After reading reviews and sitting for almost 2 hours I had a certain expectation. Let's just say the truck wash for $ 60.00, wouldn't exceed a 5 year old expectations. Of course you can't not really see until after you pull out the bay and the truck dries. The pics are literally 10 mins after I left taken at the Loves. Will not return. Beware and inspect because I just wanted 60 bucks.

Yoooo... so I pulled in to the FJ about 3 am and had a couple of brake line issues After talking with the Manager she told me about these guys and I went in at 8:00 sharp and by 8:30 I was done and Joseph and his team were the bomb... I highly recommend this shop if your in the area and need a rescue...Thanks fellas

I was broke down at a gas station. Trey came and fixed my trailer. Got me back on the road fair priced great service. Trey couldn t have been more helpful if he tried to. Thank you very much. I appreciate the great service.

Badasss truck wash recommend 100% hand dry employees nice and friendly. They really make sure you leave happy and satisfied they notice soap on my trailer and made me pull her back in to re wash. And cheap prices...

We have purchased tires from Falls Truck Center numerous times. Sean and his staff always knows what we need and stand behind every tire. Today I had my SUV washed and detailed. Nicer than the day I bought it. And it was dirty, goes to the ranch, down dirt roads, hauls kids to work cattle, checks on dozer and grader work, etc. Not a spot missed! Thank you FTC.Service: Tires

Their mobile mechanic did a hell of a job. Came out promptly and diagnosed multiple problems with our rig. Solved many of our problems for a great cost, even gave us military discount for my prior service.Their customer service team reached out to solve a misunderstanding we had initially. Will definitely be doing business with this business when in the area again.

Had to washout trailer. These people didn't get the job done. Just about lost this load because of that.. please do better next time. I understand Mondays suck.

Great place to get all of your trucking needs and then some. Also, they have a place up stairs for all of your signs and Logos needs. Very friendly and helpful

I needed a ring and pinion set for my wrecker and the parts guys located one and had it within a few days from a different state. If the part is out there they will find it!!!

Told my guy a 225/70/19.5 tire will be fine next to a 265/70/19.5 tire and sold him the smaller size tire for $500.00. 40 miles away the bigger tire blew from having too much weight and then 4 miles away the tire they put on blew. why would you lie to a driver, why cant you just say i don't have the size.FYI there was never a conversation on the phone or agreement, your tire that you installed blew up 40 miles away there goes $500Service: Tires

This review is for their mobile service that they provide as well as the repair shop that they have. A tech I believe his name was Casey came to my location when my semi truck was having a problem with an air leak and with in minutes he was not only able to find out what was wrong by was able to take care of it to where I could get back on the road fast and charged a fair price. Great job will definitely recommend them for not only road service but their shop as well because when I had called the shop originally to see if there was some way I could limp my truck and trailer over to them the tried to give me some advice over the phone and mentioned they had a mobile service that could come to my location quick and casey was, and was also friendly and professional Again Great job all around

If I could give more stars I would!!! This is the best place!! With the absolute best employees!! The guys (and one girl) in the office are fabulous!! And the two mechanics who fixed my tire today are awesome!! Very respectful and shoutout to them for getting me back out here rolling quickly!!!! Thanks again!!!

We lost a tire just a few miles before Randlett exit. The tire had wrapped around the axel making it difficult to be removed. We called Falls Truck Center for help. The man on the phone was so helpful and got Charles Knox out to give us a hand. When I say that this technician was professional, kind, and a blessing I am not down playing this man's role in our day. We had been having such a rough day and he turned an unfortunate event into something where I can honestly say that the kindness of others still happens. Charles said he has been blessed and was paying it forward. I must say he was definitely a blessing to us. I hope that one day we can repay his kindness, to someone else in need, as he did so graciously on our account. Thank you Charles. You will probably never truly understand what you did for us but thank you. I give you my promise that we will pay it forward some how.

Had a front leaf spring break on our semi. Casey got us in immediately & he & his team went to work on it ASAP. Replaced it in under an hour. Would highly recommend!! Thank you for awesome service! ~ T&C OUTLAW EXPRESS

Man these guys are a jam up group, my trailer air supply tabk developed a leak and not repairable due to corrosion. They didn't have one in stock but with one phone call had one there in 20 mins. In and out in 2 hours back on the road, the tech that performed the work was a jam up guy as well and did outstanding work. Think his name was scooter

We were headed to Colorado and had a zip tie pop on our pigtail on our camper. Called and with in 30 minutes of arriving were were back on the road. The gentleman that helped us (Trey?) Was extremely nice and extremely knowledgeable and even was given a military discount for being a Veteran will recommend to any one that needs truck or trailer repairs.

Charles was wonderful!!! By far the most superior and dedicated work I have ever seen. We needed a tire change roadside, he went out of his way to help us find the most efficient way to get the job done. 5 Stars to Charles!!!Service: TiresService: Tires

I had a difficult time getting the right water pump for my Peterbilt 579, but Joseph in the parts department went above and beyond expectations to get this issue resolved. Friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. I am a customer for life.

This place is a hidden gem, great service, great wash. I have been to ALOT of truck wash s and this place is the top of my list. So do your self a favor and when in the Wichita Falls Tx area stop and get your rig, trailer, RV cleaned you will not regret it

Went in for a broken trailer light from hitting a tree. They washed the whole trailer and scrubbed the spot where I made contact with the tree. They did such a good job cleaning it, that you couldn t tell I caught a limb. Then they replaced the light. I m extremely happy with the work, and you can t find service like that anywhere else.

I've lived in the Falls for sixteen years; never even considered stopping. RV and Veteran friendly! Stopped in for a tire leak on my motorhome and was treated like a long time customer. Joseph (parts guy) introduced me to the tire expert Ron who quickly narrowed down my problem, fixed it and got me out of there. Saved me time and money, $25..RVers, try Falls Truck Center, I promise you won't be disappointed!Service: Tires

I got a trailer washout. They did a good job. As of now, they are not open on Sundays and close around 5 on Saturdays so get there early if you need a wash.

Awesome service these guys are great they got my visor installed and looks amazing to bad I bought the wrong cab lights for my truck but I will definitely be back soon
