-ended. It was for the air suspension system. It took a while (waiting for parts) and the company was particularly uncommunicative. I had to call every week to find out my status. One time the service rep initiated the phone call. Otherwise the repair was apparently done very well. At any rate so far all the indications are back to normal.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Nobody ever answers their phones here!I recently took my truck in to have some problems with the transmission dealt with. When I got it back, they had rewired the Automatic Start/Stop that I specifically did not want done. I took it to another shop previously to have it unhooked & I PAID for that service!Now that I need to get ahold of someone, it's like catching smoke.. ridiculous.

Poor service i went for a recall on my jeep they made me do the service and why the way so expensive just saying cause the things went more far away ..well resuming after all that like making me up charging for everything they told me to came back at certain miles like is stupid cause when come back was over the mileage and this guy i don't remember his name was the service advisor was rude and denied me the service with any question .. just cause I don't came back at exactly 1500 milles so basically they just are trying to charge for extra services instead of do the job right and fix the recalls .. so lol i prefer travel so far away from there to get my car serviced . feeling bad about cause I live here but anyway stay away from them
