I went in to have a tire changed and it was already 4 pm they were very nice and curious even though it was late. It took them a little bit to get the old tire off the rim and replace it. They stayed open just to fix my tire. I was very grateful, and they were amazing workers.

I would have give this shop zero reviews and this is just for the Manager. He is extremely rude and unprofessional. I have visited the shop on March 20,2024 in morning around 8.00 am. He made me wait for two hours just to tell that he does not have the tires that need to be replaced with. This is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful the way he reacted when I told him he could have check the inventory earlier and not made wait that long. I was at Firestone locations before but this is the first time I get treated like this. I am reaching out the Firestone authority to take action on this matter.

Gratitude Overflowing!I'm immensely grateful for the incredible kindness shown to my family, particularly my daughter. As a single mom navigating life's challenges, your generosity during this demanding chapter has been a true blessing. Your simple yet profound gesture of retrieving my daughter's car, driving it into the parking lot, and providing a new tire has left me genuinely moved. In a world often lacking support, your kindness has created a lasting impact, restoring my faith in humanity. Thank you for being a beacon of generosity your selfless act has made a significant difference in our lives. With sincere gratitude. Thank you Todd Powers

I would give this place a zero if I could. Was passing through Wichita Falls on vacation. We had a leak in one of my tires. The hotel I was staying at recommended Firestone because it was close by. I was there when it opened the next morning. Someone came out to help me. I explained the situation. He looked at the tire from a few feet away. He said "I don't see anything wrong. It looks good to me. It's probably okay to drive. I was almost 400 miles from home. He said he could get someone to look at it but it would be a couple of hours before anyone could do it. I used Google to locate Discount Tire. Since I had some treadwear on the other tires I ended up buying a full set of tires from them. The whole thing took 45 minutes and I was back on the road. I would have bought them from Firestone if they had shown the same interest. I don't live in Wichita Falls. Maybe this was a one-off. But people remember how they were treated.

Made a 12 noon appointment last week for today sat. For a required tire rotation since I have Firestone tires with added road Hazzard warranty. Dropped my car off at 11:50. Coming back 2 hours later my car hadn't been moved from where I pulled up. I went in to ask what was going on and they just hadn't gotten to it yet. When I asked for my keys some man excuse me woman came out. I asked what was the point of having an appointment for my car to still not be done 2 hours later. She told me it's like the doctors office meaning they would get to my car sometime today and if I didn't like it I could leave. Well that's why I asked for my keys wasn't planning on waiting any longer for a simple tire rotation I had an appointment for. So called corporate filed a complaint. Won't ever go back to that location and will tell anyone I can not to either. Good tires bad customer service. Firestone corporate said "appointments are priority and 2 hours for a tire rotation is unacceptable. " Guess this location didn't get the memo.

Y all tried to scam me out of $2,600 for repairs I didn t need. After telling you not to service my vehicle, its battery was mysteriously dead when I came to pick it up, despite the key being out of the ignition and all the lights inside and outside of the car being off. Don t come here for services.

They didnt even try to fix my tire put a donut on the front instead of rotating the tires. And cut a slit in it which other wise could've been a fixed good tire.

I needed to have my brakes checked and couldn't seem to get by the usual places during the work week. I was passing by Firestone on a Sunday after church and noticed that they serviced more than just tires and stopped in. They were able to work me into their schedule that afternoon!! They not only replaced my back brakes but did whatever they do with the rotors and now it stops without the shimmy and jerking. They also verified that everything else was in good working order. They were very kind, courteous, and accommodating. I was grateful that I didn't have to make arrangements at work or figure out someone to pick me up and drop me off to get my car fixed.

The service at this place gets worse every time I go. They never have a technician for whatever I need done and making appointments online is a joke. They always call you back to cancel or you go in just to find out that it never went through. The tires and service are overly priced compared to other places in town. Go elsewhere. This place sucks.

I would not recommend this business for anything. I set up an appointment for 9am Saturday 8-19-2023 for a wheel alignment to be done and I was there at 9am. I stopped back around 11:30am to touch base with them about the truck and was told that it was next in line, I then called about 1:30pm and was told that they might not be able to get it done until Monday. So I went back by about 2pm and was told that they had 2 call ins and said that someone should have called me to inform me about that. No one ever called or said anything to me about the call ins. So I asked for my keys back and left. I will never use them again. One other thing, but I can t prove it, is on Friday 8-11-2023 I stopped by to get a flat tire fixed and it was almost 2 hours before they were able to tell me that the tire could not be fixed due to having a gash in the sidewall. I had checked the tire on the night before when I had the flat and there was no cut on the sidewall. So I think that they might have done that so that they could make a sale on new tires.

