We were very pleased with our service. Our car was covered under a warranty that kept jerking us around and changing what they would cover. Falls Auto worked with the warranty company to get things covered! Put a new rebuilt engine in the suv! Runs like a new vehicle! Excellent work!

We took our daughter s car in for brakes and to just look it over and make sure it didn t need anything else. They were fast, very friendly, and fair priced. Thank you for caring for her car! We will definitely be using them for any future needs we have!

We took our Ford Edge in because our brakes were in bad shape. The staff is honest and charge fair prices. Received fast, friendly and excellent service. Highly recommend! They also give out cookies which are absolutely delish! Thank you Falls Town for a great experience!

I was visiting Wichita Falls and I was faced with needing a mechanic. I am so glad I listened to the reviews listed and came here. Randy was awesome. He patiently listened to what I had to say and new immediately what to look for. Once the part came in the car was worked on and ready in no time. I sincerely recommend this auto shop for your car repair needs.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They were fast and priced fair. They communicated what all needed to be done before they did the work, and were honest about what work needed to be done now and what could wait. Definitely gained a long term customer with me.

My wife and I have used Fallstown since we moved to the area and we appreciate their honesty and work ethic. We have also had good experiences with specialist they ve recommended for repairs outside of their wheelhouse. No one likes paying for repairs but we trust Fallstown to do a good job at a fair price.

Main engine seal blew on my Equinox as a result of the extreme cold. I had this same thing happen last year, and the place I took it to didn't take the extra steps that Falls Town Auto did to keep it from happening again(other place had extremely positive 5-star reviews). Wish that I would have come to these guys last year. Was very upfront about the cost and the job (not a simple fix) was done fast.P.S.The cookies are delicious!

The guys who work there are very knowledgeable and honest. I thought I needed something done but it turned out that I didn t need it. They took the time to look at the car and told me the truth. I did end up having them fix a different problem and they were fantastic and reasonably priced. I will be back for any other needs that come up.

Awesome business shout-out to Falls Town Auto! I m one to say thank you but the service I got today was INCREDIBLE so internet world here I come What makes me sad? When my truck Rosie makes a weird sound. What makes me happy? Cookies in my tummy. Today I got BOTH. I took my truck to Falls Town Auto off Midwestern Parkway. I dealt with a total of 3 different people between phone, drop-off and pickup - all 3 gentlemen were professional and helpful. I know some things but automotive repair is not one of them, they didn t make me feel dumb or took advantage of my ignorance. Less than 4 hours later, my truck was fixed and they charged me less than other places would. The cost of any truck repairs, like the cost of gas and tires, makes me sad BUT the Lolly's Cookies were delicious and helped soften the blow. Shout out to the 3 dudes at Falls Town Auto!

The best place to get your car fixed. Went to college in town and didn t know who to go to for my car. They were always fast, efficient and cost friendly. I miss going to them since graduating school. I highly recommend them. Seriously the best car place ever.

We had a great experience at Falls Town! Randy and Matt were great at communicating with us about what the issue was and what they did to fix it. They were so prompt, kind and helpful. We ll definitely be going back with future auto needs! Highly recommend them!Feb 2024. Our van is getting old, so we needed another repair and came back to Falls Town Auto! Once again the communication was clear, the service was prompt, and the problem was resolved. And the Lolly s cookies at the end are just a cherry on top! Way to go Falls Town for making a broken down van a pleasant experience! Thanks for your great work and customer service.

This place is AWESOME. They got me in for brakes and rotors, discovered an oil leak and were able to get it all fixed up and road safe in one day despite the unexpected oil leak. Also, their cookies are delicious and help dull the pain after having to pay the (reasonable) total lol Will definitely be back whenever I'm in town and need stuff done!

I called over the wkend when business was closed and left a message for Matt to call me about bringing in my truck of concerns of antifreeze leaking . Randy called me back on monday when they opened and asked me to drop truck off 9am on Tuesday to check it out . Then later that afternoon he called and said he could not find any leaks after draining some antifreeze that I had over filled then test drove truck and that for sure there were no leaks that he could see and was ready for pick up . I asked Randy what I owed him and he said no charge . I was very appreciative and thankful for Fallstown's customer service with my concerns and for their time and efforts with my truck . Fallstown has serviced my truck multiple times in the past and I've always been satisfied with their staff and care for my truck . I always recommend Fallstown to my family and friends. Randy and Matt , staff are awesome !!!!

I have taken my vehicle to 3 other mechanics over the last 2 years to get front end work done. I spent thousands of dollars getting it diagnosed and fixed only to have the same issues. Within 5 days and with no notice, Falls Town Auto completely fixed my front end and radiator for a reasonable price and in a timely manner. Very professional and friendly service.

They took care of both my car and my husband's truck before we went on a long trip. They were very friendly and explained things perfectly. They were also quite inexpensive for what we had done on both vehicles! If we were going to be here for longer, I'd definitely take my vehicle to their shop again if I needed repairs.
