FRAUD , they stole my sway bar links.Then Gave me a quoteTold me both of them fell off at the same time! Before they even pull it in the bay , I told them they were just change 2 weeks ago. I watch my mechanic changed them!!They had my Tahoe for 45 mins. Not one BUT BOTH MY sway bar links are gone.Now my Tahoe is pulling to the left ! Instead of the right like it has been doing since I got new tires! Now it making a noise , it was never making in the front end !!!!! Low life unprofessional people is what they are!!

Making an appointment here is a joke I have been booking an appointment from 1 week for wheel alignment they been giving me silly reasons to skip it and the worst part is I paid for 12 months plan. These are cheats after paying for 12 months they been holding my schedule after making an appointment .i donot even recommend this location I would give them zero stars

The receptionist was very helpful and helped me get a better price than what was listed on the website for my tires. The service center also caught an issue with my battery and was able to fix it for me! Great service to to bottom!

I asked for a tire rotation balance alignment and a new sensor to be put in my truck. All they did was the rotation and balance. Didn t put air in them no valve stem caps no new sensor. When they called me they said everything was done and it was good to go. Then when I get there they tell me they could only do is the rotation and balance. I ve heard they were a bad shop but thought it was just some mistakes but I was wrong don t waist your time

All was good except for the shop needs repairs. In the workers need to come up with a plan to take in income other than just car repairs. I asked about models, new floors. Sor conditioning. Exedra.. lots of shops kicking butt, in NASCAR for example. Why can't they be more like the way the race insurances the whole sport. Maybe have a machine vs mechanical engineer

The people who work here are amazing. I trust these people. Everytime I go in this place they shoot me straight. I never feel like I am being taken advantage of because I'm a single woman who doesn't know about cars. I will never take my vehicle to any other shop. Thank you to the mechanics who work at this location for being legit good people and for being honest. It means more than you know.

I was traveling through town and had a blowout. Roadside assistance suggested using them based on reviews and the tow truck operator reinforced that point. They got me in quickly, had a tote in stock and got me back on the road quickly.

Firestone officially lost a customer today. Stopped using them years ago for anything other than tire services due to incompetency and suspected sabotage of our vehicles. Since we purchased the life time wheel alignment warranty, I was comfortable bringing it back just for that. NO MORE.I dropped off my vehicle and received a phone call that my battery was bad. (I did not ask them to check my battery- but I figured it's a courtesy~ whatever).The lady at the counter told me that she was worried about me getting stranded somewhere with the cold weather coming up. I stated I would be bringing it back to AutoZone because I was fairly sure it was a new battery and would still be under warranty.When I pick up my vehicle I was told by Firestone that my battery was dated 2019 (not sure how they knew that- it's not shown anywhere on the battery) and would not be under warranty. She said she wanted me to know that so I didn't go into AutoZone stating I had a warranty on my battery when I did not.While I am waiting in line at AutoZone to get my battery tested, I review my invoice that was e-mailed to me from Firestone- no paper copy was offered in the store. There is a recommendation and price to replace the battery on one page, but the invoice states that a courtesy battery check was done and my battery is good. SURE ENOUGH- AutoZone says I bought the battery in 2022 and when they test it, it is good, registering at 500 CCA and 100% SoC.I am disgusted by the deceptive practices of this store and will not be back.

Traveling from Amarillo TX back to Georgia, step son & daughter Daugher law pulling their horse trailer when a tire on the truck blew out. After calling around to find the right tire we called Firestone. They had what we needed and got us back up and going. Since he and his wife haul horses too, he understood the unique situation we had. He made certain we were all taken care of and back on the road. Dru should be commended for his commitment to customer service!!!!!!! A++++++++

Fast, thorough, friendly, amazing! Mechanic Dru and receptionist Amanda were very helpful and their tech was great too. They took care of our oil change and fuel filter change on my diesel Dodge Ram 4500 quickly even without an appointment

Scheduled an appointment, brought it in for a rotate & balance, and provided an estimated completion time. The task was completed before the estimated time. Customer service and technicians were great to work with. They believe in their customers.

All of my company trucks go here before they hit the road.Drew here is trustworthy, a straight shooter.I travel the US. This Firestone is my first choice if I'm within 150 miles I'll try to go here, because of the people working.