I had to have the A/C compressor replaced on my aging van. It is NOT fun to have the a/c break down during the hottest part of July. Unfortunately, most a/c repairs are costly.Upon entering Firestone, in Wichita Falls, TX, I was immediately greeted by a nice female, employee. She regretfully reported that their A/C technician did not work on Mondays. She asked if I would return early the following morning, Tuesday, and was given a designated arrival time. While I was there, on that Monday morning, I was given a general explanation of what the mechanic would check on my van's a/c. She also informed me of the diagnostic charge. Their store policy is to call before beginning any repairs. On the scheduled time to return, the following Tuesday morning, I entered the Firestone store, and was immediately greeted by a different person, a male employee. Shockingly, he greeted me by my last name. I dropped off the van and he reiterated that someone would call me with repair recommendations and estimates. Several hours later, I received a call. Additional diagnostics were required because the first diagnostic didn't reveal anything obviously wrong. The second diagnostic revealed a more troublesome issue. The employee walked us through the processes of the diagnostics and recommended the repairs necessary. He did give me a slight discount for the previous diagnostic charge. Sadly, this was my a pricey repair. Boing! Yikes! The gentleman employee estimated that the van's a/c repairs would take until Friday (three days) to order, receive parts, and complete the repairs.Thursday afternoon an employee from Firestone called saying my van was repaired and ready to be picked up.Sadly, I couldn't get there before their 6 pm close of operating hours, so I picked it up the following Friday morning.Wow, it is nice to have a working a/c in my van! The repairs were completed with accuracy and expertise. Firestone also informed me of the 25k mi/1 year warranty on parts and labor. I am very pleased with the service I received from this Firestone location, in Wichita Falls, TX.

I made an appointment a few days ago to get an alignment and tire rotation at 2 pm. I got here five minutes before 2 and I'm sitting here at 430 pm and just got informed I had one customer in front of me.Despite having an appointment, those who drop off their car before in the queue come before your car. I wish there was a point behind making scheduled appointments. Otherwise, your best bet is to walk in and drop it off early in the day.

I came off of the highway on a flat tire, and was told they couldn't fix it today because they only had 2 technicians there. So I put my temp spare on in another parking lot. I was a tire repairman for 40 years, I know busy, but I also know when a person has an emergency. I would have took time from the non emergency and helped the stranded motorist. That's the way we did it in the past, we had compassion. This guy didn't even care that we were stranded in 102 degree heat. I love Firestone, I even worked for them in Lubbock Texas. But I cannot in good conscience, recommend this store to anyone!

DO NOT GO TO THE LOCATION ON McNiel!!!! If I could give this place negative stars, I would. ZERO customer service and Stephanie is extremely rude! The Manager Todd is not as bad but I would stay clear of this location all together. I have never had problems with Firestone until I had the displeasure of dealing with these 2 people. Do not bother making an online appointment, you will just be wasting your time and energy.

Lets take the whole useless appointment scheduling system and we are just gonna put that aside. Let's get a simple wheel alignment today. Oh boy! I can't wait to drive straight again and not possibly kill myself because I decided to take my hand off the wheel for a half second to turn the volume up because Rosanna by toto came on the radio. I choose firestone for two reasons, the first mechanic shop I called recommended them for the job and second, their website quoted me a cool $113.50 something cents for the whole shebang and they'll be quick about it to boot. I was elated with joy. No longer would I have to apologize to old ladies at the intersection after I almost side swiped them simply because I decided to have a drink of water. I arrive at my pre-designated time, notice its a ghost town, pretty sure a tumble weed rolled right past me in the lobby, the lack of patronage makes sense now. Drop the keys off with what I'm assuming was the manager and head out about my day. Four thirty rolls around car is still on the rack and it seems only one mechanic is tackling three vehicles at once. A "technician" I'm assuming makes about 15-18 dollars an hour. Moment of truth. What's the damage? I'm optimistic that I'm going to drive off this lot and into a brighter, better, more straightly aligned future. Then the stack of papers came out. $4000. Todd tried to upsell me 3,886.50 something cents of pure fear mongering bull hockey that had to be done to the vehicle before we can even mention a wheel alignment. Luckily for me, I didn't view Todd as smooth talking and persuasive as he would like to think he is. I'll give him this, he had the jewels to recommend two new tires atop everything like a cancerous cherry sitting atop the most deceitful sundae you or I have ever seen. Nice try Todd, but I'll go elsewhere and get that second opinion as I haven't met to many people that have experienced their entire undercarriage suddenly dropping out their vehicle on the freeway. Even If I have to drive out a little further and risk running off the road because people keep sending me tiktoks. My wheels remain unallinged but at least I was able to avoid anything more than the ten dollar diagnostic fee. That evening, I would do a little research into firestone and their practices and what do ya know. A whole sea of people claiming the almost same story and BBB rating of 1.6 tsk tsk. Do better firestone. You'd think after the 2001 50 billion dollar lawsuit you would get the act together. Will update with second opinions and outcome.

I have never had worse customer service. The Manager Todd actually lied to me about making an appointment for me. We had a disagreement and he refused service to me. I have been a customer of Firestone for many years and typically had good service. Not sure what s going on at this place anymore.Service: TiresService: Tires

I had made an appointment days in advance with the issues listed. Had 0800 appointment, went in at 0700a as the web said it was ope . They did not open til 0800. My truck had the first appointment of the day. They called me at xlose to closing time and said they couldn't get to it until the next day. The next day they called and stated they could not perform the main maintenance I had brought it for because that tech was off til Tues. They knew this information the entire time but chose not to disclose it until they had gotten $$$ from ne for the normal maintenance. Stay away, manager is rude (Brandon) and he is not truthful from the start.

Do not recommend. Called for an alignment, was told to bring it the next morning. Arrived first thing as they opened. Service desk was rude, and extremely put out that I was there. Told me there was no way they could do an alignment that day and to try the following week.