Do not go here. I went for a simple oil change and one day later I got an error code P052E. There was oil in my crank case vent line. Almost ruined my engine.Addendum: After working with Firestone management I wish I could leave less than one star. They were polite, but useless. I brought my car to a repair shop and the repairs were $3000. But because I could not prove that it was their fault and it is a common problem, they wouldn t reimburse me. I find it highly coincidental that my car is running fine and after a few hours at Firestone it is broken. They did reimburse me for the brake fluid exchange because the repair shop mentioned in their report that it was highly unlikely the brake fluid was changed. I can only reiterate, do not go here unless you want to pay $3000 in repairs.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair, Oil change

They installed my brake pads BACKWARDS. Cost me a ton in damages and scrapped up all sorts of stuff on my wheel. Fortunately, I got it figured out before they caused a serious safety issue. But did a lot of damage. They were pretty nonchalant when I called. "oh well, I wasn't the one who installed them. I'll let you know and they can call you back".Service: Brake service & repair

Ordered tires from SimpleTire and Firestone installed them. This was my first time using the Lamar St location.The people were friendly. The tires are great. They did break a piece of my trim on the interior and managed some hairline cracking in my driver side window. I brought the issues to there attention, to include driving to there location on two separate occasions. They promised to call me back each time I called, and they never did.They have never returned my call and never developed a solution to the situation.I cannot recommend them and I will not go back to this location.

I scheduled an appointment to have my car serviced. I handed over my key and waited patiently. My children and I got bored and decided to take a walk after an hour of waiting. As we were leaving, a guy pulled up and went inside. I left with full confidence believing that when we walked back that my car would be in the shop getting looked at being that I made an APPOINTMENT 4 days in advance. My children and I walked back and sure enough, they had the guy (who came in way after I did) truck in the garage ready to service him. Mind you, we walked around down town for about 40 minutes so altogether an almost 2 hour wait for absolutely no reason. I was so irritate I just asked for my key back. The intake receptionist asked if I wanted to reschedule. LOL so you all can waste more of my time again? No thank you! I left to calm down before I made a scene and tried to call and ask what was the problem (just to confirm because it's clear as day why my vehicle got skipped over) Of course, NO ANSWER. The receptionist was nice but that's as far as the courtesy goes. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and unjust treatment. I won't ever be bothered with this establishment again!

I'm impressed! The team on Lamar are absolutely amazing!! Everyone was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Service was quick - car was evaluated on Thursday, I had quotes in my hand by Thursday evening. I worked Friday, so I called Saturday morning to schedule repairs, and they did it that day within the hour. My car drove beautifully!! Kris and Tiffany, thank you for all the help, and thank you to the great mechanics!

Asked they could check my tire, said that it would take an hour to get it in. So siad ok i dont hat time. Could you just get some air in it for now.. i have been here 45 waiting for juat air in one tire.

Beware: I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived the front desk informed me that it would be until close of business (~3 hours) to complete the service. I had no other means of pick up so I walked downtown during the wait. I received a call 10 minutes prior to closing stating that they were unable to service my vehicle in time before close of business. I took time off from work for the appointment and wasted several hours for necessary, scheduled maintenance to not be completed. The employee at the desk was polite, but receiving ZERO service on my vehicle although having an appointment is quite infuriating. I do not have the time to reschedule when it s convenient for the company.

I would have given Tiffany more stars as she was super personal and efficient checking me in. After being quoted 30-45 min for an oil change, I waiting in the lobby. During the first hour that I waited in the lobby. Several customers came in and left. Phone rings multiple times before answered. After an hour and a half they had not even moved my car. I would have left, but I was traveling from out of town and didn t have anywhere to go. At 1 hr 45 min Tiffany finally pulled it in for the tech. Another tech that really didn t seem to busy since he chatted with another customer in the office for 20 min. From when she pulled it into the garage, it took 45 minutes. If you have time to spend the afternoon watching Modern Family reruns in the lobby for 2 1/2 hours for an oil change, then I highly recommend if not, chose another provider. Thanks Tiffany.

Was so very pleased. I was met by Brian Vetter the store manager and I had all 4 tires replaced. i only really needed 1 but had issues with the other 3. They didn't try to upsale me and they were so very helpful during my visit to give me exactly what I was wanting I actually got an even better deal than what I expected. If you want great service even on a budget this is the place to go. I'm definitely coming here from now on with both my cars. By the way discount was 200 more for a lower milage tire just saying.

Resident of Texas, but working in Kansas City, MO. Drove 8 hours and was told by 2 shops they were booked full and couldn't get to me. Lamar St helped me and added me to the computer to get an inspection in Missouri. 6 months later purchased a new car and back to try my luck again.
